  1. Condeco Catering is expected to be able to assign several participants to one product.
    Example:
    1-10 participants = 1 pot of coffee or tea
    11-20 participants = 2 pots of coffee or tea etc.

    A booking is changed by adding 15 participants, then the number of pots of coffee / tea is automatically adjusted
    (1 product is for X participants)

  2. Currently the Cost Code needs to be manually entered while adding services via Web Application for meetings originating from Condeco Mobile app and Room finder.
    1. A User books a meeting room (Exchange enabled) via Room Finder or Condeco Mobile App
    2. The user receives a Deep Services email Link
    3. The user clicks on the deep services email link and adds services (catering/equipment) to that booking on the Web App
    4. The user is required to manually enter the Cost code while adding these services in the Booking Form

  3. Users need to be notified on how their data will be collected, processed and stored. They should acknowledge the data privacy policy in effect with Condeco (at least on first use). A link to the policy should also be advertised in the GUI of both the Mobile APP and the browser APP at all times. Condeco's overall Privacy policy presumes that all configuration options are turned on. We should be able to advertise a Condeco data privacy policy that reflects only those features that are accessible (for instance, we've disabled the booking grid and do not have users self-certify to…

  4. Updates to an order
    The update list is not really understandable (for the kitchen and for us who made the change).
    Is it possible to visually show the change in the e-mail, e.g.
    Mark the change (whether number or time) as bold (and/or in color) or just mark the entire line bold.
    If a product is removed then mark the whole line or just the product-name as strikethrough
    If a new product is added, then mark the whole line or just the product-name as bold (and / or in color)

  5. When booking with 5 participants, a product is then added, the quantity of the product is equated with the number of participants.
    If the number of participants is subsequently changed, Condeco does not automatically adjust the amount of the product.
    We expect Condeco Catering to automatically adjust the quantities of products. But only if the number has not been changed manually beforehand.
    Example:
    5 participants and 5 cakes (amount transferred automatically); minus 1 participant = 4 participants and 4 cakes

  6. At the moment if a desk is bumped because it hasn't been checked into or used the desk automatically goes to 'Awaiting Cleaning' status. It would be useful for bumped desks that haven't been used to go back into general circulation for booking rather than to 'Awaiting cleaning' as the desk will have been cleaned the previous evening so wouldn't need cleaned again.

  9. Currently mass import is only available in Admin and only one day at a time. Suggest to make mass import of visitors available to users as they are likely to use it more than the administrators.

    The mass import should allow across multiple day instead of one day at a time.

  12. We have staff with personal work spaces that are always assigned to them. Currently they're configured as flexi desks with no end date which is effective for reserving the space for them. There is a gap, however, that always shows these staff as working in the office even if they haven't checked in. Further, it would be helpful if those staff could even plan out days that they don't expect to be in the office on the calendar.

    Currently if the user indicates they're working remotely it releases the flexi desk as well even if the group is configured NOT…

  15. The option for 'On arrival notify me by email' doesn't work if there's no meeting selected. We don't use the Meeting Spaces module but we still want to notify the host when the visitor has arrived. Can this changed so the Host is notified whether or not there's a meeting selected?

  16. Further API interfaces are desired:
    Create - VendorUpdateVendorItemV1 (I need a way to manipulate individual orders.) At least if we want to create a user interface that goes beyond the Condeco Vendor surface.
    Create - BookingsGetMeetingV1 (For the billing, I need a way to read the attendee's name from a meeting. Either VendorGetVendorItem1V1 is adjusted or I just need a new API call with which I can call up the meetings in detail)

  17. In the mobile app, I can specify a date range when searching for colleagues, so I can look over a longer period of time to see when a particular colleague is in the office. This should also be possible via web version. Unfortunately, I can currently only select one day for the search.

  18. We want to be able to use "Bulk edit" for changing the different options in the "Resources" page. We are a very dynamic company that often changes the location of teams. If we have to keep on changing, sometimes more than 100 desks to another group, we lose a lot of time.

  19. While positioning desks on the uploaded floor plan in the Desk-Administration, an administrator can only move one desk at a time. Moving multiple desks at once (e.g. while adding a new floor or uploading a updated floor plan with a slightly resolution) would greatly reduce the time to set up and update the floor plans for the end users.

  20. Add "All Colleagues" Tab to Contact Tracing Report. This tab would list all users who had a booking at the same location regardless of Floor or Zone. Currently the report is showing only users who had bookings on the same Floor or Zone. It is possible for users in different floors to come in contact with others, for example in the elevator. It is important to report on all users regardless of floor or zone location.
