Develop a mobile app that supports conditional access
we provision our users in SCIM and log in with SSO. Our company has strict security guidelines and conditional access activated. Use of the condeco app is not possible because there is no sdk app to manage in Intune.

Allow Authenticated Users to End Bookings Made by Others
The ability for anyone to end a booking with authentication. Currently cloud only allows the person that made the booking to end a booking at the sign. If that person does not show up and auto bump is not turned on then the reservation can not be ended unless you get the reservation team involved.

Set Default Country and Region on Multi-Office Bookings
When selecting other rooms for multi-office bookings, you need to manually select the country and region. It would make it more usable if these could be set as a default either on a user or other basis.

Limit resources
It should be possible to limit and delimit resources over time. Example 1: We opened a new team space at the end of 2023 and added 1 room with 3 desks from another team space to this new team space. If I now analyse last year's booking data, these 3 desks have already been assigned to this new team space for the entire last year, even though this team space did not even exist until November 2023. Manually Enter a date in the "Find A Visitor"
For it to be possible to manually enter the date in the 'Meeting Start' or 'Meeting End' date on the 'Find a Visitor' rather than clicking along the calendar each time which is extremely time consuming

Outlook 12-hour Time Display
In the Outlook plug-in, we would like the option to select 12-hour time. At the moment, it is automatically set to 24-hour time.

Same day booking
Add the ability for same day (ad-hoc) desk bookings not to count towards overall booking limit.
We currently have it set to 3 days per week, but this restricts flexibility if staff want to attend the office additional days.

Promote card registration in web portal and use of app
Could there be reminder prompts that could be enabled / disabled in the Condeco web portal to remind users who have not registered their cards when they log on to the web portal. Could these also be used to promote use of the app.

Slow loading
The web application is too slow. Users cannot book rooms until the master page load, which takes several minutes to load.

Choose a single appointment with Condeco Outlook Add-In from a recurring meeting without an end date
Some people in the company have arranged regular recurring Teams meetings to exchange information via Outlook 365 without an end date so that they don't have to keep extending this series.
Sometimes, however, people want to meet in person at the company and book a suitable room via the Condeco Outlook add-in. They take ONE appointment out of the series and want to search for a suitable room. However, an error message appears in the Condeco Outlook Add window indicating an appointment without an end date. Hi team, we would like the ability to auto populate the URL during the registration steps for the Condeco add-in so that users do not have to type this in. This is a big request from our colleagues and it would be ideal if we can have this implemented

Change default file type of reports to .XLSX
The default file type of Excel report export files should be changed to .xlsx because the .xls file type will no longer be fully supported under Windows 11 as Microsoft itself considers .xls files as "not secure".

Room Booking Availability
User is looking for a Specific room (EX: TheBar Room) which is already booked by somebody else. Once the booked room cancelled by the user at the end moment, the notification goes to the person who have register for the availability. (Ex: Like Railway ticket reservation)

Custom field 'Speciality' included in Power BI reports for clinic rooms' bookings
We would like to have our custom field 'Speciality' visible and included in the data set that is presented on Power BI. We use our meeting rooms for clinical activity and this will enable us to make recommendations on the utilisation of space.
