  1. I do not see the floor plan LEGEND in the mobile app. I DO see the floor plan LEGEND in the web portal. Can we get a LEGEND to appear in the mobile app as it appears in the web portal?

  3. The option for 'On arrival notify me by email' is too generalised when no meeting is selected. would it be possible to set a message based on location for when visitors are marked as arrived?

  5. Please add an option to edit the “Desk Booking reminder” email template under the group administration in the application setup and create an option to edit all the notification email templates under the group administration.

  6. Just because we have O365 doesn't mean that we use teams for meetings.

    We should be able to turn this option off. or give the user the option to book a teams or not.

    It is not our preferred system for remote meetings and we should be able to choose not to. It's going to cause a lot of issues.

  8. We use the Condeco Add-in for Outlook. When deleting a booking in the Mobile App, it should also delete the appointment in Outlook. I don't understand how deleting the booking in the Mobile App releases the Microsoft 365 Resource, but will not delete the Outlook Appointment it created itself. Why can it create an appointment in Outlook but not delete? If we delete from the Mobile, then we have to open Outlook and delete from there as well. This is not efficient, and can create confusion for the user.

  11. The Mobile Application needs to show information as reflected in the Web Applications 'Latest News' section. Especially in case of important information that we need our users to see when using the Mobile Application.

  12. The Visitor API has been designed to support UnKnown = 0, InternalVisitor = 1, ExternalVisitor = 2 and no other values. Suggest to enhance this feature as it does not make sense to have only 2 values accepted.

  13. On initial use of Add-in it is required to enter default URL and run through a verification process.
    Could these be pre-configured by our IT Teams via xml config file or similar?
    In the past we have identified that when introducing new technologies we should avoid setup steps wherever possible in order to get employee buy in

  14. There needs to be a much easier means to obtain QR codes internally in the codeco portal per line item (Desk) that can be printed. There are way too many steps and needing to export things to excel and convert and all. All this should be eliminated. There should be a link per each line (Desk) in Condeco that can easily generate the QR code directly and print or export the image to print.

  15. To be able to change the default to "You’re not working" instead of Working Remotely
    And/or can we Change or add the options to:
    1. I am not working
    2. I am working from home
    3. I am on another Chubb Site
    4. I am at a client site/external workshop

  17. It would be nice to setup user profiles with preferred attributes for certain bookable groups?
    As with the idea of having Condeco being a company's universal source of booking various resources (eg. Desk, Car Park, etc...)

    It would be nice if you split these resource into groups, you can have certain attributes for each group, which is possible, but when you set your profile up, you can't have preferred attributes for each group.
    You can only have all your attributes listed in your settings, not for each group.

  18. Currently, it is not possible to provide admin roles to users via external API (SCIM).

    Idea is to manage these over Azure/AD groups in the same way like group mapping for restricted ressources.

  19. Today all data provided via the Power BI API it's 48 hours behind. It's extremly important to have an realtime updated data to be able to undestand these daily information:
    - occupancy rate of the office and floors;
    - who is working in the office and who is workiing remotly;

    Those are important information for HR and Facilities Manager to acelerate the ROI by having insights, for example to close/open floors (energy savings) and to manage cleaning and meeting room vendors.

  20. Where there may be multiple devices listed under the "heartbeat not received" section on the Connect Screen Manager, it would be beneficial to have the ability to restart a group of devices rather than having to click on each device listed & restart it individually.
