HR Feed Sync with Active Directory level 2 (or below) OU
HR Feed only sync with level 1 OU from our Active Directory. We need HR Feed to be able to target a dedicated OU for a more accurate synchronisation process.

Prevent users from deleting catering in bookings within a set period of time
Would be great if there could be a delete limit on Catering items.
Users currently can currently delete items at any time even if there is a delete limit on rooms, which can be frustrating if you have a Catering Cancellation policy.

Provide "Find bookings" functionality to all profiles
Currently, the "Find bookings" functionality is only available for Admin profile, but this functionality can also help "normal users" to find a booking directly by the host name or id.

Ability to create roles within the system
Ability to create roles within the system that user profiles can be assigned. That doesn't require going into individual user accounts to apply permissions.

Setup a waiting list to notify users when desks are released
Create a waiting list so that users can be notified when desks have been released and\or book the desk for the next user in line.

Meeting Notifications - Wording for the 5 minute reminder
Condeco release notes:
"We've added a new option to the meeting reminder on the booking form. You'll now be able to select 'just before meeting start' to get a reminder about 5 minutes before your meeting starts."This is a good idea however it would make more sense if the wording was "5 minutes before meeting start".

Ability to delete fields on the dashboard that we do not need
There should be the option to customize the dashboard slightly.
We have multiple fields we do not need, for example 'cost centre' 'payment status'. There should be the option to hide or delete these.5 votes -
Multiple Visitor Pass Templates ...
Currently you can only have one pass template, different locations and building and entities within organisation have varying requirements for visitor passes.
It would be beneficial to have the ability to have more then one template available to select.

Remember floor selection when editing resources
When in resource editor (specifically meeting rooms, but I would assume others as well), when you select a location then edit a resource, it remembers the selected location. If you select a location and a floor, it forgets the floor every time you edit a resource. Please have it remember the floor selection as well.

To stay on the last page after session timeout
To circumvent the session timeout which is really too short (max 1 hour), our users would like to stay on last page viewed after reconnection into the web application.

Ability to delete all cost codes and start fresh
There is only an option to import cost codes, I want to delete all of them and start fresh, I have 17000 cost codes at present and to delete all of them one by one would be extremely time consuming, the option to delete and upload would be great,

Welcome Screen with information for the FrontDesk
It would be good to have a connection between the Welcome Screen at the FrontDesk and Condeco to show the guests who is coming this day.

We would like the ability to manually set permissions for users that won't be affected by syncs in AD Mapping
We use the HR Feed to set permissions in Condeco via Active Directory but would still like to be able to manually set permissions for users beyond that.
Currently, when a user has a manual permission set in Condeco, if a change occurs in Active Directory permissions are re-synced at the next run of HR Feed. This removes the manual permission set in Condeco.
We would like the HR Feed to ignore permissions for users that have manual been set as "manual"

Display of visitor company in room booking reports
Add visitor company as selection field to room booking report. Currently there is only a list of internal and external visitors without any additional information. The visitor report does not display enough Information to identify the related meeting (room, title, host) and is therefore not usable for our reception team.

Ability to stop users booking meeting rooms on the weekend and on bank holiday's
In our organisation, booking meetings rooms on the weekend is prohibited and we would like to avoid users thinking this is the case.
To make this easy to administrate, we should be able to clearly mark holidays in the settings. It would be optimal if the system could do this based on your region with the ability to adjust manually
