Slow loading
The web application is too slow. Users cannot book rooms until the master page load, which takes several minutes to load.

Booking or being assigned a locker should not set you as in office at that location
Lockers are not workspaces: We have two types of personal spaces. Desks and Lockers. Lockers are not configured (check marked under Workspace Types) as a Workspace. However, if a person is assigned a locker AND is working remotely, they are shown as being in the location of their locker on their today page. Additionally, when using the Your Team feature to find team members, it shows people with assigned lockers as being at their location even when they are working remotely. Add technology (MTR) Plus the room simultaneously via the web
when booking via the web we should be able to also automatically include the technology. it works in outlook as well as the mobile app. it would make sense that when booking via the web it would invite the MTR especially since the MTR email address is added in the resource which is ON the web

Additional field company in user profile
user profile should be filled with the data "company" in case users are from a company with different subsidiaries .
Field should be filled via SCIM automatically. User can see this field in his own profile but only an admin is able to change this data.

Standard report for desk bump / check in improvements
Would be useful to have one standard report that pulls data accurately for those who have been dumped and checked in all on the same report to allow us to compare data easily.

Ability to upload photos for Desks
Condeco could have an option to show a photo of the Desk available to be booked, similar as it does for meeting rooms.

Custom field 'Speciality' included in Power BI reports for clinic rooms' bookings
We would like to have our custom field 'Speciality' visible and included in the data set that is presented on Power BI. We use our meeting rooms for clinical activity and this will enable us to make recommendations on the utilisation of space.

Please can the 'today' page be clearly made a pop up and not take the whole screen with a small close button? It's a bit confusing, especially for new users

Conflict Transparency
When users attempt to book a recurring meeting they are only shown rooms that are 100% available for all occurrences of the meeting sequence. Most leaders in this space are able to show conflicts to allow for one-off modifications (say 9 meetings in Room A, and 1 meeting occurrence in Room B due to an existing booking). At minimum showing the conflict would allow the users to adapt. smart calendar should detect the administrator access of the organizer
You should detect Managed meeting spaces in Smart Calendar and if a user has administraotr access.
Use Case : I have set up to 24 hours the time to validate a meeting so the moderators have one day to approve a request. But as a moderator, he can book the room the same day.
As Smart Calendar doesn't detect his admin level access, the moderator can't book the room the same day.1 vote -
Opportunity to have an admin level between country admin and building admin
I have many buildings for different companies and so different admins. But I have no way to set "region" admin.
Country and building are not enough : I need an intermediate level for cities or companies or regions for example.

Report Virtual Attendees in Meeting Room Utilisation via API
In order to get an accurate understanding of our meeting room utilisation, we need to be able to report on who attended meetings on site and who joined remotely through Microsoft Teams. This is not currently possible. Please could you allow us to report on virtual attendees (where On site is unticked) via reports and the API.

Delegate Services confirmation
Currently only the Outlook Calendar owner receives a services confirmation email. However the delegate receives all other emails to complete a booking but not the vital email to say a room is booked and catering services charges. Delegate CC'd is all that is required.

Condeco Working Week
To be in line with Services, where notification and cancellation times can be added to menu items. It would be beneficial for Condeco to acknowledge working week “Monday to Friday only” as opposed to including weekends. This would benefit notification calculations where an item is recorded with 24, 48 or 72 hours notice and prevent items being booked on a Friday and being delivered on Monday morning because Saturday & Sunday is currently assumed in Condeco as working days. As an example (Not including weekends) would mean an item with 72 hours notice for preparation and booked on a Friday…

Ability to book for a rolling month and send reminder to users when bookings open
Some offices look to book for a rolling monthly booking calendar. It will be excellent to see if we can send reminder when the bookings open for each month.

Overview for parking slots (cars)
Several places will have a certain number of slots for parking at the office and it would be great if one could tick off when the car space is needed when booking the seat. If there isn't a slot, then you should get a message saying that it is over the limit that day.

When selecting multiple floors for Desk Booking, show the Floor Plans for the selected floors
Currently when you book a space in Personal Spaces and use CRTL/CMD to select multiple floors (as it tells you to), no floor plans are shown on the following screen, only a list view.
Please also populate the Floor Plan tab to show the floor plans of the selected floors.

Able to delete rejected bookings
Option to be able to delete rejected bookings to avoid having to swim through all of them in order to find your accepted one.
