  2. Condeco goes in "Stand By" mode too quick. Frequent users like our receptionists has to click "resume" button often. Ideally, we should be able to configure per tenant the idle time in the application.

  3. we should be able to add only internal participants in room booking request. Currently if we activate attendees tab, we have possibility to add Internal or External participants. We would like to remove the possibility to ignore external participants because external visits are directly created in ProxyClick.

  4. We'd like to have the option to share the meeting room booking grid with end Users but with meetings booked by others showing as a grey block with no booking details in them. The reason for this anonymisation of bookings is to stop users contacting and pressurising bookers to give up their meeting spaces, which can happen in large organisations. Admins should be able to see the full grid, with booking details

  5. Improvement of admin resource page:

    -Implementation of pagination, so that the resource page will only load the data of the currently selected page instead of loading all data every time the resource page is called or another page within the resource page is selected.

    -When selecting the resource page, only display a filter where you can select the desired location, group etc. and the resources are displayed based on this. This would prevent all the data from being loaded at once.

The Data picker/Calendar field in (Meeting Spaces -> Find Bookings) should allow manual entry of date; Currently the user is required to keep clicking on back icon on the calendar view and select the date. Condeco should implement the same Calendar Picker feature that has been implemented on "Find a Colleague" Page

  7. Resource Management Request to enable configuration of multiple closing periods per resource :
    that for resources multiple closing periods can be setup / configured and recurrently being open / closed according to setup : like montly maintenance for which resources need to be closed

  8. On book for a Teams Day, if a colleague is invited to multiple desks on the same day (for example: Friendship group, Team Group, Leadership and Event) When the colleague accepts one booking it should then decline the others.

    There appears to be no link-up or the system to realise that the use now has a desk that day and will not need to have 3 others.

  9. Dear Eptura, we would like to suggest, if you can install a zoom in and zoom out function in the web application of Condeco.

    Many of our users are complaining, they would like to zoom in the floorplan for a better view, but it is not possible.

    It would be good, if you can implement that zoom function for better user experience.

  10. I have looked for the last 30 mins to cancel a room. Please make it easy and put Room Cancellation as part of the drop down list on the left of the screen.

  12. When users press the Start Meeting button on the screens, allow a customised notice to appear on the screen for 20 seconds at that time. We want to remind meeting rooms users to keep meeting rooms clean, tidy and free of litter.

  14. When viewing the floor plan, automatically show workstations that have been booked and display the photo...if available of the individuals that's booked it instead of having to search and then click on the workstation to see this data.

  15. Our goal is to streamline the user experience by auto-populating the employee ID, similar to the process during booking. We also aim to introduce the feature of making custom fields mandatory if necessary, ensuring users cannot complete a booking unless these fields are filled out.

  17. Outlook appointments update from 'PROVISIONAL' state without requiring a second email to attendees. I have found that once a booking request is approved, we need to send another email out to all attendees on the Outlook appointment - spamming them unnecessarily.

  19. We aim to simplify the process of booking linked rooms for users. Suppose we have two rooms, lon 8 and lon 9, which can also function as a single room. Currently, users must view the grid and then enter one of the rooms to link them. We want to automate this process.
