  1. Dear CONDECO,

    Below are the requirements:-

    1. Required:- We need Desks Booked and Desks Available from one table/API Itself as unable to join the different tables as lack of unique ID/Column, Current:- We have 2 different tables for each without any Unique ID/Column to join the both tables.
    2. Required:- We need to apply the filters before extracting the data from condeco especially date and country filters. Current:- We need to extract full data then will apply the filters.
    3. Required:- We need to refresh the Condeco table data as faster. Current:- Its taking at least 7-8 Hours to refresh the data.

  4. Please can we have an option to upload images of the different room layout options? Many people don't understand the differences between the different options, such as boardroom, u-shape, etc., and often select the wrong one and ask for it to be changed when they turn up.

  6. User should be able to set their default location directly in the Teams App. Today the default location can only be set on web or mobile application, but there are scenario's where client will not use web & mobile app.

  7. Our facility service needs the ability to close a meeting space for (several) hours.

    Actually it is only possible to close meeting spaces for whole days.

  8. Not all desks would like the device to be on the end, some would like them to hang on their cubicles. Currently the displays are upside down and they rotate when the screen is mounted up.

  10. Ability to sort spaces (Desks and Meeting rooms) alphanumerically

    Condeco currently doesn’t sort the spaces (Rooms and Personal spaces) in Alphanumeric sequence and we would like the option to see the spaces (Rooms and Personal spaces) sorted alphanumerically at all places in the Condeco Application like Book a Meeting Space, Booking Grid, Advanced Grid for Meeting Spaces and Book a Personal Space, Booking Grid for Personal Spaces and also across interfaces like Outlook Add-in, Mobile app. Etc

  11. Currently Condeco Idle Timeout is at 60 minutes.

    As per OWASP recommendation, Common idle timeouts ranges are 2-5 minutes for high-value applications and 15-30 minutes for low risk applications.

    1. The personal spaces can only be close for a period of time. For example, From Date 1 to Date 2.

    2. If we add a closing period for one day, the resource will automatically open after the day. However, to schedule the next closure, we'd have to set another closure period Date 3 & Date 4.

    3. Its not possible to set multiple closure periods as per the current system design.

    4. If we set a new closure period for the resource, the older closure period will be overwritten.

    To be able to add multiple closure periods for a resource would be truly…

  12. When booking from condeco web, the video equipment does not get invited to the meeting, however works via the condeco smart calendar.

    I know this is by design but we would like the email that's populated on the resource via the External calendar mailbox field to be triggered via condeco web, like it is via the smart calendar.

  13. If the booking window is set to 4 months then admin (eg PAs) can book outside this for say the following year to book board meetings etc. This is possible in the App so need Outlook to understand the admin rights.

  14. It would be great to enable the quick search also in the mobile App. Given limited ressources, currently users have to click through the plans to see open personal spaces for booking. It would be easier to change the whole location for open spaces that can be booked in the selected timeslot/day.

  16. Dear Condeco,

    We would like to propose a feature which will be really helpful for us.

    We would like to have a resource, or group setup, where we can specify from the entire number of available desks how many of them will be free to book by everybody and how many of them will be bookable by colleagues which have a location as Home one.

    It means if we have for example a location A and it has 100 desks, we would like to separate them 80 desks will be just for the colleagues which have their home (primary) location:…

  18. we should be able to add only internal participants in room booking request. Currently if we activate attendees tab, we have possibility to add Internal or External participants. We would like to remove the possibility to ignore external participants because external visits are directly created in ProxyClick.
