  2. If a blind managed confirmed booking is amended by the end user the booking drops off the grid as it is in a "new and updated" status. This risks the original booked and confirmed room being assigned to another booking request.
    It would be better for these bookings to stay on grid and show as pending.

  5. When Catering marks a request as "Collected" it's filtered out into a different view, but if that change was made in error, there is no way to change it back from "Collected" to any of the other status options. Those status buttons should remain on the request window and Catering should have the ability to toggle between them.

    Is it possible to enable SSH / SNMP Access For Condeco Screens? I am trying to ingest these condeco screens into our hardware/device inventory management system called "Device42" and the preferred protocol is SSH/SNMP.

  10. Integration to report and raise incidents in service management software, to allow the reporting of screen connection issues to service now. The connect portal offers useful information but, many organizations do not have the capacity for staff to be checking for new reports in connecting manually. The overnight reports are useful however by the time business hours begin the issues the reports are already 5-6 hours out of date. Having an automated incident process assigned to the support team in real-time takes away the need for checking the portal throughout the day or relying on customers to call the helpdesk…

  12. Recommendation feature for both 'Quick room search' and 'Find a Room'

    How it works:
    If there's no room available based on inputted search parameter(s), show the next best alternative date/time slots

    Reason:
    Meeting rooms, especially training rooms, in our organization is a scarce commodity.
    While it's possible to rely on e.g. advanced grid, it's much more efficient and convenient if the system can directly list alternatives upfront

  14. There should be an option to turn off time out when admin users are not interacting with the web portal.

    Currently when an admin user is away from the desk for over 30 mins, the user is forced to close the connection and relogin which can be time consuming if a user needs to find info quickly from the portal.
