  1. Bump warning lead times are currently only editable by Condeco administrators, it would be nice if this functionality also existed for global administrators. Furthermore, it would be great if the bump warnings could be defined differently for each country, i.e. the language and the time could be defined differently for each country. Currently only one language and a lead time for the bump warnings can be set.
    Another point would be to build an "Auto CheckIn link" into the Bump Warnings -> checkin is done by clicking on the link.

  3. Enable the ability for multiple latitude/longitude markers. This will allow the ability to capture check-in for users with the feature on locations that are larger office buildings/campuses.

  4. When I press "Close the Today Page" the system takes me to the Home page of the Meeting Spaces section.
    Now companies are promoting hybrid working and colleagues use Condeco to book personal spaces (desks) rather than meeting spaces can you include an option to return to the Personal Spaces section instead?

  5. This feature seems to have been removed...
    Can we have the option reinstated to order the meeting rooms on the booking grid? ie. room 101, then room 102 etc. going across the grid instead of being mixed up.

  6. In the mobile app, I can specify a date range when searching for colleagues, so I can look over a longer period of time to see when a particular colleague is in the office. This should also be possible via web version. Unfortunately, I can currently only select one day for the search.

  7. Condeco Catering is expected to be able to assign several participants to one product.
    Example:
    1-10 participants = 1 pot of coffee or tea
    11-20 participants = 2 pots of coffee or tea etc.

    A booking is changed by adding 15 participants, then the number of pots of coffee / tea is automatically adjusted
    (1 product is for X participants)

  8. We are a law firm and our secretaries are always making bookings on behalf of their attorney(s) they support. Currently the checkbox is towards the bottom of the screen. Setting the 'Booking on behalf of' AFTER all other parameters are set can cause the parameters to reset, thus resulting in incorrect location, date, group, etc. Can this checkbox be at the very top of the page so it is the first thing a user should think about before setting all other parameters?

  9. Currently, the 'Field Selection' fields when editing or creating reports are displayed in no apparent order. From user experience perspective, it would make more sense to sort them alphabetically by default so the required fields are easier to find.

  12. We need a way to schedule room bookings (for hospital clinics) with the following types of recurrences:

    some examples:

    First and Last Monday of every month.
    or
    2nd and 4th week of every month

    Part of the issue appears to be that only the First and Last month are present in the recurrence drop-down list.

    Whereas it should include, first, second, third, fourth, fifth, last

    These are regular patterns that consume a lot of administration time to populate without this option. It is not feasible for the teams to do this manually having discussed and experimented with the advanced features…

  13. When booking with 5 participants, a product is then added, the quantity of the product is equated with the number of participants.
    If the number of participants is subsequently changed, Condeco does not automatically adjust the amount of the product.
    We expect Condeco Catering to automatically adjust the quantities of products. But only if the number has not been changed manually beforehand.
    Example:
    5 participants and 5 cakes (amount transferred automatically); minus 1 participant = 4 participants and 4 cakes

    The update list is not really understandable (for the kitchen and for us who made the change).
    Is it possible to visually show the change in the e-mail, e.g.
    Mark the change (whether number or time) as bold (and/or in color) or just mark the entire line bold.
    If a product is removed then mark the whole line or just the product-name as strikethrough
    If a new product is added, then mark the whole line or just the product-name as bold (and / or in color)

  19. Users need to be notified on how their data will be collected, processed and stored. They should acknowledge the data privacy policy in effect with Condeco (at least on first use). A link to the policy should also be advertised in the GUI of both the Mobile APP and the browser APP at all times. Condeco's overall Privacy policy presumes that all configuration options are turned on. We should be able to advertise a Condeco data privacy policy that reflects only those features that are accessible (for instance, we've disabled the booking grid and do not have users self-certify to…

  20. Can we please get an all desk group view, outside of reporting to help us understand how many colleagues will be in the office on a given day at a glance. at the moment admins have to select and screen shot each group and stich together a custom view.
