Remove Time Out Value for Vendor Dashboard
The Time Out value needs to be removed from the Vendor Dashboard as monitoring this from a Video Wall, seeing a pop up every 5 mins asking to log back defeats the object of this purpose!

A report that shows the "linked rooms". Only the primary rooms get shown when rooms are linked.
When rooms are linked the report doesn't show both rooms. Just the primary room.

Ability to change location on room amendments
When a room is booked and later requires amending, users are restricted to choosing a different room in the same location and group. Users are currently not able to change the current room booked to another room that is in a different location

Can we build a small API/web service which interact with chat bot, take user inputs and book rooms on their behalf.

Linked room to have their own attributes.
Linked rooms should have their own room attributes associated to the linked rooms, i.e. VCU. Would like the ability to attach photograph to the linked rooms as well.

Ability to allow multiple sessions of the same user on Outlook and Web portal at the same time
A. Most of our Executive Assistants will have the booking grid open
- Web browser on one screen,
- Outlook calendar Add-In in another screen
They will constantly switch between the two when lining up meetings – particularly when trying to book series
B. Concierge and room meeting coordinators only use the Condeco portal (they do not use the Outlook Add in).
On one window they will have the Visitors list opened and on another list, they will have the booking grid open and will constantly move between the two
The impact here of this change is they have to constantly sign…

Ability to schedule reports automatically and receive emails at set frequency
Users want to be able to schedule reports to be automatically run on the database and emailed to them as per a specific schedule.

Whilst a user is making a booking, them that the booking is clashing with another due to the set up time
When making a booking in Outlook, when you enter the details into the Condeco section and add services it automatically adds a set up time. Can the system notify the user if the meeting is clashing with another due to the set up time required? At the moment you enter in all the details and when you click "Book" or "Request Now" - only then will it say that the room is unavailable. Users have to cancel or delete all their work and create another booking which again hopefully will not then clash with another meeting.

Ability for admins/vendors to download ICS attachment from the booking form
I would like the ability to download an Outlook Calendar item (i.e. an ICS file) from the booking form so that it will be easy to get the booking details into our Outlook calendar.
There is an ICS attachment feature but it is only available to the host, requestor and attendees.
If a receptionist wants to add the booking onto Outlook they have to create new meetings in their calendar.
