  1. In order to ensure a set up is always entered or ammended in the 'set up' field on the booking page it should be mandatory to choose a set up before proceeding to the next page.

  3. It would be useful for admin users to be able to grant special rights to specific users so that they are able to book further out than standard users- this would allows certain members of staff like PA's etc. to book desks before everyone else without opening up the booking grid for everyone.

  4. Hello,

    Is it possible to enable SSH / SNMP Access For Condeco Screens? I am trying to ingest these condeco screens into our hardware/device inventory management system called "Device42" and the preferred protocol is SSH/SNMP.

  5. There should be an option to turn off time out when admin users are not interacting with the web portal.

    Currently when an admin user is away from the desk for over 30 mins, the user is forced to close the connection and relogin which can be time consuming if a user needs to find info quickly from the portal.

  7. Recommendation feature for both 'Quick room search' and 'Find a Room'

    How it works:
    If there's no room available based on inputted search parameter(s), show the next best alternative date/time slots

    Reason:
    Meeting rooms, especially training rooms, in our organization is a scarce commodity.
    While it's possible to rely on e.g. advanced grid, it's much more efficient and convenient if the system can directly list alternatives upfront

  9. Currently vendors that are no longer active simply become 'inactive' which makes the lists grow very long over time. Since for a vendor to be deleted there is a charge incurred, it would be great for admins to be able to delete profiles as vendors come and go.

  10. Align enterprise screen profile settings with Connect screen settings. We are losing some functionality when we switched over to Linux screens.

    • Only the booking creator can action on the panel using RFID
    • Restrict start meeting to host/requester is useless now
    • Restrict end meeting to host/requester is useless now

  11. The ability to extract the user pin codes into Excel.

    From time to time we will be rolling out devices into offices where the system has never been available before, as a result once the room devices are in place, user can then register their staff passes against their user pins.

    However for us to supply this we have to go into each individual account and get the pin.

    It would be great to be able to either a) extract all user pins for our organisation, or even better b) the ability to extract user pins based on location.

  12. This will help with troubleshooting as sometimes problem-solving can take a day or two

    When you are set up as a Global Admin and trying to work on a users Account it would be good to not need the keep the user hanging around to try different things.

    The ability to impersonate a User account and work on the issue in the background to try different steps to resolve the issue.

  14. The condeco server should pickup the local customer time & date and not a UTC time for vendor management/logging.

    We had that issue already discussed with the condeco technical support:

    The timezone for logging/managing vendor things appears to be fixed as UTC time (according to the support) and not our local time zone.

    Logging for print etc. are set to UTC time zone, which appears always as a different time than our local time zone. This need to be a consistent process for logging/managing the time zones server wide/account setting wise (!) and not for every part of the system…

  15. It would be good to be able to extend a booking when it is in progress or to be able to extend the time of a booking when it is due to finish. As we find meetings do over run and there is no way to extend them.

  18. Provider better information within the booking summary.

    Under each update within the summary, provide information as to what has been amended during this update.

    The booking summary form should show if an action was done through the web portal or the Outlook add-in. This would help us troubleshoot issues related to the Outlook add in

    Overall it makes it much clearer for an admin to understand what has been added when, and whether we were aware of certain requirements before the most recent booking update.

  19. For each booking it would be useful (and very helpful) to get visibility of the booking history.

    Similar data to this is included in a booking trace via the SaaS team when requested, but this information could be easily formatted and presented via the application, so people understand what has happened to the booking during its lifecycle.

    Details such as:
    1. What was changed in a booking
2. Quantity (if applicable)
3. Changes to the service item times
4. When the booking was created
5. Who created the booking and when
6. Who modified the booking and what did they do

  20. Make user PIN available to view on connect portal & allow us to delete badges from a users account. When users update their badge for the RFID reader it would be better if we could make the change without involving the end user.
