  1. For now, it is forbidden to change Resource Group for the existed desk by setting a new externalGroupId in DesksPostDesksV1.

    As a golden source, we use another corporate office management system, so any scenario of workspace reorganization cannot be implemented and requires a manual double entry.

    It would be really appreciated to have a possibility of full integration with Condeco system.

  2. Currently having to move 300 desks into a specific group over 2 floors, its taking hours on end, this feature would allow movement of desks and resources to various groups with a few clicks and not thousands!

  3. Or office administration teams really need the meeting title in the 'Meeting Spaces | Requests [ ]' view. It helps them prioritize which to address first, regardless of the order they came in. There are a lot of other data columns in the view that are of no use to us. Generally speaking, it would be great if we can customize what columns appear in the view, especially if they are existing data fields on the meeting request form.

  5. Be able to change the Date in the Floor Plan view.
    Currently, I have to scroll to the previous page, change the date, and click View Floor Plan button again.

  6. we have a mixture of physical attendee and vitual attendee to meeting room booking be it teams/zoom/webex etc. it would be good to be able to list up the physcial attendee that are coming in so the reception know who is actually coming to meeting rather than see a list of 40 ppl but actually only 5 ppl are coming.

  7. Currently, the 'Field Selection' fields when editing or creating reports are displayed in no apparent order. From user experience perspective, it would make more sense to sort them alphabetically by default so the required fields are easier to find.

  10. This feature seems to have been removed...
    Can we have the option reinstated to order the meeting rooms on the booking grid? ie. room 101, then room 102 etc. going across the grid instead of being mixed up.

  11. When admins block workspaces (e.g. when desks are equipped with new hardware), it would be nice if you could put a comment like "Desks are getting equipped. You can book these desks again tomorrow". This comment could appear on the floorplan (by default or by hover over those desks) or next to the desk names in booking grid etc.

    This would bring more transparency for all users and they would know for which reason and how long desks are closed.

  12. When the admin looks at the calendar in book a personal space they have the option to select whole week by clicking on all.
    However the end user has to select each day am/pm individually which they find rather cumbersome.
    It would be great if the end user could have the same functionality as the admins

  15. Especially for admins, it would be extremely helpful to allow for multiple tabs and browsers to be open at the same time. This would allow administration and troubleshooting to be much faster.

  16. We need a way to schedule room bookings (for hospital clinics) with the following types of recurrences:

    some examples:

    First and Last Monday of every month.
    or
    2nd and 4th week of every month

    Part of the issue appears to be that only the First and Last month are present in the recurrence drop-down list.

    Whereas it should include, first, second, third, fourth, fifth, last

    These are regular patterns that consume a lot of administration time to populate without this option. It is not feasible for the teams to do this manually having discussed and experimented with the advanced features…

  19. We are a law firm and our secretaries are always making bookings on behalf of their attorney(s) they support. Currently the checkbox is towards the bottom of the screen. Setting the 'Booking on behalf of' AFTER all other parameters are set can cause the parameters to reset, thus resulting in incorrect location, date, group, etc. Can this checkbox be at the very top of the page so it is the first thing a user should think about before setting all other parameters?
