  1. Be able to change the Date in the Floor Plan view.
    Currently, I have to scroll to the previous page, change the date, and click View Floor Plan button again.

  2. Can Condeco an provide an automated warning message, when we have reached 'desk booked' capacity, to say that no desks are available and please do not visit the office? Possibly also alerting site leads? For example if we only have 90 desks available to book each day an alert it sent when we reached that number?

  3. the Com+ plugin allows for viewing the floor plan for rooms. Smart Calendar does not. Allowing floor plans would be great for rooms in smart calendar

  4. Integrate and publish URL schemas for mobile apps (iOS and Android) so that URLs can take a user directly into the app. (eg a link or scanning of a coded link)

    I randomly discovered that com.condecosoftware.condeco:// will work but only for iOS, but not for Android. Also not sure if there are any deep links (eg to go directly to "new booking" or "my bookings"

  5. If I attempt to book a personal space on the calendar in advance for a selected date, with selected attributes (that are not available at that location), the application tells me “no results that meet all your chosen attributes; here are some alternative results”. I am given 2 options of “go back” or “ok” (to view alternative results).

    After choosing “go back” I am redirected to the booking screen and choose to clear only my selected attributes and click continue. After the page loads, the date is then reset to today’s date and if you’re not paying attention you could…

  6. Or office administration teams really need the meeting title in the 'Meeting Spaces | Requests [ ]' view. It helps them prioritize which to address first, regardless of the order they came in. There are a lot of other data columns in the view that are of no use to us. Generally speaking, it would be great if we can customize what columns appear in the view, especially if they are existing data fields on the meeting request form.

  7. For various reasons some customers prefer the hardware from Crestron. It would be great to run the Condeco meetin room App on their TSS scheduling panels. Since Condeco is 95% about software, the added flexibility will for sure outweigh the loss of hardware business for some customers dont wanting the condeco hardware.

  8. Currently having to move 300 desks into a specific group over 2 floors, its taking hours on end, this feature would allow movement of desks and resources to various groups with a few clicks and not thousands!

  9. Hi, while booking a desk with matching desk attribute, the desks which do not have all desk attributes should get highlighted explicitly in different color (other than Green). Currently Green circle with star means desk with matching attributes; and Green circle only means available desk without matching attributes. There should be distinct visual distinction. Please enable this. Thanks.

  10. we have a mixture of physical attendee and vitual attendee to meeting room booking be it teams/zoom/webex etc. it would be good to be able to list up the physcial attendee that are coming in so the reception know who is actually coming to meeting rather than see a list of 40 ppl but actually only 5 ppl are coming.

  15. When admins block workspaces (e.g. when desks are equipped with new hardware), it would be nice if you could put a comment like "Desks are getting equipped. You can book these desks again tomorrow". This comment could appear on the floorplan (by default or by hover over those desks) or next to the desk names in booking grid etc.

    This would bring more transparency for all users and they would know for which reason and how long desks are closed.

  20. Especially for admins, it would be extremely helpful to allow for multiple tabs and browsers to be open at the same time. This would allow administration and troubleshooting to be much faster.
