Meeting room Screens not support RFID cards
The screens are not supporting iClass Seos cards. as in the datasheet the it is mentioned as screens can detect iClass Family of cards but it is observed that not all iClass family cards are not supported specifically we need iClass Seos cards to be supported as most of the employees have these type of cards

Report Correct Desks Slot Totals
Currently if a user is allowed to book 5 days a week, he will show 2 slots per day booked. So if the user books the same desk for 5 days, the reports shows 10 slots. However, if the user books a different desk the slot count total doubles on the report.
Example:
User: Condeco
Book Slot Allowance: 5 per weekScenario 1: Condeco books Desk 01 (5 days)
-Report shows total slots 10Scenario 2: Condeco books Desk 01 (4 days) & Desk 02 (1 day)

Bypass Profile Default Group Settings Through User import
There should be no requirement to provide room defaults when room booking is not in use. Omnicom is using desk booking only on some of the instances and users are being requested to add room defaults.

Show the number of attendees on meeting room screens
Could we show the number of attendee's showing on the screen and or possibly managing display information. Such as "Wear masks prior to entering the room" as an example.

On the today screen, where it shows the floor plan of your seat for the day, hide the other desk availability icons on that screen

Enable copy and paste functionality on user management when creating accounts
Once this functionality got disabled, it started affecting our service. Normally, we create hundreds of accounts which now consumes a lot of time, and all details must be triple checked in order to not make mistakes. If it got enabled, it would improve our productivity.

Virtual Attendee
In the 'Attendees' tab, you can only mark an Attendee with 'Internal' or 'External'.
Nowadays, it happens more and more often that some of the meeting attendees wont be attending in person but are attending via Skype/Teams/Zoom or any other virtual attendance.
My requests is that Condeco adds the option 'Virtual attendee' in the Attendee tab, so you mark those people accordingly so they wont be registered for with Food Services and they wont be registered in the Visitors Management module.

Book a desk in the past
In view of COVID19, it would be good if Admins could retroactively book a desk on a past date, in case someone showed up at the office without actually booking a desk.

Selecting/Identifying Adjacent Desks
For adjacent desk configuration: allow for users to select near by desks using a GUI or similar visual plan (ex. via the floorplan). Objects highlighted automatically become "adjacent" in the system.

Multiple login sessions?
Unable to login to both web app and mobile app simultaneously? That' not not being able to access webmail or outlook desktop app and have outlook mobile app at the same time. Each time you login to one, it boots you out of the other?

Highlight changes/cancellations/room swap on vendor dashboard
When a requestor changes their booking in any way (moving their meeting to a different room, deleting their booking, changing quanitties/service items etc) this should be visually highlighted on the dashboard so it's immediately obvious to the vendor that something has changed. Also, it would be good to show WHAT has changed when they click on that booking to investigate. An e-mail is not useful for large operational kitchens, no-one is sat waiting to see if something has moved/been ammended. Also, the e-mail doesn't highlight what has changed anyway so it's really unhelpful. Make the dashboard be the singular source…

Set "favorite" spaces so that they can be booked quickly
Ability to set a list of favorite spaces such as desks, and rooms, and book from the list quickly.

Automated Reports
It would be great to have an automated report function. Currently foor security purposes we run daily reports to see what visitor/staff/contractor passes have been signed back in each day and if any haven't.
This function would be useful for ALL other reports which are ran frequently also.

Ignore Room Capacity on mobile app
Meeting rooms are currently subject to a reduced capacity due to Covid. In Global Setup - Room Booking we have the 'Ignore Room Capacity' option set to True. This is so that when searching for a room via Outlook users can still invite e.g. 10 people even though most rooms can currently only take 5 people, the remaining attendees will join the meeting via Teams.
In the web application this works fine - searches return all rooms.
But in the mobile app the room capacity is still applied to search results.
Can the mobile app also be set to ignore…2 votes
