Outlook Plugin should allow users to search rooms based on Date
The Room Booking option in the Outlook Plugin should allow searching based on Date.
There are instances when a meeting must be held in a specific room.
Currently, if the room is unavailable, the user must toggle back to Outlook, update date\time and search again. There must be a better approach to finding the next available date.

In essence what it says in the title. It would help some with visual impairments if we could change the size of the font in screen profiles.

Add the option to exclude Saturdays and Sundays for catering
Excluding Saturdays and Sundays when catering items.
All catering needs to be requested 24 hours in advance.The system thinks the weekend (Saturday & Sunday) are working days, so if you want to request catering for Monday, this can be done until Sunday morning instead of Friday morning. Is it possible to change it in the system

Show room capacity on screens
If room capacity is known (i.e. Exchange supports this attribute of a room mailbox) then add a feature to optionally show room capacity on screens. A small icon with capacity overlaid would suffice and not take up too much space on the screen.

Ability to add attachments to room booking
We would like to be able to add a document as an attachment to a room booking.
,This document may contain information about the meeting or people that will be attending the meeting, etc.. We would want to be able to view the document online and be able to print out as well.

RFID syncing
We use RFID cards for multiple systems - door security, badging to get our print outs at printers, etc. They all pull the badge information from AD or from the door security database. App makes us register every card again which is very annoying
I would like the badges to auto enroll and sync from an AD attribute instead of having to be manually enrolled each time.

Make pending requests easier to identify on the booking grid via icon
Hi,
In the old version all the pending requests used to be in bright orange and were easy to identify looking at the booking grid. Since the update, we can only identify them by a little question mark on the top left.
Can this be changed back to how it was before?

Desk booking advance periods in 'days' should allow weekends to be ignored
When a desk period is set to ‘weeks’, there is an option to ‘ignore weekends’. We would like this option to apply when the advance period is set to ‘days’ as well.

New Booking Grid - Booking Display
On the new look booking grid the whole of the host name is no longer displayed on bookings.
The meeting title font is too big and the words are rather squashed and hard to see all details clearly.9 votes -
Mobile Desk Booking to support Microsoft Edge
The app uses Chrome tabs to launch the Mobile desk booking app and our request is- is there a scope of developing an app which uses Microsoft Edge browser to launch Desk and Room Booking.
If Chrome is not installed on users mobile it will not launch as of now.

Make it easier for admin to bulk upload names/changes by CSV file
Make it easier for admin to bulk upload names/changes by CSV file.
Currently we use a third party application to manage our cost codes and we would like a simple CSV upload tool to be able to update user records
As a business we invoice catering made on bookings that require catering services and we would like the ability to tie back a cost code to each user which we can maintain via a CSV file.
Phone numbers are used to be able to contact the requestor of the booking if needed (asking for switching rooms,…)

Room usage statistics
We have several apps which control our meeting rooms and show in our dashboard. We wish to get statistics for the meeting room usage for only 9am to 5pm on Monday through to Friday (our office opening times) but it seems that the statistics are for 12 hours a day and 7 days per week. Please can you enable a feature to be able to select the days of the week and time per day so that the statistics can match our office opening hours and do not skew the data? Thanks

Bulk Update/Delete users
I can Bulk-Upload users to the web portal, however I cannot update/delete users this way - e.g. when a RFID card changed, the user changed his/her name or a user has left the organization.
So there is either an update/delete existing users missing (e.g. via a delete user flag) or a "bulk delete non-admins" button.6 votes -

A live page to clearly displays who is sitting where that we can show on our TV's throughout the office
The key objective is to get better visibility of where everyone is working
Right now, one must log into the application and either start the booking process, or use the find a colleague option to see where folks are sitting. There is no simple quick view / link we can provide users with to see where people are sitting.
Furthermore, once the map is loaded, you need to mouse over each location to see who is actually sitting in a specified location. We find out users constantly walking around trying to locate where people are sitting because the process of…

Indicate the meeting title and date/time in the confirmation pop up when deleting a booking in the grid.
It happens that admin right click on the wrong appointment in the advanced grid and delete the wrong booking.

Using the outlook plugin we should have the opportunity to copy a meeting which was held in the past and use it for a future appointment.

Implement the ability to view license information via the portal
The number of licenses on an account / renewal date is currently not visible to customers. This is not desirable and has caused outages for us when there has been some error on adding new licenses to our account. We suggest this information should be visible on the Connect portal to assist with purchasing / licensing.
