  2. On some of our plans that contain lots of desks, it can be impossible to select the desks in the bottom portion of the plan because the selected desk window is always open.
    There is no way of turning off this window as a desk is automatically selected when you enter the floor plan view.
    We are going to have to work around this by altering our plans but allowing users to close or hide the selected desk window would be a better option.

  5. Addition of individual Scrollbars for un-positioned items and Floor plan in Floor plan administration. This will help admins to find desk numbers in un-positioned items without loosing location on floor plan while scrolling entire page.

    Please note – Un-positioned items column must be frozen.

    When there are very large floor plans with very many desks it is currently awkward to locate the unpositioned desk icon and its position on the floor plan.

  6. Currently a user is only able to select a single floor at a time when doing a search from Room Finder. We would like it to display an 'all floor' option so that the user is able to easily widen their search across all floors for a location.

  8. When a visitor is being added, the solution shall ensure the following information is mandatory:
    • Visitor Name (First Name & Surname)
    • Visitor Phone Number
    • Host Name (First Name & Surname)
    • Host Phone Number
    • Pass Type
    • Arrival Date/Time
    • Departure Date/Time

  9. The fonts on the mobile app (iOS) is not set up to be fully scalable. So when a user sets a Text Size (e.g. larger text for ease of reading) some of the text no longer displays properly. The mobile app should cope with scaling and not force a user to set a text size specific for using the Condeco app.

  10. We would like to have the ability to select closed days.
    Our office closes every Friday but am unable to set desks closed more than one week in advance. Could do with having business days as a tick box in Global settings.

  11. Some individuals have a lot of bookings in different types of spaces. In the Your Bookings list this can create a long list that is hard to navigate - for example if you are just looking for upcoming desk or parking space bookings.

    A filter on this page to filter the list by a specific type of booking would then give a clearer picture to the use for the upcoming days.

  12. A report that provides all the group configurations for all the groups. Most importantly, this report needs to capture all the options available in Edit Name/Deployment, and Application Setup. This report also needs to be available to run on demand.

  13. Currently a site configured for Whole Day bookings sees 2 slots per day booked. Can this be changed to reflect 1 slot per day? Would make reporting much more accurate,

  16. It doesn't make sense to have to book check into your desk if you start work after 11am resulting in losing said desk. You should be able to enter in your start time so you don't have to find a new one once you get to the building.

  17. Please add additional data to Azure Table Storage to enable report creation via Power BI in addition to the currently available 'booking' data.

    Examples of additional fields required:

    User details table including 'Department'
    Desks (all available desks in system)

  18. We use our own self-certification forms hosted on O365. We require staff and visitors to self-certify prior to coming into the office by completing our form. It would be great if the welcome message on the today page would accept HTML (like the e-mail templates) so we can link to our form from there. Same for the self-certify popup on the mobile app. Would be great if people could click thru from the popup to our own form.

    Would also be nice to use some own corporate branding like a logo on the Welcome / today page.

  19. Can there be a mobile app or mobile browser support for administrators in Condeco? I.e. receptionist need to view the full booking grid, manage bookings, transfer bookings, run reports and manage visitors.

  20. Currently when a zone/floor/desk is closed - for any desk bookings for today - the 'cancellation' email is sent immediately, but for future bookings it is sent at midnight when the email job runs. This means that for any bookings for tomorrow, the user might already be on their way to, or even arrived at, the office before they see the email.

    Can a change be made so that for bookings for today AND tomorrow (and maybe even all future bookings) - the cancellation email is sent immediately?
