  1. Condeco creates visits whenever a booking is made in Outlook via Add-In (Sync exchange) and a distribution list or a shared mailbox is put in the attendees. Please develop a rule hat enables us to signal to condeco that EVERY email address that ends with our company domain should NOT be recognised as a visitor. The workaround to create forms accounts for 1000 + DLs and other variants is not viable solution, especially when a distribtion list with 5000 ppl and all of them get the condeco wlecome email for the new account.   2. Rules such as:

    If a booking is under 1 hour, dont include clean down time
    if a booking is over X hours, include clean down time

    similar options for Setup Time

    currently we only have a default time for each which auto applies when making bookings.

  4. Ability for Condeco meetings to be booked to a shared calendar. Example, all members of marketing team have access to a shared calendar that all of them can edit and make changes on. The Conedeco addin currently does not allow Condeco meetings to be added to a shared calendar.

  5. Self-Registration of user, when user selects a "department" when self registering and that department is also a group, this user should be given permissions into this group, closed or opened to view, book and modify their own bookings.

    Makes user onloading easier and takes many clicks away from admins when some users can filter to the correct group, especially when the group is closed.

  6. We may at some point want multiple departments to be able to book the same desks, but on different days of the week. One group on Mondays and Wednesdays and another group on Tuesdays and Thursdays. And we'd expect Condeco to gate keep the bookings. Meaning, users in the Monday/Wednesday group cannot book on Tuesdays/Thursdays and vice versa.

    Thank you for the suggestion!

    We are implementing an update to the booking slot logic so that users can only book one workspace type (for example a desk) a day.  We plan to launch this in April 2024.

  9. under the "Find your team" option in Condeco there is day description indicated wrongly telling a user this is "Tue 04 Mar" today which causes all the rest of the year is made wrong setup

  10. We would like the Setup status of a room to be disabled from the booking grid under the room number/name and instead to show the last input, Clean, Awaiting cleaning etc. When in Setup FOH has no idea if the room is ready or not but they can see the setup on the grid so the status bar showing Setup seems redundant. Thanks

  11. There are already a large number of email tags for creating mail templates. However, there is no tag who has canceled a booking.

  13. When viewing the floor plan, automatically show workstations that have been booked and display the photo...if available of the individuals that's booked it instead of having to search and then click on the workstation to see this data.

  14. The addition of a custom field feature for VAT

    "Custom VAT value in Condeco Catering Services while adding the catering services"
    The default value exists(Select the VAT percentage rate from the list. Either 10, 15, 17.5, or 20, percent)
    Logically, it should be customizable. It shouldn't take the default value or commonly used values. Please take this as enhanchement.

  15. A Separate Day before Reminder email generated from the system with control from the email templates to create an informative message to ask a colleague are you still attending site, if not cancel your booking by clicking here.

    ICS is fine but is easy to Dismiss and an Email would mean the colleague would need to deal with it one way or another more so than just "Dismiss"

  16. Below are the requirements:-

    Required:- We need Desks Booked and Desks Available from one table/API Itself as unable to join the different tables as lack of unique ID/Column, Current:- We have 2 different tables for each without any Unique ID/Column to join the both tables.

    Required:- We need to apply the filters before extracting the data from condeco especially date and country filters. Current:- We need to extract full data then will apply the filters.

    Required:- We need to refresh the Condeco table data as faster. Current:- Its taking at least 7-8 Hours to refresh the data.

  17. Hello - I cannot seem to find a way to cancel my room booking, especially at late notice. Perhaps if a way was created for room bookings to be cancelled if they were no longer needed, then we could free up more meeting rooms for those who need them.

  20. When booking meetings through Condeco’s website, we are not able to add a link to a teams meeting. This does not happen when using the Outlook add-on, but it would be extremely helpful to have the option of adding the link when booking rooms directly on the web app.
