smart calendar should detect the administrator access of the organizer
You should detect Managed meeting spaces in Smart Calendar and if a user has administraotr access.
Use Case : I have set up to 24 hours the time to validate a meeting so the moderators have one day to approve a request. But as a moderator, he can book the room the same day.
As Smart Calendar doesn't detect his admin level access, the moderator can't book the room the same day.1 vote -
Opportunity to have an admin level between country admin and building admin
I have many buildings for different companies and so different admins. But I have no way to set "region" admin.
Country and building are not enough : I need an intermediate level for cities or companies or regions for example.

Report Virtual Attendees in Meeting Room Utilisation via API
In order to get an accurate understanding of our meeting room utilisation, we need to be able to report on who attended meetings on site and who joined remotely through Microsoft Teams. This is not currently possible. Please could you allow us to report on virtual attendees (where On site is unticked) via reports and the API.

Delegate Services confirmation
Currently only the Outlook Calendar owner receives a services confirmation email. However the delegate receives all other emails to complete a booking but not the vital email to say a room is booked and catering services charges. Delegate CC'd is all that is required.

Condeco Working Week
To be in line with Services, where notification and cancellation times can be added to menu items. It would be beneficial for Condeco to acknowledge working week “Monday to Friday only” as opposed to including weekends. This would benefit notification calculations where an item is recorded with 24, 48 or 72 hours notice and prevent items being booked on a Friday and being delivered on Monday morning because Saturday & Sunday is currently assumed in Condeco as working days. As an example (Not including weekends) would mean an item with 72 hours notice for preparation and booked on a Friday…

Ability to book for a rolling month and send reminder to users when bookings open
Some offices look to book for a rolling monthly booking calendar. It will be excellent to see if we can send reminder when the bookings open for each month.

Overview for parking slots (cars)
Several places will have a certain number of slots for parking at the office and it would be great if one could tick off when the car space is needed when booking the seat. If there isn't a slot, then you should get a message saying that it is over the limit that day.

When selecting multiple floors for Desk Booking, show the Floor Plans for the selected floors
Currently when you book a space in Personal Spaces and use CRTL/CMD to select multiple floors (as it tells you to), no floor plans are shown on the following screen, only a list view.
Please also populate the Floor Plan tab to show the floor plans of the selected floors.

Option to be able to delete rejected bookings to avoid having to swim through all of them in order to find your accepted one.

Dogs in the Office
Different colour for booked tables with dogs.
Add another question when booking a table that allows you to also check in your dog. Colleagues can see which table has been booked (grey) and which person has also brought their dog to work (e.g. yellow).
This would be very helpful for people who are afraid of dogs or have allergies and want to stay away from tables with dogs.39 votes -

Configure default meeting reminder at organization level
It's about configuration of meeting reminders. Currently, users are required to manually set this option for each booking. Would like the possibility for admins to configure it at organization level (for every rooms, users and bookings)

From a floor plan view, be able to see a list of everyone who has a space reserved for the day.
In the web portal - From a floor plan view, be able to see a list of everyone who has space reserved for the day. This alleviates hovering over every bullet to see who is present. If the name can be clicked than be highlighted on the map, that would help connect the person to the specific seat. In the mobile - be able to look up a name and see them highlighted on the floor plan for the mobile app.

Can't see room attributes on a small screen resolution when searching for rooms
When you search for rooms, you get a result list. However, on smaller display resolutions and screen sizes, the room attributes are hidden unless you scroll horizontally on the results list. One would not expect to scroll horizontally because the room booking button stays on the screen. Windows machines automatically scale text to 150% on laptop screens that are 15" with 1920x1080 resolution. This causes the room attributes to become hidden by the book button.

Desk booking reminders - Day before
A desk booking reminder email the day before the booking would be great, the option you brought out is not good enough, we don't want anything to be sent to calendars, we just want an email to go to the user who booked the desk the day before around 3pm so they can see if they still need the desk and if not free this up for others to book. 10am on the desk of the booking makes no sense as everyone will already be in the office therefore after this seat is free it is not seat in.

Populate user profile with user data from Single Sign On dialogue
As part of the single sign-on dialogue the first name, last name and email of the user is sent to Condeco. Currently Condeco does not use the information to populate a new user's profile. Auto-populating the profile would improve data integrity by reducing the chance that the user mistakenly or purposely enters the wrong data.

Desk Booking - Ability to have desks as 'Not Bookable'
We currently have a large number of 'Hot desks' on our system which are generally used when desks are not available directly in your department, however, we've noticed more and more people starting to book the 'hot desk' spaces which is not what we intended. I could mark the desks as 'Closed' but feel that may cause confusion among staff when looking at available desks, so I think it would be really helpful to have a feature where we could keep the desks open & visible on the system but mark them as not bookable so it's clear they are…

Réservation d'une salle - Import de participants
Bonjour,
Afin de gérer nos visiteurs au niveau de l'accueil des sites, nos utilisateurs doivent pouvoir importer les participants. Nos utilisateurs ont souvent déjà saisis cette liste par ailleurs qui peut être importante et donc réutilisable pour condeco. Lorsqu'ils ont trop de participants, nos utilisateurs ne saisissent pas les informations qui sont pourtant essentielles pour un bon accueil de nos visiteurs. Nous devons donc impérativement proposer une solution à nos utilisateurs.
Serait-il possible d'ajouter la possibilité d'importer des participants lorsque l'on crée la réunion au travers d'un fichier excel ?

Genau wie bei den Raumbuchungen könnten Bilder pro Arbeitsplatz oder pro Gruppe hinterlegt werden, sodass die User direkt sehen können, wie es an den einzelnen Plätzen oder Gruppen aussieht.
