Map or floorplan of the desks and their numbers would be helpful. Also handy if teams want to sit close to each other.

Column to show the requestors contact details
It would be good if the requestors name and contact number was shown.
It is a PA who makes the booking and sometimes is the person who needs to be notified of visitor arrival.
The PA will notify the host and others who need to know the visitors have arrived for a client meeting etc.5 votes -

For example, report all height adjustable desks, or all meeting rooms with video conferencing.

Allow for password reset on mobile device
Allow the mobile app to reset a forgotten password. if you are in route and forget your password, you are unable to check in or book a desk. The whole idea of this app for us due to covid is to do this BEFORE you get to the office.

Consistent Floor Map views across all menu options and mobile
when booking a desk from Today Page, Home Page, Find a Desk and the mobile app each shows a slightly different view of the floorplan and inconsitent labeling of desk meta data

Fixed Desk being released when user changes their status
We assign fixed desks to workspaces such as offices that should only be used by one person while allowing others to find their location and status in the system. Currently fixed desks are being released to be reserved by others when the assigned user changes their status from “In the Office” to “Working Remotely”. As we believe that this should be a functionality of a Flexi-Desk, I would like to request the trigger be removed so that when a fixed desk user changes their status from “In the Office” to “Working Remotely that their desk is not be made available…

Change the service item Set-up time to a time frame in the set-up time
Example we have a booking start at 10am the system is configured to add a 30 minutes set-up time.

Edit desk attributes from floor plan
We want to be able to change the desk attribute from the floor plan, e.g. if you right click the green dot, as a global admin it would be helpful to change the attribute from this page, rather than locating via all the navigation menus.

Consolidate AM/PM into whole day on Reports
Currently the option is to Filter by AM/PM when running the report from the application, or Use Filters in Excel from the data provided. Whole Day functionality is not available and client is requesting this feature be added.

Show desktop attributes (monitors) in the mobile app.
It would be very useful to show if the desk has 1 or 2 monitors or if the desk has no monitors.

Improved Floorplan Administration
It is quite clunky and manual to place desks on the floor plans once they are uploaded. Each Group needs to have the floorplan uploaded again, it does not take the one that has been uploaded for the floor originally. Can improvements be made to Floorplan admin side so this doesn't need to be done twice?
Admins would also like the ability to move multiple desks at once instead of plotting one desk at a time.

Request Sorting
As an event approver, I would like to see the events waiting to be approved listed in the order that they were received and the timestamp of receipt so that I can provide accommodations to the event organizers that submitted requests first
For Example
Requests will be honored on a first come first serve basis. If two requests arrive requesting the event space for the same time, the request that was submitted first will be provided approval and the second request will be put on a waiting list.

In the event that a user id/password is forgotten, would like self service on resetting a password from mobile app without having to log onto the website.

Account Activation Link Expiration
It is not clear when creating a new forms based login how long the activation link is active for. Please add wording to the activation email indicating when the link will expire.
