  2. While there exists the ability to configure a custom NTP server for screens, the configuration options are available only once a screen has progressed to the point of being activated. A prerequisite to activating a screen is to be able to connect to an NTP server. Often customers use a hotspot to activate, then configure the NTP server before connecting the screen to the customer network. Some customers are unable to use hotspots and only have access to the restricted network.

  3. Notify users of pending Self-Certification via mobile phone application notifications. Users would receive a application notification that they must self-certify if self-certification is enabled at their location. Currently the user has to remember to open his app and self-certify, a push notification would help remind them. When the user clicks on the notification, it takes them to the self-certification page where they can self-certify. Thanks.

  5. When a visitor is being added and the visiting period spans over multiple days, the solution shall allow the user to record the reoccurrence of the visitor:
    • Daily
    • Weekly

  7. Would be great if the system had the ability to book a desk on someone's behalf in the event they can't access the system or someone doesn't have a GI account but is planning on visiting Shell House and requires a desk.

  8. Add a new button for "Report an Issue" to the my.condeco.cloud site. You have buttons for knowledge base, Manuals, User Voice, etc… but not for “Report an Issue.” This should be a mandatory button on the front page.

  9. In our company, everyone has assigned desks by default. This sets everyone as "In the office" by default. If they don't update their status to "working remotely" it shows them being in the office when they are not. Would be great to get a report that would give me a list of people that had checked in to their desk on any given day (past + present) and not only past.

  10. On some of our plans that contain lots of desks, it can be impossible to select the desks in the bottom portion of the plan because the selected desk window is always open.
    There is no way of turning off this window as a desk is automatically selected when you enter the floor plan view.
    We are going to have to work around this by altering our plans but allowing users to close or hide the selected desk window would be a better option.

  11. For the Vendor view, to assist them in the cleaning, it will be great to give them access to the map in order to be more efficient and have a real smart cleaning application.
    A list a desk to be cleaned is clearly not enough.
    Thanks to take that into account in your next developpement.

  13. Addition of individual Scrollbars for un-positioned items and Floor plan in Floor plan administration. This will help admins to find desk numbers in un-positioned items without loosing location on floor plan while scrolling entire page.

    Please note – Un-positioned items column must be frozen.

    When there are very large floor plans with very many desks it is currently awkward to locate the unpositioned desk icon and its position on the floor plan.

  15. Ability to print a floor plan with the assigned desk numbers.

    Currently you can only see the respective desk numbers if you hover over the desk on the desktop. If your contractors are configuring 1000 units to reflect the correct desk numbers they won't have access to the desk booking system, so it will be easier if you can print the floor plan with the associated desk numbers.

  19. Some individuals have a lot of bookings in different types of spaces. In the Your Bookings list this can create a long list that is hard to navigate - for example if you are just looking for upcoming desk or parking space bookings.

    A filter on this page to filter the list by a specific type of booking would then give a clearer picture to the use for the upcoming days.
