  1. It would be great to have managed and self service Personal Spaces. Having managed desk under meeting is a bit confusion.

  2. This is similar feature we have in room booking where in we can see the who made the booking, when the booking was made, when it was edited, checked-in, released, etc. This feature or the capability to see the booking history would be a big help for the users/admins to a initial investigation for booking issues.

  3. Rerouting to Parking layout after booking a personal space. E.g., if someone books a personal space, he should be getting a pop-up to book a parking space as well rather than going back to select the floor. This means after receiving the notification of Desk has been booked, it should ask for "Do you need to book a Parking" with the option YES or NO.   5. How about we make it easy to book both a car parking space and a desk, as opposed to one or the other? Trying to book a desk but being told you already have a booked (to park the car) isn't helpful...

  8. We would like to see a more granular level of 'user administration'. We would like to remove the User Permission privileges for group and location administrators. This is because user access privileges must be restricted to a very small central group of administrators in order for us to adequately control administrator access. We do still need the administrators to add users to restricted groups and to run contact tracing.

  9. It would be helpful to see booking history (i.e. last financial year) in "your bookings" section. In Australia, its possible to claim personal tax deductions for days working from home. Hence, keeping these records would help substantiate these calculations

  11. We would like the option in Desk Booking for the user to allow a change to their status. Some users are sensitive to the status of "not working" and would like a status of "working", "working in office", "sick", out muliple days. Etc.

  12. The Global setting for AM/PM or Full Day can only be set for all locations. You cannot have both setting in a location or more so, two different locations. i.e. London and Asia where different Government working guidelines /practices require different settings.
    It would be useful to have this as a setting on the Applications set-up for Locations

  14. Option to add an image for specific set of equipment or per table that is shown when hovering over the resource on the floorplan (where is now shown table name, date, availability and equipment)

    variant A) add picture per table
    variant B) add picture for equipment combination, example
    a picture for dual monitor with webcam
    a picture for single monitor with webcam
    a picture for dual monitor without webcam
    a picture for single monitor without webcam
    and according to equipment assigned to the resource the sample image will be shown.

  16. Admins would like to view all plotted desks for all the Groups on the floorplan at the same time. Currently there's no ability to view all the desks at once on the floor plan. Admins have to go into each Group individually to be able to see the plotted desks.

  17. Currently, when creating a new zone, the 'Name' field is marked mandatory (depicted by a red asterisk) while the 'Floor' field is not. However, when trying to save the zone without adding floor information, a corresponding error message pops up asking to fill out the floor field.

    Therefore, it makes sense to add a red asterisk to the floor field as well to show that it is mandatory.

  18. A view for reception teams to see who in in the office today, across groups. Reception teams tend not to have administrator access so do not have access to reports.

    Original idea:

    It is wished by many in our office (especially the receptionists, because their task is to have the overview) that you can get a complete overview of alle booked personal spaces of all locations, groups and floors in the booking grid.   20. The placement of dots on a floor plan is really tricky. Having something placed on a pixel-by-pixel basis with no snap-to-grid or other overlay makes it really time consuming to add lots of desks and get them nicely aligned. Please can you have some sort of snap-to-grid option so that placing desk icons can be quick and accurate without needing photoshop precision skills using a mouse and zoom of the browser
