Map of desks
Map or floorplan of the desks and their numbers would be helpful. Also handy if teams want to sit close to each other.

View all plotted desks on the Floorplan at once, irrespective of Groups.
Admins would like to view all plotted desks for all the Groups on the floorplan at the same time. Currently there's no ability to view all the desks at once on the floor plan. Admins have to go into each Group individually to be able to see the plotted desks.

Positioning desk icons
The placement of dots on a floor plan is really tricky. Having something placed on a pixel-by-pixel basis with no snap-to-grid or other overlay makes it really time consuming to add lots of desks and get them nicely aligned. Please can you have some sort of snap-to-grid option so that placing desk icons can be quick and accurate without needing photoshop precision skills using a mouse and zoom of the browser

Can we link desk booking into Outlook calendar, send an ICS file as an attachment when booking is made.

Connecting Rooms that are part of the same meeting
Example I have a meeting which required 1 main room and 2 breakout rooms.
It would be good to connect all three rooms in the 1 main booking.
When I open the main booking the ability to see the other rooms and make changes to them if necessary.7 votes -
Allow administrator to create SSO users
Under User Management, it should be possible to select the option to create a user as either:
- Form User
- SSO UserWhy would we need this?
While we are using SSO and MFA, we are not using HR Feed for user provisioning, which means we are relying on user imports done by Condeco.For first implementation this works fine, however, for adding any new user in our organisation requires us to reach out to Condeco.
When our administartors are able to create a SSO user themselves we can onboard new users of Condeco much more efficiently.

Allow closing Zones or Locations for multiple days
Allow closing Zones or Locations for multiple days. Today it is only possible to close them for just one day or some days in a row. This simple improvement would allow clients to block zones or locations during holidays, scheduled maintenance, sanitization, etc.

Zones: Mark 'Floor' field mandatory
Currently, when creating a new zone, the 'Name' field is marked mandatory (depicted by a red asterisk) while the 'Floor' field is not. However, when trying to save the zone without adding floor information, a corresponding error message pops up asking to fill out the floor field.
Therefore, it makes sense to add a red asterisk to the floor field as well to show that it is mandatory.

Enabling default group selection and default floor selection on mobile to narrow down search results for Meeting Spaces
- A User of Condeco Unified Mobile App (either on iOS or on Android) has the option to select a default group as well as floor to narrow down their search for Personal spaces
- However, the user doesn’t have the option to select a default group as well as floor to narrow down their search for Meeting Spaces
Suggestion : Enabling default group selection and default floor selection to narrow down search results for Meeting Spaces will improve the User Experience

Application Setup Floor Plans Take Too Much Clicking Around
When moving between floor plans in the Application Set Up, it's frustrating to have to click a different floor and then click back on the original floor just to make updates and changes. There should be an ability to return back to the editing section of the same floor without having to jump around!

Setting Max Capacity
Client wants to be able to set a maximum capacity for reservations per day, so once we meet our reservation limit the system no longer allows for reservations

Show desktop attributes (monitors) in the mobile app.
It would be very useful to show if the desk has 1 or 2 monitors or if the desk has no monitors.

Booking rules for fixed / flexy bookings
Currently, a fixed / flexy desk allocation leads to a permanent booking for a given desk and any deviation from this permanent booking must be released separately.
However, it would be great if these deviations could be executed by 'booking rules', e.g. that the fixed allocation is applicable for all weekdays except Thursday and Friday (in case the user usually does not come into the office on those days).
Releasing a regular absence is tedious when you have to set every absence manually and separately.

Consistent Floor Map views across all menu options and mobile
when booking a desk from Today Page, Home Page, Find a Desk and the mobile app each shows a slightly different view of the floorplan and inconsitent labeling of desk meta data
These should be standardised across all options

Booking on Behalf of Others
Would be great if the system had the ability to book a desk on someone's behalf in the event they can't access the system or someone doesn't have a GI account but is planning on visiting Shell House and requires a desk.

Change the service item Set-up time to a time frame in the set-up time
Example we have a booking start at 10am the system is configured to add a 30 minutes set-up time.
It would be good if we could change the time of the service items so they are then shown with-in the 30 minutes set-up example Coffee in room for 09.455 votes -
Column to show the requestors contact details
It would be good if the requestors name and contact number was shown.
It is a PA who makes the booking and sometimes is the person who needs to be notified of visitor arrival.
The PA will notify the host and others who need to know the visitors have arrived for a client meeting etc.5 votes -
Improved Floorplan Administration
It is quite clunky and manual to place desks on the floor plans once they are uploaded. Each Group needs to have the floorplan uploaded again, it does not take the one that has been uploaded for the floor originally. Can improvements be made to Floorplan admin side so this doesn't need to be done twice?
Admins would also like the ability to move multiple desks at once instead of plotting one desk at a time.
