  1. The problem is that when you change an instance of a recurring booking they still kind of linked to the original series.

    A recurring booking that has been edited by the instant booking should completely be removed from the series and act like any other booking that has not been created in a series once edited by this instance.

    The individual change should sit in the "My bookings" completely separate (not in the series part of my bookings like it does at the moment )

    One suggestion would be to have a new symbol that shows it was once a…

  2. Multiple clients have requested for the introduction of a smart search//lookup for the cost code field.

    One of our law firm clients has over 10k costs codes with 15 unique characters in length. Due to the length of the cost codes, there is a high possibility of user error, therefore a smart search would help reduce user error.

    The client would like there to be a smart/contextual similar to smart search on the Host/Requestor fields.

    This is a key requirement for the client and I believe it would benefit many other clients who heavily use Cost Codes.

  3. When editing desks on page 5 (for example), it would be a lot easier if the system would then take me back to page 5 once I've edited a desk. At the moment, every time I edit a desk I get taken back to the first page when I come out of the desk I've just edited. We have 14 pages of desks so it's getting a little bit confusing and is taking longer than it should

  4. Our catering vendor team put together a large function sheet in a word doc for large events.
    This doc lists menus, service times, facilities required etc.
    An administrator them has to manually update the booking with the information on Condeco.
    What would ve good is the ability to upload the document to Condeco and the requirements to auto populate the booking. This would save a lot of administration time.

  6. Currently, the "Find bookings" functionality is only available for Admin profile, but this functionality can also help "normal users" to find a booking directly by the host name or id.

  7. Ability to create roles within the system that user profiles can be assigned. That doesn't require going into individual user accounts to apply permissions.

  9. Would be great if there could be a delete limit on Catering items.

    Users currently can currently delete items at any time even if there is a delete limit on rooms, which can be frustrating if you have a Catering Cancellation policy.

  10. When in resource editor (specifically meeting rooms, but I would assume others as well), when you select a location then edit a resource, it remembers the selected location. If you select a location and a floor, it forgets the floor every time you edit a resource. Please have it remember the floor selection as well.

  11. Condeco release notes:
    "We've added a new option to the meeting reminder on the booking form. You'll now be able to select 'just before meeting start' to get a reminder about 5 minutes before your meeting starts."

    This is a good idea however it would make more sense if the wording was "5 minutes before meeting start".
    Our End Users like everything very clear and concise.

  13. Limit the rooms available based on the number of attendees and if we can work with a % variation either way.
    Ideally if I book a meeting for 10 people it should only show me rooms for 5 - 15 people and no other rooms.
    We are seeing that people are booking 25 seater room for only 5 people of which is impacting other areas requiring the big rooms.

  16. There is only an option to import cost codes, I want to delete all of them and start fresh, I have 17000 cost codes at present and to delete all of them one by one would be extremely time consuming, the option to delete and upload would be great,

  17. There should be the option to customize the dashboard slightly.
    We have multiple fields we do not need, for example 'cost centre' 'payment status'. There should be the option to hide or delete these.

  19. In our organisation, booking meetings rooms on the weekend is prohibited and we would like to avoid users thinking this is the case.

    To make this easy to administrate, we should be able to clearly mark holidays in the settings. It would be optimal if the system could do this based on your region with the ability to adjust manually

  20. Currently you can only have one pass template, different locations and building and entities within organisation have varying requirements for visitor passes.

    It would be beneficial to have the ability to have more then one template available to select.
