Location Display - Ability to change.
I'd like the ability to change the display in Outlook as they are not currently configurable in Condeco.
This will provide a better user experience so locations are visible when they look on mobiles or details views in outlook.
For example,
<<(1st line of address), (location, ie. Sydney) - Floor - MR xx.xx>> should ideally be displayed as
<<(shortened location, i.e SYD) - MR xx.xx - (1st line of address)>.Can it be changed so we have the ability to change this display text.

Highlight changes that were made in the booking modification emails
When a vendor receives a booking modification email, they do not know what changes were made to the booking - if the change could be highlighted in the email it would make it possible for them to figure out what changed. This is an extremely important feature for our catering team.

Ability to set a time frame in the day for a catering item. E.g. Continental Breakfast available from 8am-11am
Currently you can only set dates for when an item is available, it would be great if you can set a time for certain items as we would rather not have breakfast offered for the whole day.
Example:
Our catering hours are only from 09:00-17:00 however rooms can be booked outside of this time. There is currently no way of locking this down and therefore currently users can order catering outside of this time which can lead to issues.Additionally, particular items such as breakfast should only be available for certain hours.

Advanced Grid on mobile app
As an admin, when I am not in front of my computer I cannot look at the advanced grid or perform and admin tasks. We were led to believe this capability was going to be in the first release of the app when we first signed on but are still waiting. This is a crucial aspect for our usability on a daily basis.

An easier way to allocate services to a room - especially when you have a lot of services
It would be helpful if there was an auto allocate
When a site has many rooms, you need to allocate all the services to that room which is extremely time-consuming when you have a lot of services.

Delete a series when meetings have been bumped X number of times
The auto-bump feature is great for individual no-shows. Can you extend that function that if the booking is part of a series and x sequential meetings are bumped, the entire series is removed.
Use case: User books recurring meeting for a couple of months. User is then terminated or leaves, but nobody else is associated with the bookings. This can now only be deleted by an admin on request. If the meeting is no longer valid and say 3 in a row are missed, cancel the remainder of the series.

System to hold room bookings to for a set period of time
When a user is trying to book a room, another user is able to "steal" the room if they complete their booking quicker. Once a booking is in the process of being made, another user should not be able to make a booking in the same room if the times overlapped. Similar to online ticket websites that hold tickets for a set period of time (usually 10 minutes) to allow you time to complete the transaction. Pending bookings that are amended should not require approval for minor changes
When a managed booking has been confirmed it's appearing on the ABG but when a user is amending the booking, it is disappearing from the ABG.
If the time of the meeting changed, it's normal that it's not appearing in the ABG, but if the user just add or removed services, it should stay on the ABG.18 votes -
Visitor arrival should notify all internal attendees not just the host
When a visitor is "arrived" on the system, ALL internal attendees should get the notification email not just the host. Most of our hosts are partners and they would not be impressed to have to email all of their colleagues when a visitor arrives. When reception are busy it is very annoying and time consuming to have to email the other internal staff separately.

Put a loading icon on the desk booking screen in addition to it going white
Typically when a user taps their card in/out the colour changes.
We would like a message or icon (such as a sand timer) on the screen after a user touches their card on the desk to make it obvious to the user that it is in a loading stage
This would help those with colour blindness.

If the host and requestor are the same person, just send one email of confirmation, cancellation, etc., not duplicated.

Auto sort rooms when adding rooms to groups
Would it be possible to have an auto sort it is extremely time consuming when adding rooms to groups and you have 120 meeting rooms and you are trying to add a room on the second floor it take ages to drag it to the relevant order, where as an auto sort will just sort the rooms in order.

Add an overview for special deliveries with the available amount left of items
Add an overview for delivery request where we can see in total what kind of equipment or supplies are available right now (i.e. the total available amount of items and the amount which is left).
We are looking for an overview list which shows the storage contents, what/where the rented items are at the moment

Ability to add attachments to bookings to keep a log of change requests
We get a lot of email requests from users about changes to managed meetings. We would like the ability to add attachments to keep a trail of change requests
It would be great if we could build in an attachments field into Condeco, we currently have this in our current system and makes life so much easier.
We save all correspondence from the client into the booking, this saves on looking for e-mails in outlook, or when a client is shouting at us there and then it is not what they booked it is in the booking already and we…

Ability to disable single Days for the calculation of Cut-Off Times. I.e. if the Vendor doesn't work on Weekends, the Cut-Off Times are only calculated for the Day's Mon thru Fri.

Translate Wayfinder to German
Currently, the Wayfinder works only with the English language and English date.

System to ignore setup and clean down times when calculating room availability
Use case : a user makes a room booking for a date without catering.
A few days before the meeting, he decides to add catering (eg meal trays). Unfortunately, if these services have setup and clean-down times, the system tries to set them up, but if in the meantime the slots before and after are busy (which is often the case), the system displays an incomprehensible error message saying that the room is not available.
