  2. It would be very helpful to be able to report an issue in the meeting room equipment via the display.

    Possibly using free text or a stored form that is displayed on the screen.

    It may be possible to group the topics so that different people are contacted depending on the defect.

    In the background, one or more contact e-mail addresses can be stored individually for each meeting room.

  3. Allow configuration for a minimum capacity for selecting a larger conference rooms. Users cannot book a room unless the minimum capacity is met. Example 60 person conference room could not be booked with less than 20 person attendees.

  4. With the booking grid, is there any way that the Group could default to meeting rooms rather than Car Parking? I'm sure that the majority of us utilise the meeting room functionality a lot mor than the car parking.

  5. Appointments in Outlook for booked desks should be customizable. The time when the appointment for this day is in Outlook should be adjustable, also the title of the appointment as well as the duration of the appointment should be adjustable for the administrator

  6. Make the field "Company" mandatory for when booking for externals. This would be important to track if it's an employee from an external company (and which) or a visit from a different branch that doesn't have Condeco rolled out. Also is it possible to include it in the reporting? Thanks

  9. At the moment, emails send when booking from the web app or the O365 add-in are not the same. User experience should be the same across the application (Web, iOS, Outlook).

    Same email HTML editable emails should be use for all bookings .

  11. Skip "you've been logged out" screen, and try logging in automatically. When it logs aout automaticly, it is really hard to log in agian. If we cilck on the "log in again" in the middle of the screen, nothing happens.

  13. We have noticed that some functionalities available on the WebPortal are not available on Mobile App and/or Outlook add-in.
    Example: Booking Desks for external person is available on the webportal only or Outlook add-in doesn't have the possibility to search room with more than one setup available etc.
    Would it be possible to do an effort to equalise functionalities across platforms? As it is causing limitations to use handful features.

  14. Integrating DNS2 can provide several advantages, such as redundancy. a DNS2 as our backup. If one is unreachable, the other automatically steps in to answer queries. That way, Condeco Room V2 screen is always accessible.

  15. In our company, we find that the "To" visibility is limited. Especially, when we have meetings booked for several days. We'd like to see the date and hour in the "To" column so when there's events for several days we can see when it finishes and we ensure that the booking is well done.

  16. Inventory and short checks are not easy to do as all devices are only having the S/N indicator as a sticker on the backside.

    It would be much easier for onsite services to get the S/N of a device without grabbing it from the wall. There should be an option to display the S/N on the device screen as e.g. most of the Android devices are doing in system info.

    The device health page should show the S/N beside the Mac Address. This would help to have an easy S/N to room mapping possible.

  17. Admin should be able to edit the number of attendees for any type of booking. Now since the deployment of the smart calendar add-in, Outlook appointment cannot be edited anymore.

  18. The new update shows all desks in grey if you have a desk already booked so you can't double book. However many of our users book for others and it would be extremely useful if desks available for others were shown in a different colour.
    For example:
    Show an available desk as green if you personally haven't booked a desk for that day.
    Show an available desk as amber if you personally have a desk booked but there are available desks of which your colleagues can be booked into that day.
    Desks compeltely booked out for the day remain grey…

  19. Admins need to be able to see who initiates team day bookings and who they are booked for. There is currently no visibility to see this information as an administrator.

  20. Rooms in managed groups can be booked directly by admins but in Condeco Add-In in Outlook the button is always "Request", for all levels of admins. The Request will then get approved automatically, however this causes confusions and the admins think they have to request and action their own requests. Please make the button relfect the admin level and show "Book" instead of "Request". Thank you!
