  1. Especially for admins, it would be extremely helpful to allow for multiple tabs and browsers to be open at the same time. This would allow administration and troubleshooting to be much faster.

  2. We are a law firm and our secretaries are always making bookings on behalf of their attorney(s) they support. Currently the checkbox is towards the bottom of the screen. Setting the 'Booking on behalf of' AFTER all other parameters are set can cause the parameters to reset, thus resulting in incorrect location, date, group, etc. Can this checkbox be at the very top of the page so it is the first thing a user should think about before setting all other parameters?

  4. Can we please get an all desk group view, outside of reporting to help us understand how many colleagues will be in the office on a given day at a glance. at the moment admins have to select and screen shot each group and stich together a custom view.

  6. I would like to have the ability to customize the body and subject of the emails that go out when an action is performed in Smart Calendar. Furthermore, within these customizations I would like to be able to change the format of the date populated to be in US format depending on location.

  7. When I press "Close the Today Page" the system takes me to the Home page of the Meeting Spaces section.
    Now companies are promoting hybrid working and colleagues use Condeco to book personal spaces (desks) rather than meeting spaces can you include an option to return to the Personal Spaces section instead?

  8. Condeco Catering is expected to be able to assign several participants to one product.
    Example:
    1-10 participants = 1 pot of coffee or tea
    11-20 participants = 2 pots of coffee or tea etc.

    A booking is changed by adding 15 participants, then the number of pots of coffee / tea is automatically adjusted
    (1 product is for X participants)

  10. Currently the Cost Code needs to be manually entered while adding services via Web Application for meetings originating from Condeco Mobile app and Room finder.
    1. A User books a meeting room (Exchange enabled) via Room Finder or Condeco Mobile App
    2. The user receives a Deep Services email Link
    3. The user clicks on the deep services email link and adds services (catering/equipment) to that booking on the Web App
    4. The user is required to manually enter the Cost code while adding these services in the Booking Form

  11. Users need to be notified on how their data will be collected, processed and stored. They should acknowledge the data privacy policy in effect with Condeco (at least on first use). A link to the policy should also be advertised in the GUI of both the Mobile APP and the browser APP at all times. Condeco's overall Privacy policy presumes that all configuration options are turned on. We should be able to advertise a Condeco data privacy policy that reflects only those features that are accessible (for instance, we've disabled the booking grid and do not have users self-certify to…

    The update list is not really understandable (for the kitchen and for us who made the change).
    Is it possible to visually show the change in the e-mail, e.g.
    Mark the change (whether number or time) as bold (and/or in color) or just mark the entire line bold.
    If a product is removed then mark the whole line or just the product-name as strikethrough
    If a new product is added, then mark the whole line or just the product-name as bold (and / or in color)

  13. When booking with 5 participants, a product is then added, the quantity of the product is equated with the number of participants.
    If the number of participants is subsequently changed, Condeco does not automatically adjust the amount of the product.
    We expect Condeco Catering to automatically adjust the quantities of products. But only if the number has not been changed manually beforehand.
    Example:
    5 participants and 5 cakes (amount transferred automatically); minus 1 participant = 4 participants and 4 cakes

  14. At the moment if a desk is bumped because it hasn't been checked into or used the desk automatically goes to 'Awaiting Cleaning' status. It would be useful for bumped desks that haven't been used to go back into general circulation for booking rather than to 'Awaiting cleaning' as the desk will have been cleaned the previous evening so wouldn't need cleaned again.

  17. Currently mass import is only available in Admin and only one day at a time. Suggest to make mass import of visitors available to users as they are likely to use it more than the administrators.

    The mass import should allow across multiple day instead of one day at a time.

  20. We have staff with personal work spaces that are always assigned to them. Currently they're configured as flexi desks with no end date which is effective for reserving the space for them. There is a gap, however, that always shows these staff as working in the office even if they haven't checked in. Further, it would be helpful if those staff could even plan out days that they don't expect to be in the office on the calendar.

    Currently if the user indicates they're working remotely it releases the flexi desk as well even if the group is configured NOT…
