  1. The app does not prompt a user by sending them a message or pop up a reminder that they have a desk booked for that day and that they need to check in/self -certify.

    Can this be implemented to assist with ensuring users complete the self-certification and access to a workspace.

    Great news - your idea has been approved for inclusion in our product roadmap! Please note that the final feature set may evolve as we incorporate additional customer feedback, conduct product and design research, and consider broader use cases beyond the original request.   2. Today's Status - have more than 'working remotely', 'working in the office' and 'not working'. Our staff can come into the office without booking a desk if they are likely to be in meetings most of the day (we're encouraging them to use touchdown spaces/kitchen etc as they won't need a desk for a long time), however their status is showing as 'working remotely'. Would be great if we could have control over statuses here.

  4. Request to add 'desk type' in the basic resource report
    we are using as baseline for the utilization report
    against bookings from the usage report
    to calculate the usage % per location / resource groupn / floor

  7. It seems obvious to me that it should be possible to pull through all standard fields for reporting in Power BI.

    The specific field we need for our current reporting requirements is 'WorkspaceType'

  8. Customers would like the ability to set default location values for users in the SCIM API. This would include not just the country and location, but also the floor and group. This would be on parity with the user important process for provisioning users in the application.

  12. It is not possible to copy group configuration on country level. Just within a country.
    Therefore, it should be possible to either create group templates for reuse or be able to copy group configuration between countries.

  13. A feature or option where Admin has the ability to send the iCS as an all day event. Having the iCS appear on a user's calendar in the morning is distracting, especially for the admin assistants when coordinating calendars for multiple users.

  14. Customers are looking to manage the amount of times users can reserve a desk by adjusting booking slots value over API endpoints. This will allow customers to automatically manage how often their employees are in the office.

  15. While you can use the POST Desk API endpoint to create and modify desks, you are unable to verify the information that currently exists on a desk. It will help customers keep the desks updated with the right values if they can retrieve the current desk information. Information customers are looking for are:
    - External ID
    - Resource Group
    - Assigned User
    - Any other data element provided in the POST request

  18. Have the date format changed to align with the language selection, so that if we select "English (US)" the date shows using the format used in the US, MM/DD/YYYY.

  20. Receive a notification for check-in. Employees reserve a personal space (desk or office) prior to arriving in the office and they forget don't check in, thinking because they reserved the desk it is all done. Once they arrive at the office they should receive a notification telling them to check in. Geolocation settings.
