Linked room bookings as 'one' booking
Our users have asked if linked bookings could show as 'one' booking on summary page rather than individual bookings.
This is especially useful for room bookings with varying services, catering and times. Being able see it under a single reference makes it easier for the team to manage.

Disable auto bump if screen is offline
If the screen is not online (network issue for example), our users are not able to check in (auto bump), so the meeting should not be automatically ended. The resource's profile should be updated to no profile temporarily.

Allow users to provide feedback about a workspace
Incorporate survey after the meeting is over Staff should be able to provide the feedback about the room on the functionality of Projector, Plasma TV, Round Table, conference equipment, etc
This will help IT to improve the user experience in these meeting rooms

User profile option to not receive emails
While some users like the confirmation emails, others apparently do not and feel it's just cluttering their mailbox. Is it possible to add a user profile setting that would enable/disable the sending of emails to that user?

Ability to add videos or more features to the panel background
Currently only able to add images as the background if you want to brand the panels. Would be great if could add videos and other features instead of just an image.

Room Images in Search Results
In both the web and Outlook, (mobile) it would be helpful for the room image to be viewable in the search results, rather than having to click on a seperate icon to loan.

System to hold room bookings to for a set period of time
When a user is trying to book a room, another user is able to "steal" the room if they complete their booking quicker. Once a booking is in the process of being made, another user should not be able to make a booking in the same room if the times overlapped. Similar to online ticket websites that hold tickets for a set period of time (usually 10 minutes) to allow you time to complete the transaction. Add an overview for special deliveries with the available amount left of items
Add an overview for delivery request where we can see in total what kind of equipment or supplies are available right now (i.e. the total available amount of items and the amount which is left).
We are looking for an overview list which shows the storage contents, what/where the rented items are at the moment

Report on rooms that we deleted for audit purposes
Report for deleted rooms. I could not find a report on rooms that we deleted. I felt that it should be a standard report to list rooms that were deleted with detail such as
1. Date Deleted
2. Room Name
3. Occupancy
4. Location
5. Facilities/Equipment in the room
6. Booking from date of deletion.This is for record purposes.

Delete a series when meetings have been bumped X number of times
The auto-bump feature is great for individual no-shows. Can you extend that function that if the booking is part of a series and x sequential meetings are bumped, the entire series is removed.
Use case: User books recurring meeting for a couple of months. User is then terminated or leaves, but nobody else is associated with the bookings. This can now only be deleted by an admin on request. If the meeting is no longer valid and say 3 in a row are missed, cancel the remainder of the series.

Location Display - Ability to change.
I'd like the ability to change the display in Outlook as they are not currently configurable in Condeco.
This will provide a better user experience so locations are visible when they look on mobiles or details views in outlook.
For example,
<<(1st line of address), (location, ie. Sydney) - Floor - MR xx.xx>> should ideally be displayed as
<<(shortened location, i.e SYD) - MR xx.xx - (1st line of address)>.Can it be changed so we have the ability to change this display text.

Advanced Grid on mobile app
As an admin, when I am not in front of my computer I cannot look at the advanced grid or perform and admin tasks. We were led to believe this capability was going to be in the first release of the app when we first signed on but are still waiting. This is a crucial aspect for our usability on a daily basis.

Visitor arrival should notify all internal attendees not just the host
When a visitor is "arrived" on the system, ALL internal attendees should get the notification email not just the host. Most of our hosts are partners and they would not be impressed to have to email all of their colleagues when a visitor arrives. When reception are busy it is very annoying and time consuming to have to email the other internal staff separately.

Give vendor the ability to refuse a catering booking
When the vendor receives a new booking, he can only take charge of it (accept, on its way ...), but he can't refuse it (for exemple if the informations are wrong, if an article is temporary unavailable ...).
Currently the administrators can refuse the booking of a room with an explanation sent by email. Can we do the same thing for catering ?7 votes -
Pending bookings that are amended should not require approval for minor changes
When a managed booking has been confirmed it's appearing on the ABG but when a user is amending the booking, it is disappearing from the ABG.
If the time of the meeting changed, it's normal that it's not appearing in the ABG, but if the user just add or removed services, it should stay on the ABG.19 votes -

An easier way to allocate services to a room - especially when you have a lot of services
It would be helpful if there was an auto allocate
When a site has many rooms, you need to allocate all the services to that room which is extremely time-consuming when you have a lot of services.

System to ignore setup and clean down times when calculating room availability
Use case : a user makes a room booking for a date without catering.
A few days before the meeting, he decides to add catering (eg meal trays). Unfortunately, if these services have setup and clean-down times, the system tries to set them up, but if in the meantime the slots before and after are busy (which is often the case), the system displays an incomprehensible error message saying that the room is not available.
To solve this problem ideally the setup and cleandown times should be applied within the booking schedule, and not outside. Because it is more logical…
