mass visitors import
Currently mass import is only available in Admin and only one day at a time. Suggest to make mass import of visitors available to users as they are likely to use it more than the administrators.
The mass import should allow across multiple day instead of one day at a time.

Permanently assign desk to employee without assuming they will be in the office every day
We have staff with personal work spaces that are always assigned to them. Currently they're configured as flexi desks with no end date which is effective for reserving the space for them. There is a gap, however, that always shows these staff as working in the office even if they haven't checked in. Further, it would be helpful if those staff could even plan out days that they don't expect to be in the office on the calendar.
Currently if the user indicates they're working remotely it releases the flexi desk as well even if the group is configured NOT…

It would be nice if the administrator/s are emailed as soon as a request needs to be approved.

Show future bookings on the welcome / today page
Improve the user experience by adding future bookings to the welcome / today page. Currently there is a lot of unused space that could be used to provide users with an overview of upcoming bookings.

Self-Certification required for any on site activity
We have teams that only come on site for meetings and Condeco doesn't trigger any self-certification if they're not booking a desk.

Room Pictures in Condeco Outlook App
Ability to see room pictures and floorplans in Condeco Outlook App. Currently this is available in Com+ Plug-in but not in the Condeco Outlook App.

Email Notifications
The option for 'On arrival notify me by email' doesn't work if there's no meeting selected. We don't use the Meeting Spaces module but we still want to notify the host when the visitor has arrived. Can this changed so the Host is notified whether or not there's a meeting selected?

Further API interfaces are desired:
Create - VendorUpdateVendorItemV1 (I need a way to manipulate individual orders.) At least if we want to create a user interface that goes beyond the Condeco Vendor surface.
Create - BookingsGetMeetingV1 (For the billing, I need a way to read the attendee's name from a meeting. Either VendorGetVendorItem1V1 is adjusted or I just need a new API call with which I can call up the meetings in detail)10 votes -
Date range for colleague search in web browser
In the mobile app, I can specify a date range when searching for colleagues, so I can look over a longer period of time to see when a particular colleague is in the office. This should also be possible via web version. Unfortunately, I can currently only select one day for the search.

Floor Plan Administration for Desks: Move multiple desks at once
While positioning desks on the uploaded floor plan in the Desk-Administration, an administrator can only move one desk at a time. Moving multiple desks at once (e.g. while adding a new floor or uploading a updated floor plan with a slightly resolution) would greatly reduce the time to set up and update the floor plans for the end users.

Add "All Colleagues" Tab to Contact Tracing Report
Add "All Colleagues" Tab to Contact Tracing Report. This tab would list all users who had a booking at the same location regardless of Floor or Zone. Currently the report is showing only users who had bookings on the same Floor or Zone. It is possible for users in different floors to come in contact with others, for example in the elevator. It is important to report on all users regardless of floor or zone location.

Desk bump after no check in should not create a cleaning request. It makes the space unusable.
Cleaning Request - When a desk is booked, but no used or checked in, it creates a cleaning request and renders the space unusable. Your current Bump email notification states that it has been made available for others to book, but this is incorrect. the space is awaiting cleaning. This needs to be corrected. When a desk is bumped without any check-in, it should do what you say it should, release the booking so it is available for others to book, not automatically mark it for cleaning.

Geolocation - enable for all offices rather than just default office
At the moment the geolocation automatic check-in functionality only works in a users default office location. With being a business that operates over 3 offices and our employees regularly visiting the other offices, to have the geolocation automatic check-in functionality work in other offices would be ideal.

Make room name more visible on mobile app calendar view
On the new unified mobile app when trying to book a meeting space and selecting calendar view the room name only allows for about 8 chars to be visible. Where room names are e.g. COL Room 1, COL Room 2 it means you can't see what room number you are booking. Other than renaming our rooms can this be improved somehow?

Bulk-assign desks to Group
Bulk-assign desks to other Groups:
Analogous to Zone assignment, it would be a great improvement from user experience perspective if it would be possible to bulk-assign desks to other Groups. Currently, you need to adjust every single resource separetly in order to assign it to another Group which is a quite tedious process with multiple resources.

Office Map including all resources
Right now you can only see items on the map if you select either room bookings or specific groups in Personal Spaces. Create a map button that shows all meeting rooms and personal spaces on one map.

Can we source the Serial number of a condeco screen from the Admin Portal?
we need to export the list of serial numbers from Condeco screens to uploaded into our Asset inventory.
Is there a way to get both the Serial Number and MAC address exported to CSV from the admin portal rather than having to go to each individual screen and take it down with a barcode scanner?6 votes
