  1. Auto-cc (invite) another mailbox (specified by client) configured p/room in “admin”. To enable auto-inviting other resource Skype / Teams / Zoom...

    This will enable auto-inviting another mailbox (resource) whenever you book a specific room. Resources for Skype / Teams / Visitors systems

    Competition already does this. This will enable by booking a room, that another resource like a Skype / Teams in-room conference phone or system is automatically booked. This is a simple change, but can be seen as a “integration” to the clients-benefit. I would do this asap! Great function

  2. Add a state to desk screens and desk booking that helps admin identify desks that needs cleaning, and set the state to cleaned.

  4. While finding or booking a desk for a week, every time the User have to click on all days of the week if need to book for the entire week. Instead of that, we can have a book for entire week checkbox that automatically selects all days in a week, so that the User can book desk quickly in a single click for the week.

  5. Add room setup to printout document of a single Room in the 'All services' overview.

    If we click on 'printer friendly version', the room setup is included in this printout. So why don't you include this on the printout of a single room ??

  6. At the moment if you aren’t successful in booking a desk for particular times in the future, you have to go back and check periodically to see whether people have released their desks, but it’s very time consuming and manual.

    I wondered whether there could be some sort of ‘waiting list’ functionality set up whereby you can request a desk for your area for particular times and then as desks are released (due to cancellations) you receive a notification? Would save us from logging back on repeatedly etc.

  7. Our open office environment is very saturated - 100% reserved on a regular basis with a number of people who wish to but can't reserve a desk. It'd be great if we could capture the number of people who are unable to get a desk. This could help drive our real estate team to manage the allocation of seats to different depts/teams based on demand

  8. As a global firm with many offices we have established a global standard of how the application is to be configured.
    To avoid the Country and Location admins deviating from the global standard it would be good if anything they change went to a pending state and the global admin can either accept the change or override/reject.

  13. I've logged into Home and looking at the Search Results. It would be very helpful and nice if I could click on the Column Header and sort the information based on what I would like to see.

    Right now, I have to scroll through a massive room list and I still do not find my preference easily!

  14. Hey,
    could you please consider adding a possibility to give a regular User the rights to start the Advanced Reports without administration rights ?
    Per design currently we can add the rights to access the Advanced Reports menu but cannot run the reports without admin rights.

  15. Could the drop downs available for Purpose of Visit and Pass Type be adaptable, so each business can add in their own categories.

    Currently

    Pass Type only offers Contractor and External Visitor
    
    Purpose of Visit only offers Internal Visitor and External Visitor
    

    Both fields are very limited and do not allow us to drill down on the types of visitors we have through the door or which types of passes are being requested most often.

  16. In user profile will be graceful have a flag to enable/disable mail notification about booking events, so that each user can choose what event will be notified in his/her mailbox.

  17. I'd like to see Condeco add a mobile app for the Vendor Portal. We have may staff that must stay a ****** of ever-changing room reservations and service needs. Having a mobile app that was designed to display and allow interaction from a smartphone while in the field away from a PC would be very helpful.

    I realize the website can be accessed, but it can be challenging to navigate and use properly on a small phone screen. We find apps, when properly designed, just function better and would in this case benefit or mobile staff helping them to stay…

    We are looking at making the vendor dashboard responsive on a mobile or tablet. It will be a simplified UI and so not all functionality will be available in this view.

  18. Mobile Apps is a very simple UI App for booking desk with no function such as reset password, change password etc.
    However it is the prefer way of booking a desk as such we will like to see the desk attributes while booking a desk thru the mobile apps

  19. It would be good if there was setting to enable us to use the panel as a display screen only. IE we don't want users to basically use the panel, we want it to be a display of the current meeting only and would therefore not not need the green time boxes/bar that you can click on to see next meeting or future dates.

  20. Please make meeting titles and visitor company name visible on the visitor management page so that reception teams can easily see all information in one place without having to resort to running several individual reports each day.
