Filter 'Your Bookings'
Some individuals have a lot of bookings in different types of spaces. In the Your Bookings list this can create a long list that is hard to navigate - for example if you are just looking for upcoming desk or parking space bookings.
A filter on this page to filter the list by a specific type of booking would then give a clearer picture to the use for the upcoming days.

Change wording of answers in the Self-Certify popup
The default wording in the self-certify popup ‘I confirm that I have read and agree to all statements above’ and ‘I do not agree to all statements above’ do not match how we want to word the statements in the popup.

Count bookings as 1 slot per day instead of 2
Currently a site configured for Whole Day bookings sees 2 slots per day booked. Can this be changed to reflect 1 slot per day? Would make reporting much more accurate,

Parking place booking
We have signed up with Condeco Desk booking as we have less desks then we have employees. But we actually have even less parking places then desks.
To streamline the usage of parking places, we were thinking to use Condeco Desk booking for booking a desk as well as a parking place. The parking places are not fixed and should be "virtual"
At the moment I understand that it's not possible to book 2 places at the same time. For a short term solution, could this be made possible?
For a long term solution maybe Condeco can implement a Parking…

Group Configurations Report
A report that provides all the group configurations for all the groups. Most importantly, this report needs to capture all the options available in Edit Name/Deployment, and Application Setup. This report also needs to be available to run on demand.

Please add additional data to Azure Table Storage to enable report creation via Power BI in addition to the currently available 'booking' data.

Availability: Change status to not working for multiple days
When changing multiple days in advance to the status not working as an end user, every day need to be changed individually (applies to web- and mobile app). It would be much easier for the end users to select mutiple days and set them to "not working", e.g. when going on annual leave.

Check in and Start times
It doesn't make sense to have to book check into your desk if you start work after 11am resulting in losing said desk. You should be able to enter in your start time so you don't have to find a new one once you get to the building.

Login with Azure SSO app
Allow the app to login using Azure SSO with user and device based authentication. This could be done directly through the Azure SSO app or using the Edge browser. The setting could be controlled by an admin with an app configuration policy that could also include the Condeco URL. This would allow for a few seamless user experience and a more secure login.

Mobile app grey scale
The results list when viewing desks booked for a colleague or future bookings is all grey scale. This makes it difficult to quickly identify days, or bookings - is if possible to add some color to this or look at the design to make this more visible rather than the all grey view as it is.

Fix mobile app font size handling
The fonts on the mobile app (iOS) is not set up to be fully scalable. So when a user sets a Text Size (e.g. larger text for ease of reading) some of the text no longer displays properly. The mobile app should cope with scaling and not force a user to set a text size specific for using the Condeco app.

Mezzanine floor option
Hi
At the moment when defining the Floors in a Location we can define the Floor Name against each floor number, so if we had 4 floors above Ground, we can set them as 1st Flr, 2nd Flr and so on.
On the Booking Grid floor drop-down it displays this as '1st Flr (1)' 2nd Flr (2) etc.
Some Locations have a 'mezzanine' floor and there is currently no way I know of to set the right floor number. If we had 4 floors above Ground M,1,2 and 3 - I would have set the Mezzanine floor as floor 1,…5 votes -
Allow HTML on Welcome page message and self-certify popup.
We use our own self-certification forms hosted on O365. We require staff and visitors to self-certify prior to coming into the office by completing our form. It would be great if the welcome message on the today page would accept HTML (like the e-mail templates) so we can link to our form from there. Same for the self-certify popup on the mobile app. Would be great if people could click thru from the popup to our own form.
Would also be nice to use some own corporate branding like a logo on the Welcome / today page.7 votes -

Whole day configuration and check-in period.
Whole day booking had been selected to ensure a one person, one desk booking per day such that COVID-19 cleaning procedures are integrated with the release of the desk.
When a whole day is selected in advanced/global setup/desk booking, the check-in period in the application setup in groups is also changed to reflect one period, that being AM. This only has a time limit of 11:59AM. If there are afternoon shift staff booking a desk and they are not in to check in by 11:59AM, their desks are bumped.
