Ability to disable single Days for the calculation of Cut-Off Times. I.e. if the Vendor doesn't work on Weekends, the Cut-Off Times are only calculated for the Day's Mon thru Fri.

Translate Wayfinder to German
Currently, the Wayfinder works only with the English language and English date.
The possibility to convert to German, would be helpful.The goal should be that the Wayfinder displays the day and the month in German

System to ignore setup and clean down times when calculating room availability
Use case : a user makes a room booking for a date without catering.
A few days before the meeting, he decides to add catering (eg meal trays). Unfortunately, if these services have setup and clean-down times, the system tries to set them up, but if in the meantime the slots before and after are busy (which is often the case), the system displays an incomprehensible error message saying that the room is not available.
To solve this problem ideally the setup and cleandown times should be applied within the booking schedule, and not outside. Because it is more logical…

Ability to add attachments to bookings to keep a log of change requests
We get a lot of email requests from users about changes to managed meetings. We would like the ability to add attachments to keep a trail of change requests
It would be great if we could build in an attachments field into Condeco, we currently have this in our current system and makes life so much easier.

Check in button should not immediately toggle to End button, or End button should have a confirmation
On several occasions screens have not immediately responded to the pressing of the 'Check in' button and users have pressed it several times and accidentally pressed 'End' and immediately ended their meeting. Consider moving the 'End' button, delaying the toggle from 'Check in' to 'End' or - and probably the best option - add an 'Are you sure?' confirmation when pressing the 'End' button.

Relax Find Bookings search criteria, e.g. allow search by date only.
All fields should be searchable rather than a combination of those fields.
In some cases, if an admin accidentally deletes the booking, it would be good to be able to search for just cancelled requests / deleted bookings on a given

Visitors on Today page
Can a change be implemented for your visitors for today to show on the Today page, in the same way that your bookings do? This would save you from having to go into "Visitors" to check you've added the correct visitors for a meeting that may have been booked weeks before.

Ability to run a Single Event Detail (Banquet Event Order) report
We would like to have the ability to run a Banquet Event Order report (BEO).
BEO is an industry standard report used in hotels, conference centers, and banquets facilities.
The report should be specific to ONE event or booking ID and contains ALL details associated with that event.
It should include meeting name, date time location, contact info (host, requester, assigned responsible staff) and all resources or services requested, including item notes, separated by category, formatted to one document (can be multiple pages).
We should be able to choose which categories to include in the printout. This should be accessible…

A hidden note tab for admin that they could use to add notes about the booking without everyday users seeing it
It would be great if we could add a notes tab into Condeco.
We currently have a Notes tab in our current system, that allows us to record alot of information regarding the booking, that we do not want the requestor to see, i.e invoicing details, when the booking was made, by which method, changes or anything that happend to to the meeting on the day.
We find this tab extremely useful to store adhoc information.

Allow regular users to be Vendors
Our IT and Catering staff are both users and vendors. They currently need to have multiple logins to perform all of their activities. Allow assigning a regular user to a vendor, then merge the vendor portal as a new section of the web app instead of its own separate one. That way a user can pick if they're booking a room or managing services.

Advanced Booking Grid: The option to choose if ‘amendment’ emails automatically get sent to the host of the meeting
When our admin teams perform frequent actions such as moving a room from one group to another or copying a booking from one place to another there is currently no functionality to stop emails going out to the host (i.e. the holder of the original booking).
My team is swap rooms around frequently and sometimes place it back in the original room

Edited recurring bookings to be completely removed from the original series
The problem is that when you change an instance of a recurring booking they still kind of linked to the original series.
A recurring booking that has been edited by the instant booking should completely be removed from the series and act like any other booking that has not been created in a series once edited by this instance.
The individual change should sit in the "My bookings" completely separate (not in the series part of my bookings like it does at the moment )

A report of users booking on behalf of someone else
Provide the admin the ability to run a report on demand. This report would show the users booking on behalf of someone else. Include the booking creator user name, booked for user name, booking date and time, and location of user being booked for.

Upload a function schedule sheet to a booking
Our catering vendor team put together a large function sheet in a word doc for large events.
This doc lists menus, service times, facilities required etc.
An administrator them has to manually update the booking with the information on Condeco.
What would ve good is the ability to upload the document to Condeco and the requirements to auto populate the booking. This would save a lot of administration time.8 votes -
Cost Code Smart Search
Multiple clients have requested for the introduction of a smart search//lookup for the cost code field.
One of our law firm clients has over 10k costs codes with 15 unique characters in length. Due to the length of the cost codes, there is a high possibility of user error, therefore a smart search would help reduce user error.
The client would like there to be a smart/contextual similar to smart search on the Host/Requestor fields.
This is a key requirement for the client and I believe it would benefit many other clients who heavily use Cost Codes.

Allow for the customisation of ALL possible email templates from Condeco
Not all email templates are customisable.
For example, the activation of a suspended user cannot be customised. This causes significant issues for SSO customers because the URL and instructions cause more confusion.

When editing desks it would be a lot easier if the system would take me back to the page I'm on rather than take me back to the beginning
When editing desks on page 5 (for example), it would be a lot easier if the system would then take me back to page 5 once I've edited a desk. At the moment, every time I edit a desk I get taken back to the first page when I come out of the desk I've just edited. We have 14 pages of desks so it's getting a little bit confusing and is taking longer than it should
