  1. The key objective is to get better visibility of where everyone is working

    Right now, one must log into the application and either start the booking process, or use the find a colleague option to see where folks are sitting. There is no simple quick view / link we can provide users with to see where people are sitting.

    Furthermore, once the map is loaded, you need to mouse over each location to see who is actually sitting in a specified location. We find out users constantly walking around trying to locate where people are sitting because the process of…

  4. Indicate the meeting title and date/time in the confirmation pop up when deleting a booking in the grid.

    It happens that admin right click on the wrong appointment in the advanced grid and delete the wrong booking.

  5. Using the outlook plugin we should have the opportunity to copy a meeting which was held in the past and use it for a future appointment.

  6. The number of licenses on an account / renewal date is currently not visible to customers. This is not desirable and has caused outages for us when there has been some error on adding new licenses to our account. We suggest this information should be visible on the Connect portal to assist with purchasing / licensing.

  7. We are having this issue only when changes have been made to a booking with food/service items attached to it that are within the food/service item notice period. The validation of food/service item is triggering even though no changes have been made to food/service items

    Our users are also seeing an irrelevant error message (an error message about food/service item) when they change they are making is to the meeting title or attendees

  8. In app setup -> groups, the groups are listed in alphabetical order. When editing in app setup -> resources, this is not the case. Can the group list please be sorted there as well? Currently the order is their creation date.

  11. Our Security guards would like to have the possibility for a future visitor announcement (someone visiting SES next week - for example) that his Badge is Printed (tickbox).

    Another possibility would be to change both buttons, Collected / Break with a "Badge printed".

  12. Vendors are logged out too fast, and when an iPad is displayed in a common area like a kitchen for instance, the user (Chef) may not always be around to refresh and re-login. There should be the possibility of determining up to an 8-hour period of time before logging out vendors.

  13. We would like to be able to add a document as an attachment to a room booking.

    ,This document may contain information about the meeting or people that will be attending the meeting, etc.. We would want to be able to view the document online and be able to print out as well.

  14. It would be really good to have a pop up at say 5 mins after your room booking has started to remind bookers to activate their room. Most of the time its PAs that book multiple rooms in any given day and this helpful reminder would be very useful :)

  15. When a recurring meeting has a conflict, the application should recommend rooms based on the number of attendees to optimise room utilisation.

    Currently, it suggests conference rooms that have either the same or more room capacity.

    Example:

    I want to create a weekly meeting in the Philadelphia office in Conference Room A (that has the capacity set to 15) and in one of the weekly occurrences, I have a conflict because someone has Conference Room A already booked.

    There are 10 people set as attendees in the booking.

    Currently, I am only shown alternative rooms that can hold 15 or…

When booking a recurring meeting with equipment - if one of the recurrences cannot be accommodated because the room is already booked - the list of alternative rooms includes those where the equipment it not allowed. if the user selects that room (maybe not realising) the booking is still saved, the equipment is not added but the user is not given any warning that the equipment hasn't been booked for that recurrence.

    For example, you can book a projector for Room 1 but not Room 2
    User makes a recurring booking for Room 1 with a projector.

  18. Currently in email confirmations for recurring bookings it only displays the original Booking ID but does include all recurring dates.

    As each booking has its own Booking ID it would be nice to include it next to each date of the recurring date.

  19. We want to use AD Group to manage user permissions in Condeco (Global Administrator, Country Administrator,
    Location Administrator, Group Administrator).

    First you need to make these permissions manageable by group, not by user. Following this, you should allow the matching of this group with AD group. The consequence would be to sync AD Group with HR Feed

  20. Typically when a user taps their card in/out the colour changes.

    We would like a message or icon (such as a sand timer) on the screen after a user touches their card on the desk to make it obvious to the user that it is in a loading stage

    This would help those with colour blindness.
