  1. There are already a large number of email tags for creating mail templates. However, there is no tag who has canceled a booking.

  2. we provision our users in SCIM and log in with SSO. Our company has strict security guidelines and conditional access activated. Use of the condeco app is not possible because there is no sdk app to manage in Intune.

As more and more locations begin to use Condeco to reserve space in the office, we're finding more people not based in a particular office wanting to make reservations in not their "home" office, taking away space from the people based in those locations. Currently the only option is to restrict access based on default booking Group. As we have several booking Groups in our location, it's become an issue when a person based here has to book something outside of their default group (due to lack of availability in their default group) - they're now subject to the same…

  6. If a meeting or catering request was deleted after the cancellation cut off window the items were still displayed on the recharge reports.

    Now if a User deletes catering or the whole meeting after the cancellation cut off the recharge is also removed from the reports.

    Due to this we could have a delivery of 200 sandwich lunches and no-one to pay for them.

The ability to create user groups instead of resource groups to allow restrictions to groups of users like (contractors or contingent workers) that differ from the permissions in the resource group settings. This would be very useful to restrict the number of desk bookings or days on which they can book desk in the office. For instance if you wanted to restrict them to only book desks on Mondays/Friday or a certain number of days.   8. Hello - I cannot seem to find a way to cancel my room booking, especially at late notice. Perhaps if a way was created for room bookings to be cancelled if they were no longer needed, then we could free up more meeting rooms for those who need them.

  11. Users are currently not receiving any booking confirmation or cancellation notifications when making bookings through the O365 Addin. Although the room is successfully booked and visible on the Condeco portal, no email confirming or canceling the booking is being received.

  12. Hi team, we will soon use Proxyclick to manage our visitors but standard users will remain using Condeco for registering their visitors. Ideally, we want users to continue visitor registration on Condeco and for the reception team to manage the visitors in Proxyclick. It will be a useful addition if we could ensure that users have shared the email address for all standard visitors to ensure that they receive the emails for remote registration and QR Code for check in. Giving us the option to make the email address field mandatory will resolve this issue.

  13. Some people in the company have arranged regular recurring Teams meetings to exchange information via Outlook 365 without an end date so that they don't have to keep extending this series.
    Sometimes, however, people want to meet in person at the company and book a suitable room via the Condeco Outlook add-in. They take ONE appointment out of the series and want to search for a suitable room. However, an error message appears in the Condeco Outlook Add window indicating an appointment without an end date.   15. Hi there,

    I don't think anyone knows the below acronyms mean or stand for (VCU, FC etc). Could you add a key with a brief explanation of each? It would be more meaningful if it explained what the kit was - e.g. there is a surface hub to joins teams call, or there is a screen but you have to plug someone's laptop in to do a teams call?

    Also, would be useful to know the names of colleagues who have a room booked, as then we could message direct to ask them if the room is still needed if…

  17. The default file type of Excel report export files should be changed to .xlsx because the .xls file type will no longer be fully supported under Windows 11 as Microsoft itself considers .xls files as "not secure".

  19. Is it possible for all allocated seats to be automatically be converted to hotdesk 1 day prior to needed date?

    For example, Team A have 5 allocated seats (1 to 5) and all the hotdesk seats are already booked for Wednesday.
    Looking at a schedule for Wednesday, I can see that seats 1, 2 & 3 is already booked while 4 & 5 is still free. I belong to Team B hence cannot book a seat.
    But when I check on it again tomorrow (Tuesday – 1 day before Wednesday), can seats 4 & 5 (being free) automatically convert to…

  20. Rules such as:

    If a booking is under 1 hour, dont include clean down time
    if a booking is over X hours, include clean down time

    similar options for Setup Time

    currently we only have a default time for each which auto applies when making bookings.
