  1. Essentially a full audit log for users and admins to get transparency on what happened to the booking.
    We would like a way to ensure all admin actions can be tracked which is a security risk as any malicious action is untraceable. It also allows us to know who to inform when accident changes happen

  2. Rather than abbreviations (in the search results) and words in the search, room attributes (projector, VC, TV, Whiteboard etc.) should be shown as an icon

  3. It would be easier for our IT team to know what video conferencing ID we are using if we were able to add a Zoom ID field. It would also be easier for reporting to know who has had video conferences over the course of a month (or whatever range is selected)

  4. When a user/admin enters duplicate service items for the same deliver time the system currently clubs them items together and adds the quantities together.
    It would be better for the system to alert the user/admin they are entering duplicate items for the same delivery time and to change one of the duplicates to a different delivery time or delete the item.

  5. If you have selected a freely bookable room, you only get freely bookable rooms as an alternative.

    it's the same the other way around.

    managed room in the appointment, only managed rooms appear in the selection.

    This is also limited of VC choices. You should be able to select ANY room as an alternative.
    This also includes selecting a room in a different location/floor if necessary.

  6. Users misbehaving and starting their meetings remotely from the web, outlook add-in or mobile.

    Admins should have the option to disable this feature and force users to physically be at the screen to check in.

    (Mobile check in only via proximity - bluetooth beacon)

  7. At the moment it is only possible for the organizer/host to start/end meetings on the screen with transponder card.

    The other possibility would be to allow everybody to start meetings without authentication.
    It would make sense to implement the possibility of authentication by transponder card for every user synced to the system (Example: Personal assistant has booked the room)

    The development of this feature is currently underway and we expect to be able to release it during Q4 2020.

    The authentication of the card and the permissions of the holder will be pushed to the calendar service.

    Assuming the card holder has permission to Start/Stop the meeting, then the screen will allow it.

  8. One of our sites is interested in providing a self-service option for visitors, via some form of computer/kiosk, so on arrival the visitor can enter their name, and host's name, have their photo taken and print a pass.

  9. In the web application you will get detailed information (room picture, floor plan, equipment) when clicking on a room description within the advanced grid overview. Same behavior is expected in the "advanced grid" view of the Outlook Add-In.

  10. Please get rid of the confusing time display - 04:00 pm helps no one - It would be better as a 24 hour clock, but if you can't do that, remove the leading 0 from the times.

  11. When setting up the screen profile, you can only set PIN required for End or Delete booking when Book is also set to PIN required.

    Pin required should be able to be switched off so anonymous bookings can be made on the screen by users. You should have the ability to then set PIN required for End or Delete so this prevents any user ending or deleting other users bookings.

  12. Currently for managed bookings, when using the 'All' filter, a request that was approved and then updated shows the word 'New' in grey but we want it to be a different ‘new’ than the ‘new’ items that haven't been updated as these are more urgent and will stop users losing the room.

    As it is updated and was previously approved it needs to be actioned before it is missed.

  14. At the moment we are having to give Vendors Location Administrator rights so they can update bookings.
    It would be good if there was a vendor level in the user permissions so that they are restricted to being only able to update facilities for which service group they belong (IE catering can only update catering items nothing else)

    We are also having to give Vendors location admin permissions for other locations as when a booking is connected they need this level of access so they can update their home location booking.
    The issue here is other locations do not want…

  15. Would be nice if there´s a mobile app (iOS & Android) which is especially made for vendors workflow management, basically just the vendor dashboard as a mobile app.

  16. We would like a feature that we could set a limit on to block/suspend a user for X amount of days from booking appointments after they have X amount of no shows.

    Currently we have a 20% of meeting No Shows shown in the dashboard. We would like to advise users that if they have X no shows in an Y day period, hey will be automatically suspended or blocked from booking meetings for Z days. (X, Y & Z is configurable to admins within the Connect portal).

  17. The Room Booking option in the Outlook Plugin should allow searching based on Date.

    There are instances when a meeting must be held in a specific room.

    Currently, if the room is unavailable, the user must toggle back to Outlook, update date\time and search again. There must be a better approach to finding the next available date.

  19. Excluding Saturdays and Sundays when catering items.

    All catering needs to be requested 24 hours in advance.The system thinks the weekend (Saturday & Sunday) are working days, so if you want to request catering for Monday, this can be done until Sunday morning instead of Friday morning. Is it possible to change it in the system

  20. If room capacity is known (i.e. Exchange supports this attribute of a room mailbox) then add a feature to optionally show room capacity on screens. A small icon with capacity overlaid would suffice and not take up too much space on the screen.
