On opening the mobile app, it should say "updating" whilst it waits for details of where you are working. Currently it says "You are working remotely today" and then after 10 or 20 seconds seconds it changes to say "You are working in the office today" ... but most people dont wait 10 seconds .. they just start trying to book a desk

Réservation d'une salle - Import de participants
Bonjour,
Afin de gérer nos visiteurs au niveau de l'accueil des sites, nos utilisateurs doivent pouvoir importer les participants. Nos utilisateurs ont souvent déjà saisis cette liste par ailleurs qui peut être importante et donc réutilisable pour condeco. Lorsqu'ils ont trop de participants, nos utilisateurs ne saisissent pas les informations qui sont pourtant essentielles pour un bon accueil de nos visiteurs. Nous devons donc impérativement proposer une solution à nos utilisateurs.
Serait-il possible d'ajouter la possibilité d'importer des participants lorsque l'on crée la réunion au travers d'un fichier excel ?

Genau wie bei den Raumbuchungen könnten Bilder pro Arbeitsplatz oder pro Gruppe hinterlegt werden, sodass die User direkt sehen können, wie es an den einzelnen Plätzen oder Gruppen aussieht.

Requestor and Host Contact Info
Hello! I was thinking it may be helpful to require users to enter both requestor AND host info to include full name, email, and phone number before their request is able to be submitted.
We very often have requests that do not include this information, which requires us to reach out to obtain.

Identifiable context in Equipment Mailbox configuration
As requested in Ticket 447155 please find Feature Request.
Our Exchange admins would like to see some specific identifier in headers, API, subject or similar that they could use to create Exchange rules to identify bookings from Condeco platform.
e.g. allow a customisable template to be used for meetings booked through Outlook/App in which we could add "CB" (Condeco Booking) to the meeting subject.
This way we could block all other requests and thus only accept those made through Condeco1 vote -
Vendor Portal - Enhancement(s) to the tasks assigned to IT Resources
Can the Cost Centre column width be adjusted to the whole VC ID is visible? At least then they could match up the tasks to the same booking.

Inconsistent UI behavior around sorting. Some places Alphabetical, others not, sometimes by DB entry time
An example of this would be: when viewing Location dropdown from 'Meeting Spaces' Home page, Locations are sorted A-Z. When viewing Location dropdown from Booking Grid, Locations are sorted first by Region, and then A-Z within the region

Prevent Condeco from creating visits for emails that end in a certain domain.
Condeco creates visits whenever a booking is made in Outlook via Add-In (Sync exchange) and a distribution list or a shared mailbox is put in the attendees. Please develop a rule hat enables us to signal to condeco that EVERY email address that ends with our company domain should NOT be recognised as a visitor. The workaround to create forms accounts for 1000 + DLs and other variants is not viable solution, especially when a distribtion list with 5000 ppl and all of them get the condeco wlecome email for the new account. Custom rules for Setup Time and Clean Down Time
Rules such as:
If a booking is under 1 hour, dont include clean down time
if a booking is over X hours, include clean down timesimilar options for Setup Time
currently we only have a default time for each which auto applies when making bookings.

Book Meetings on a Shared Calendar
Ability for Condeco meetings to be booked to a shared calendar. Example, all members of marketing team have access to a shared calendar that all of them can edit and make changes on. The Conedeco addin currently does not allow Condeco meetings to be added to a shared calendar.

Self-Registering users should select department, if that department is a group name, basic permissions should be given, USER ONLOADING.
Self-Registration of user, when user selects a "department" when self registering and that department is also a group, this user should be given permissions into this group, closed or opened to view, book and modify their own bookings.
Makes user onloading easier and takes many clicks away from admins when some users can filter to the correct group, especially when the group is closed.

Allow different groups to book same desks, but on different days
We may at some point want multiple departments to be able to book the same desks, but on different days of the week. One group on Mondays and Wednesdays and another group on Tuesdays and Thursdays. And we'd expect Condeco to gate keep the bookings. Meaning, users in the Monday/Wednesday group cannot book on Tuesdays/Thursdays and vice versa.

Adjust number of slots to book a personal space to be daily as opposed to weekly
This number is currently set as a weekly amount, if we were allowed to set a daily amount, it would prevent users from booking multiple desks on the same day

We are implementing an update to the booking slot logic so that users can only book one workspace type (for example a desk) a day. We plan to launch this in April 2024.

wrong calendar
under the "Find your team" option in Condeco there is day description indicated wrongly telling a user this is "Tue 04 Mar" today which causes all the rest of the year is made wrong setup

Setup room status to be disabled from booking grid status bar.
We would like the Setup status of a room to be disabled from the booking grid under the room number/name and instead to show the last input, Clean, Awaiting cleaning etc. When in Setup FOH has no idea if the room is ready or not but they can see the setup on the grid so the status bar showing Setup seems redundant. Thanks

Floor plan improvement
When viewing the floor plan, automatically show workstations that have been booked and display the photo...if available of the individuals that's booked it instead of having to search and then click on the workstation to see this data.
