  1. Currently, when creating a new zone, the 'Name' field is marked mandatory (depicted by a red asterisk) while the 'Floor' field is not. However, when trying to save the zone without adding floor information, a corresponding error message pops up asking to fill out the floor field.

    Therefore, it makes sense to add a red asterisk to the floor field as well to show that it is mandatory.

  2. A view for reception teams to see who in in the office today, across groups. Reception teams tend not to have administrator access so do not have access to reports.

    Original idea:

    It is wished by many in our office (especially the receptionists, because their task is to have the overview) that you can get a complete overview of alle booked personal spaces of all locations, groups and floors in the booking grid. Currently you have to choose between the groups and floors and workspace types first and can see only the bookings of the selected. If someone asks me…

  4. Allow closing Zones or Locations for multiple days. Today it is only possible to close them for just one day or some days in a row. This simple improvement would allow clients to block zones or locations during holidays, scheduled maintenance, sanitization, etc.

    1. A User of Condeco Unified Mobile App (either on iOS or on Android) has the option to select a default group as well as floor to narrow down their search for Personal spaces
    2. However, the user doesn’t have the option to select a default group as well as floor to narrow down their search for Meeting Spaces

    Suggestion : Enabling default group selection and default floor selection to narrow down search results for Meeting Spaces will improve the User Experience

  6. Under User Management, it should be possible to select the option to create a user as either:

    - Form User

    - SSO User

    Why would we need this?
    While we are using SSO and MFA, we are not using HR Feed for user provisioning, which means we are relying on user imports done by Condeco.

    For first implementation this works fine, however, for adding any new user in our organisation requires us to reach out to Condeco.

    When our administartors are able to create a SSO user themselves we can onboard new users of Condeco much more efficiently.

  7. Example I have a meeting which required 1 main room and 2 breakout rooms.

    It would be good to connect all three rooms in the 1 main booking.
    When I open the main booking the ability to see the other rooms and make changes to them if necessary.

  8. When moving between floor plans in the Application Set Up, it's frustrating to have to click a different floor and then click back on the original floor just to make updates and changes. There should be an ability to return back to the editing section of the same floor without having to jump around!

  9. Currently, a fixed / flexy desk allocation leads to a permanent booking for a given desk and any deviation from this permanent booking must be released separately.

    However, it would be great if these deviations could be executed by 'booking rules', e.g. that the fixed allocation is applicable for all weekdays except Thursday and Friday (in case the user usually does not come into the office on those days).

    Releasing a regular absence is tedious when you have to set every absence manually and separately.

    Moving this item back to 'Under consideration' as this is part of our roadmap 'backlog'. I do not have an ETA for this at the current time however.

  10. For example, report all height adjustable desks, or all meeting rooms with video conferencing.
    Currently there is a need to maintain this information separately even though it is configured in the Condeco system.

  11. When searching for a personal space (desk) for a number of days, rather than saying "none available" if there is desk availability on some of the days, say that instead of none for all days.
    Staff are becoming confused when trying to book 3 days in a week and having to keep changing the search for 1 day at a time.

  14. It would be good if the requestors name and contact number was shown.
    It is a PA who makes the booking and sometimes is the person who needs to be notified of visitor arrival.
    The PA will notify the host and others who need to know the visitors have arrived for a client meeting etc.

  15. Allow the mobile app to reset a forgotten password. if you are in route and forget your password, you are unable to check in or book a desk. The whole idea of this app for us due to covid is to do this BEFORE you get to the office.

  16. when booking a desk from Today Page, Home Page, Find a Desk and the mobile app each shows a slightly different view of the floorplan and inconsitent labeling of desk meta data

  18. It is quite clunky and manual to place desks on the floor plans once they are uploaded. Each Group needs to have the floorplan uploaded again, it does not take the one that has been uploaded for the floor originally. Can improvements be made to Floorplan admin side so this doesn't need to be done twice?

    Admins would also like the ability to move multiple desks at once instead of plotting one desk at a time.

  19. We assign fixed desks to workspaces such as offices that should only be used by one person while allowing others to find their location and status in the system. Currently fixed desks are being released to be reserved by others when the assigned user changes their status from “In the Office” to “Working Remotely”. As we believe that this should be a functionality of a Flexi-Desk, I would like to request the trigger be removed so that when a fixed desk user changes their status from “In the Office” to “Working Remotely that their desk is not be made available…
