  2. On book for a Teams Day, if a colleague is invited to multiple desks on the same day (for example: Friendship group, Team Group, Leadership and Event) When the colleague accepts one booking it should then decline the others.

    There appears to be no link-up or the system to realise that the use now has a desk that day and will not need to have 3 others.

  3. Is it possible for all allocated seats to be automatically be converted to hotdesk 1 day prior to needed date?

    For example, Team A have 5 allocated seats (1 to 5) and all the hotdesk seats are already booked for Wednesday.
    Looking at a schedule for Wednesday, I can see that seats 1, 2 & 3 is already booked while 4 & 5 is still free. I belong to Team B hence cannot book a seat.
    But when I check on it again tomorrow (Tuesday – 1 day before Wednesday), can seats 4 & 5 (being free) automatically convert to…

    wording such as "no available resources available for day X" would be better.

  5. It would be nice if there was an option to upload a PDF so when a booking confirmation gets sent for visitors or personal space bookings or meeting spaces, you could add an attachment - i.e. a health and safety pack for the site they are working at.

  7. Condeco allows the user to update their status 1 day at a time.

    It would be helpful if the user could select mutliple days to update.

  8. When users press the Start Meeting button on the screens, allow a customised notice to appear on the screen for 20 seconds at that time. We want to remind meeting rooms users to keep meeting rooms clean, tidy and free of litter.

  9. Global admins to make multiple desk bookings without any restrictions.

    There should be setting to allow Global admin to book multiple spaces in the same Group without affecting other users and permission level.

  10. Find a colleague finding a colleague using “Booking grid” is not very convenient. The other option “Find a Colleague” also doesn’t show floor map if all desks are booked. So, it is good to have a floor map to find a colleague as just by hovering on map we can locate who is sitting where rather than finding it under booking grid option. This functionality was there until the most recent upgrade. Hence this is the removal of function or bug. Is Account Manager at Eptura Aware of this? Referring to Case 398756.

  11. Our goal is to streamline the user experience by auto-populating the employee ID, similar to the process during booking. We also aim to introduce the feature of making custom fields mandatory if necessary, ensuring users cannot complete a booking unless these fields are filled out.

Automation: Automate users to be signed on once their network is recognize (similar to GEO location) For example if user A works for Microsoft building G, once the user enters building G, condeco books them in to their previous desk and sends them a confirmation email. If the desk however is already in use, to book the next available desk near to that desk

  13. We aim to simplify the process of booking linked rooms for users. Suppose we have two rooms, lon 8 and lon 9, which can also function as a single room. Currently, users must view the grid and then enter one of the rooms to link them. We want to automate this process.

  15. I've noticed that it is only possible to have one closure period on a resource at a time. For instance, if I've got a future date where all the desks are closed and I've closed the desks on the system for that date, if my technicians close a desk today in order to fix a live issue, then that desk loses its booking for the future date. An improvement would be to allow a resource to have a closure on multiple dates, so that future events like block closures can be booked alongside single one-off closures for maintenance.

  16. When all desks are booked on a floor and you go to look at the floor plan, it gives you a message that all desks are booked and auto kicks you out. So you are unable to see where your desk is located that you have booked or see where another team member has booked.

    This should be a simple fix where one is not auto kicked out of the floor plan view if all desks are booked.

  18. Outlook created items if deleted from Condeco web app stay on the individual's calendar. This happens to all attendees on that invite. When deleted from Condeco web app it leave the teams meeting and the name of the meeting but removes the room.
