  1. It is not possible to copy group configuration on country level. Just within a country.
    Therefore, it should be possible to either create group templates for reuse or be able to copy group configuration between countries.

  2. GET API endpoints should support filters that allow retrieving resource information based on External ID set through the API. The list of resources include:
    - Country
    - Region
    - Location
    - Floor
    - Resource Group
    - User
    - User Group

  3. For now, it is forbidden to change Resource Group for the existed desk by setting a new externalGroupId in DesksPostDesksV1.

    As a golden source, we use another corporate office management system, so any scenario of workspace reorganization cannot be implemented and requires a manual double entry.

    It would be really appreciated to have a possibility of full integration with Condeco system.

  5. There isn't currently an option to add a field when setting up desk bookings.

    We are trying to utilize Condeco via the desk booking option to enable users to book car parking spaces. If you added a field option we would be able to allow users to input their registration numbers.
    Because there isnt that option we cannot use condeco to its full potential, seems a shame as the only thing stopping us is the field input option

  6. A feature or option where Admin has the ability to send the iCS as an all day event. Having the iCS appear on a user's calendar in the morning is distracting, especially for the admin assistants when coordinating calendars for multiple users.

  11. Receive a notification for check-in. Employees reserve a personal space (desk or office) prior to arriving in the office and they forget don't check in, thinking because they reserved the desk it is all done. Once they arrive at the office they should receive a notification telling them to check in. Geolocation settings.

  12. Full support of the iPad for use with the Condeco app. The Apple App Store indicates it is fully supported, along with screenshots, however it appears not to be supported.

    There are minor bugs in the app - changing your status on the home screen crashes the app, otherwise it appears to function well.

  13. A major blocker for a large portion of our company from using this is the inability to make recurring desk bookings. I know that a desk can be made "flexi", and released for others, but we have a situation where a group of, say, 50, is given 15 desks, and each person comes in 1 or 2 days a week.

    eg:
    John has desk 1001 on Mon/Tues
    Sam has desk 1001 on Wed
    David has desk 1001 on Thurs/Fri

  15. Within the web app there are certain groupings that meeting rooms fall into (for example "Retail Meeting Rooms" "3rd Floor meeting rooms" or "Restricted meeting rooms"). These appear as a type of space to book under "book a meeting space". It would be good if the same functionality was available on the mobile app, so that people in large buildings can look only at rooms that are relevant and accessible to them when trying to book a room.

  16. When viewing the booking grid for a building, PLEASE set it so that the rooms will be in floor order instead of jumbled around as they appear now. It makes searching for an alternate, floor-adjacent room extremely frustrating.

  18. Sometimes Smart Calendar doesn't show all available rooms on a floor, even if they are available and meet the search criteria. It would be good to show every option on a floor.

  19. When the admin looks at the calendar in book a personal space they have the option to select whole week by clicking on all.
    However the end user has to select each day am/pm individually which they find rather cumbersome.
    It would be great if the end user could have the same functionality as the admins

  20. When using the booking grid, it can be difficult at times to locate the Meeting Space or Personal Space on the list of resources. The order in which the spaces are provided is determine by the order in which they were entered in the application. This makes it difficult to locate the meeting or personal space you are looking for.
