  1. We would like the ability to set the default setup style for linked meeting spaces. Currently the system seems to pick its own setup when a linked meeting space is added to the booking.

  3. The ability to make multiple closures needs to be implemented so that public holidays etc can be closed in advance and maintenance etc can all be scheduled in without having to erase current closures.

  7. Dynamic Space Optimization (Personal Spaces)

    Condeco should have an option to open other floors dynamically for booking as and when one floor reaches a threshold limit of booking. Say Floor -2 shows up and made available for booking only when 80% of the spaces (Personal spaces like Desks) on Floor-1 is booked. The Threshold levels are configurable and possibility to 'choose' the default floor that is always open, and then also 'choose' the sequence in where the other floors then open up.

  8. On the app, the name of employee who booked a desk is not visible on the APP
    of course if the user is visible in the profile

    the name can be seen on the web but not on the app

  9. Linked Rooms: create separate combined rooms (ie. Dayton AB, etc) with their own capacities/setup for users to book the right space for their group. And, for the conference center team to properly set up the combination room and provide correct catering. The current linked rooms can be reserved; however, the number of attendees and setup do not show for the combined rooms. It only shows these for the individual rooms being “linked”. This affects our conference center operations for setup, staffing, catering and other operational functions.

  12. We miss the possibility for admins to edit details of a booking users have created with the M365 Outlook Add-In. At the moment, only the booking user is able to make changes.

  13. The Device Hub Application is not listed as a Secure APP on Microsoft Intune, and one of our clients was concerned about the Condeco Application's security. They accepted the application as an exception for a period but requested that this must be added ASAP for Global Approval.
    We believe that the Device Hub has all requirements for this MS approval the same way the Condeco Mobile APP Enterprise has and is listed in MS.

  14. To have the button to view the floor plans of the selected location on the Today page would be great. I think it'd make the page more useful aswell as people tend to just click past it.

  15. The reservation portal logs users out after a certain amount of time, and we are not able to customize when it times out and logs users out

  16. Single-Day Booking Only - bookings cannot span across multiple days.
    And this function is only applied in the web application but not it the mobile application.
    This creates a big issues for the end users when it comes in booking a meeting spaces.
    This function must be applied in the mobile app.

  18. We need to have it possible to disable the option for the user creation for country admins. We import users from AD and manual creation of the users prevents the user from being created correctly.

  19. We need to be able to customise the details presented in the 'Add services to your booking' email.
    We need to decide what services should be shown and/or the pricing associated with the items.
    We also want the option to disable this email for some groups of rooms.

  20. When viewing search results for both personal spaces and meeting spaces, there is no option to sort the columns. Would be beneficial to enable users to sort, for example, by workspace type or setup
