  1. Can an API endpoint be created for meeting room check ins? We have an automated process in place to check in users today when they arrive to the office. We want to offer the option for the user to allow check ins for their reserved meeting room books when checked into the office. Thank you.

  2. Add a flag or something to denote that a visitor has notes attached to their profile. So that each visitor profile does not have to be manually checked on the day for notes- making the use of this function more speedy and beneficial to admins.

  3. Users have encountered several issues since Outlook was synced with Condeco. We recommend providing the option to configure whether we want the default tick selected when booking a room, allowing us more control over the setup.

  4. Can the equipment integration continue to be supported when "Add to your Outlook calendar" is unchecked in Condeco Web?

    We have a team that manages room bookings within the business who exclusively use Condeco Web.

    While the "Add to your Outlook calendar" makes sense for individuals managing their own bookings it is clearly not applicable for our booking team to have hundreds of is meetings in their personal calendars that they have booked on behalf of others.
    Therefore, by default, the team uncheck "Add to your Outlook calendar" (as Admins the default state of this is unchecked)

  5. Can the booking form autopopulate with info the user has previously inputted like email, 2nd contact phone number and cost code. This will make it quicker to place bookings as for most teams it will always be the same info.

  6. I want to be on the waiting list for ANY room for 14 or more people with a video conferencing facility. Instead, in order yo give myself some hope of getting a room, I have to be on every waiting list and fill out a separate form for each room. (2 done, 13 to go, so far). Surely this is madness.

  11. Occupancy by meeting room in advanced analytics. Would like to be able to click on any individual meeting room and see the occupancy for that room for a defined time period such as day, week, month, variable time frame.

  12. It would be desirable to include the roles of the user in the personal spaces booking grid. So that in emergencies you could see directly in the booking grid whether a First Aider or Fire Marshal is on site and you could also see directly where they are sitting. It would be nice to use the same icons that appear in the user management as soon as you have selected and saved these roles.

  16. We would like to request that the creator of a booking also receives a meetig reminder email. Currently, only the host and the requestor are receiving reminder email, but the person who creates the booking does not receive one.

  19. For the new Outlook Integration we noticed in our environment that the feature can cause issues with our MTR rooms. People forgetting to untick the Outlook option when booking on behalf of.
    Would be good to edit the global setting to Turn off the feature or untick Outlook by default

    In addition, a really amazing option would be for us to edit if certain users can see the Outlook option or not, users such a reception team or PA/EAs do not need this feature and can end up causing issues so it would be good to edit specific accounts to…

  20. On the booking grid when the time of the booking is over you cannot extent the booking any more. it is important to be able to extend it even if the booking is considered in the past as many times we need to give them more time and there is no other way to block the space other than booking a whole new booking all over again.
