  1. It would be nice to setup user profiles with preferred attributes for certain bookable groups?
    As with the idea of having Condeco being a company's universal source of booking various resources (eg. Desk, Car Park, etc...)

    It would be nice if you split these resource into groups, you can have certain attributes for each group, which is possible, but when you set your profile up, you can't have preferred attributes for each group.
    You can only have all your attributes listed in your settings, not for each group.

  2. Currently, it is not possible to provide admin roles to users via external API (SCIM).

    Idea is to manage these over Azure/AD groups in the same way like group mapping for restricted ressources.

  3. Today all data provided via the Power BI API it's 48 hours behind. It's extremly important to have an realtime updated data to be able to undestand these daily information:
    - occupancy rate of the office and floors;
    - who is working in the office and who is workiing remotly;

    Those are important information for HR and Facilities Manager to acelerate the ROI by having insights, for example to close/open floors (energy savings) and to manage cleaning and meeting room vendors.

  4. Where there may be multiple devices listed under the "heartbeat not received" section on the Connect Screen Manager, it would be beneficial to have the ability to restart a group of devices rather than having to click on each device listed & restart it individually.

  5. Enable the functionality for 'users in the office' reports to be run historically rather than just on the current day.

    This report provides information on self certification and check in status and if not run in a 24hr period the data is then lost forever.

  6. The Condeco Outlook Add-In for MAC OS with new UI does not work with the Condeco Exchange Sync service. This is a critical service for our MAC users. Can we get this on the road map?

  7. When you cancel bookings/close a desk or room you enter a reason but this currently doesn't pull through to the email received by the user resulting in an additional manual process to inform people of this to prevent complaints. If the cancellation reason could be included in the email this would mean we no longer have to send additional communication to users to explain what has happened and why their booking has to be removed. If the reason could also be shown on the grid this would also prevent unnecessary questions being fielded by IT and Facilities staff by users.

  8. Allow admins to enable half day bookings for personal spaces at the Location or Group level. Currently it is only possible to allow half day bookings in the Global Setup which applies to all Locations and Groups.

  9. It would be nice to be able to access the Meeting Spaces Booking Grid on the mobile app. Our Facilities department would like to see what meeting is in which room, the number of attendees, room configuration, notes, and host name when they are away from their laptops. Thank you.

  10. Currently a user who needs to view reports must be made a member of an admin group. Users should be given the least amount of access to the application to do their job. Please create the functionaly to give select users the ability to view/run reports. This way we can assign a person in HR to view run/reports, without giving them the additional privileges and access to manage the application.

    The use case is that certain users need to use the reporting feature, but they have absolutely no business being able to access, view, or manage the application's configuration.

  11. Today is only possible to override the user permissions for all groups at the same time (on the Preferred Attributes tab). Sometimes an Admin is requested to add extra slots for one user in an specific group and it is not possible

  12. It would be good if we could add custom messages to the meeting room screens, such as "Projector is currently not working, IT aware". If the room is closed, perhaps the closure message that we set on the portal could be displayed too, i.e. "Closed for refurbishment".

  13. Is it possible to have Meeting Spaces and Book Personal spaces as an option to book on the Today Page/dashboard in Condeco? Currently the only available option is to Book Personal Space.

  15. Non-Default Groups like lockers, car spaces, etc. allow users to
    book unlimited resources for the same day even when the settings (group settings) are set to limit the number of slots per week (e.g. 2 slots per week). There is no workaround and clients are not able to manage these spaces as expected.

  16. Today, via the Power BI API we are able to see only the Fact Table. It's extremly important to be able to undestand the real usage of all created users and all creates resources via Power BI API.
    Beeing able to see those informations will help managers to:
    - Understand if the Change Management strategy was sucessfull by seeing the rate of created users vs. users really using Condeco's solution;
    - Undestand the real usage of all workspaces and undestand if it's important to reimagine the workplace.

  17. Currently linked rooms aren't available in the mobile app and must be booked within the web application. If booked it's not possible to edit a linked room booking. Edit is only possible in the web application.

  18. We would like an automated email notification when a service is booked as part of a room booking. We would like to send the email notification to a different recipient(s) based on the type of service requested.

  19. It would be good if desks could be scheduled to be closed or open on different days within the maximum 5 week booking period.
    At the moment you can only close desks for 1 period of time.

  20. At present, user can check-in their desk from anywhere from Condeco web portal or from mobile app. User should not allow to do Desk Check-in manually through either mobile app or web portal.

    Auto Desk check-in should only happen through mobile when user is around / near the desk. This will prevent user to perform desk check-in when they are not in office.
