  1. Automation: Automate users to be signed on once their network is recognize (similar to GEO location) For example if user A works for Microsoft building G, once the user enters building G, condeco books them in to their previous desk and sends them a confirmation email. If the desk however is already in use, to book the next available desk near to that desk

  2. Request: In the "Calendar" section of the mobile application, show the presence or absence of all users from the open space rather than the presence or absence of "My team" users.

  5. Please can we have an option to upload images of the different room layout options? Many people don't understand the differences between the different options, such as boardroom, u-shape, etc., and often select the wrong one and ask for it to be changed when they turn up.

  6. Hello! I was thinking it may be helpful to require users to enter both requestor AND host info to include full name, email, and phone number before their request is able to be submitted.

    We very often have requests that do not include this information, which requires us to reach out to obtain.

  7. Please check the implementation of "Personal Space reminders through the use of 'ICS Files'". The selectable timeframes only make sense to a certain extend as they always refer to the start of a respective group's check-in time.

    This leads to the following behaviour:

    If a group has a check-in period starting at 6 am, the booking reminder would either pop up at (depending on the ICS reminder setting provided in the brackets)

    5.45 am (15 minutes)
    5.30 am (30 minutes)
    5 am (1 hour)
    4 am (2 hours)
    6 am the day before (24 hours)
    6 am two days before…

  8. A Separate Day before Reminder email generated from the system with control from the email templates to create an informative message to ask a colleague are you still attending site, if not cancel your booking by clicking here.

    ICS is fine but is easy to Dismiss and an Email would mean the colleague would need to deal with it one way or another more so than just "Dismiss"

  9. User should be able to set their default location directly in the Teams App. Today the default location can only be set on web or mobile application, but there are scenario's where client will not use web & mobile app.

  10. Not all desks would like the device to be on the end, some would like them to hang on their cubicles. Currently the displays are upside down and they rotate when the screen is mounted up.

  12. Currently Condeco Idle Timeout is at 60 minutes.

    As per OWASP recommendation, Common idle timeouts ranges are 2-5 minutes for high-value applications and 15-30 minutes for low risk applications.

  13. Currently unable to prevent double bookings if users are booking meeting spaces both via Condeco web application and Outlook calendar. Admins require access to both so unable to switch off functionality to view only on web portal.

  14. Dear Condeco,

    We would like to propose a feature which will be really helpful for us.

    We would like to have a resource, or group setup, where we can specify from the entire number of available desks how many of them will be free to book by everybody and how many of them will be bookable by colleagues which have a location as Home one.

    It means if we have for example a location A and it has 100 desks, we would like to separate them 80 desks will be just for the colleagues which have their home (primary) location:…

  15. For Nokia there is a strong need to have a separate solution for Vehicle registration & booking solution
    1. enable per employee to register the car licence plat number enabling to export for sending to the landlord to control the parking
    2. avoid using additional resource with no limitation on bookings per day what is needed and should also be handled as Parking Primary resource

  17. Condeco goes in "Stand By" mode too quick. Frequent users like our receptionists has to click "resume" button often. Ideally, we should be able to configure per tenant the idle time in the application.

  18. we should be able to add only internal participants in room booking request. Currently if we activate attendees tab, we have possibility to add Internal or External participants. We would like to remove the possibility to ignore external participants because external visits are directly created in ProxyClick.

  19. We'd like to have the option to share the meeting room booking grid with end Users but with meetings booked by others showing as a grey block with no booking details in them. The reason for this anonymisation of bookings is to stop users contacting and pressurising bookers to give up their meeting spaces, which can happen in large organisations. Admins should be able to see the full grid, with booking details

  20. Improvement of admin resource page:

    -Implementation of pagination, so that the resource page will only load the data of the currently selected page instead of loading all data every time the resource page is called or another page within the resource page is selected.

    -When selecting the resource page, only display a filter where you can select the desired location, group etc. and the resources are displayed based on this. This would prevent all the data from being loaded at once.
