  1. Vendors are logged out too fast, and when an iPad is displayed in a common area like a kitchen for instance, the user (Chef) may not always be around to refresh and re-login. There should be the possibility of determining up to an 8-hour period of time before logging out vendors.

  2. When booking a recurring meeting with equipment - if one of the recurrences cannot be accommodated because the room is already booked - the list of alternative rooms includes those where the equipment it not allowed. if the user selects that room (maybe not realising) the booking is still saved, the equipment is not added but the user is not given any warning that the equipment hasn't been booked for that recurrence.

    For example, you can book a projector for Room 1 but not Room 2
    User makes a recurring booking for Room 1 with a projector.

  3. Our Security guards would like to have the possibility for a future visitor announcement (someone visiting SES next week - for example) that his Badge is Printed (tickbox).

    Another possibility would be to change both buttons, Collected / Break with a "Badge printed".

  4. It would be really good to have a pop up at say 5 mins after your room booking has started to remind bookers to activate their room. Most of the time its PAs that book multiple rooms in any given day and this helpful reminder would be very useful :)

  5. Currently in email confirmations for recurring bookings it only displays the original Booking ID but does include all recurring dates.

    As each booking has its own Booking ID it would be nice to include it next to each date of the recurring date.

  6. Our users have asked if linked bookings could show as 'one' booking on summary page rather than individual bookings.

    This is especially useful for room bookings with varying services, catering and times. Being able see it under a single reference makes it easier for the team to manage.

  7. Incorporate survey after the meeting is over Staff should be able to provide the feedback about the room on the functionality of Projector, Plasma TV, Round Table, conference equipment, etc

    This will help IT to improve the user experience in these meeting rooms

    Example:
    1. Feedback Email / form to be sent our once the meeting is over.
    2, Feedback form hosted on Condeco screens at the end of the meeting.
    3. Web app sending the feedback form once the meeting is over.

  10. If the screen is not online (network issue for example), our users are not able to check in (auto bump), so the meeting should not be automatically ended. The resource's profile should be updated to no profile temporarily.

  11. When a recurring meeting has a conflict, the application should recommend rooms based on the number of attendees to optimise room utilisation.

    Currently, it suggests conference rooms that have either the same or more room capacity.

    Example:

    I want to create a weekly meeting in the Philadelphia office in Conference Room A (that has the capacity set to 15) and in one of the weekly occurrences, I have a conflict because someone has Conference Room A already booked.

    There are 10 people set as attendees in the booking.

    Currently, I am only shown alternative rooms that can hold 15 or…

  13. We want to use AD Group to manage user permissions in Condeco (Global Administrator, Country Administrator,
    Location Administrator, Group Administrator).

    First you need to make these permissions manageable by group, not by user. Following this, you should allow the matching of this group with AD group. The consequence would be to sync AD Group with HR Feed

  14. When the vendor receives a new booking, he can only take charge of it (accept, on its way ...), but he can't refuse it (for exemple if the informations are wrong, if an article is temporary unavailable ...).
    Currently the administrators can refuse the booking of a room with an explanation sent by email. Can we do the same thing for catering ?

  15. Report for deleted rooms. I could not find a report on rooms that we deleted. I felt that it should be a standard report to list rooms that were deleted with detail such as
    1. Date Deleted
    2. Room Name
    3. Occupancy
    4. Location
    5. Facilities/Equipment in the room
    6. Booking from date of deletion.

    This is for record purposes.

  18. I'd like the ability to change the display in Outlook as they are not currently configurable in Condeco.

    This will provide a better user experience so locations are visible when they look on mobiles or details views in outlook.

    For example,
    <<(1st line of address), (location, ie. Sydney) - Floor - MR xx.xx>> should ideally be displayed as
    <<(shortened location, i.e SYD) - MR xx.xx - (1st line of address)>.

    Can it be changed so we have the ability to change this display text.

  19. When a vendor receives a booking modification email, they do not know what changes were made to the booking - if the change could be highlighted in the email it would make it possible for them to figure out what changed. This is an extremely important feature for our catering team.

  20. Currently you can only set dates for when an item is available, it would be great if you can set a time for certain items as we would rather not have breakfast offered for the whole day.

    Example:
    Our catering hours are only from 09:00-17:00 however rooms can be booked outside of this time. There is currently no way of locking this down and therefore currently users can order catering outside of this time which can lead to issues.

    Additionally, particular items such as breakfast should only be available for certain hours.
