Extending meeting that is in progress or just before it finishes
It would be good to be able to extend a booking when it is in progress or to be able to extend the time of a booking when it is due to finish. As we find meetings do over run and there is no way to extend them.

Monthly view on the Vendor Dashboard
Would it be possible for the Vendors to view a month's worth of jobs and print these on the Vendor Dashboard so that they can plan appropriate resourcing.

Give admin the ability to "view as a User" to see what changes would look like to a regular user
This will help with troubleshooting as sometimes problem-solving can take a day or two
When you are set up as a Global Admin and trying to work on a users Account it would be good to not need the keep the user hanging around to try different things.
The ability to impersonate a User account and work on the issue in the background to try different steps to resolve the issue.

View where any colleague is sitting in the building.
Some facility to view where someone is sitting, even if you cannot book a desk in that area. Currently you can't find a colleague's desk unless you can also book on that floor.

The condeco server should pickup the local customer time & date and not a UTC time for vendor management/logging.
We had that issue already discussed with the condeco technical support:
The timezone for logging/managing vendor things appears to be fixed as UTC time (according to the support) and not our local time zone.
Logging for print etc. are set to UTC time zone, which appears always as a different time than our local time zone. This need to be a consistent process for logging/managing the time zones server wide/account setting wise (!) and not for every part of the system…

Booking Summary: Make it easier for admin/users to see what has been amended
Provider better information within the booking summary.
Under each update within the summary, provide information as to what has been amended during this update.
The booking summary form should show if an action was done through the web portal or the Outlook add-in. This would help us troubleshoot issues related to the Outlook add in
Overall it makes it much clearer for an admin to understand what has been added when, and whether we were aware of certain requirements before the most recent booking update.

RFID (badge) and PIN manageable from portal
Make user PIN available to view on connect portal & allow us to delete badges from a users account. When users update their badge for the RFID reader it would be better if we could make the change without involving the end user.

Condeco locks us out after a short period of time, can it keep up logged in all day? As the PAs especially use it all day!

Differentiation between Setup time and Meeting time
The problem is that from screen perspective the Setup time counts as Meeting time.
If the Setup time of a room is defined "15 minutes" and meetings in general are cancelled after 15 minutes without starting them on the screen, they will be cancelled at the moment when the meetings normally start.
By now the only solution is to set the time after which the meetings are cancelled automatically to e.g. 25 minutes - if a meeting requires a setup time of 30 minutes it will be cancelled all the same.

Visibility of the booking history
For each booking it would be useful (and very helpful) to get visibility of the booking history.
Similar data to this is included in a booking trace via the SaaS team when requested, but this information could be easily formatted and presented via the application, so people understand what has happened to the booking during its lifecycle.
Details such as:
1. What was changed in a booking 2. Quantity (if applicable) 3. Changes to the service item times 4. When the booking was created 5. Who created the booking and when 6. Who modified the booking and what did they do25 votes -

Prevent the time from resetting when I select a new Group from a search
When a new Group is changed on the Quick Room Search or Find a Room page it resets the time. This is because the other Group may have different business hours. However if my existing chosen time is within the newly selected Group's business hours, it should retain my selection.

Kiosk pre-selected desk shouldn't be booked until user selects "Confirm and Exit"
If the user opts to book a different desk to the one that has been pre-selected then, without this change, the user receives 2 confirmation emails. As is stands, this causes unnecessary email traffic and confusion for the user. It is also not consistent behaviour for the kiosk.

To have a functionality for normal users to bulk upload visitors on the Attendees tab in booking from for uploading multiple external visitors at once. This can help clients in hosting category (like ATOS who outsource their workspace to their client to host events) with managing their workspace efficiently. As we are aware, this functionality is available to group admins or above only.

Reminder before meeting room is released
Currently, we get an email telling us that the room has been bumped because it wasn't started from the screen.
We would like a reminder that it is about to be bumped unless we start it from a screen
The meeting organizer would then have the chance to check in before the room is released.

Email notification in HTML Format
Room Booking confirmation/notification to be sent as HTML or Rich Text format to make it look more professional.
We want to add company logo and formatted text to emphasize important information.
We want to include important web links such as office location.
We also want to include some infographics in the email if possible.

Search by last name for visitors
Currently there is no way to search by "Last name". May be in UK it is OK to search only by "First name", in DE and the rest of Europe this is not practicable.
