  1. Hi team, we will soon use Proxyclick to manage our visitors but standard users will remain using Condeco for registering their visitors. Ideally, we want users to continue visitor registration on Condeco and for the reception team to manage the visitors in Proxyclick. It will be a useful addition if we could ensure that users have shared the email address for all standard visitors to ensure that they receive the emails for remote registration and QR Code for check in. Giving us the option to make the email address field mandatory will resolve this issue.

  2. Some people in the company have arranged regular recurring Teams meetings to exchange information via Outlook 365 without an end date so that they don't have to keep extending this series.
    Sometimes, however, people want to meet in person at the company and book a suitable room via the Condeco Outlook add-in. They take ONE appointment out of the series and want to search for a suitable room. However, an error message appears in the Condeco Outlook Add window indicating an appointment without an end date.   3. Hi team, we would like the ability to auto populate the URL during the registration steps for the Condeco add-in so that users do not have to type this in. This is a big request from our colleagues and it would be ideal if we can have this implemented

  5. The default file type of Excel report export files should be changed to .xlsx because the .xls file type will no longer be fully supported under Windows 11 as Microsoft itself considers .xls files as "not secure".

  6. Unset the In-office status when I cancel a desk reservation.
    When I book and eventually cancel a desk reservation, my In-office status remains set to Working from the office.

  7. Is it possible for all allocated seats to be automatically be converted to hotdesk 1 day prior to needed date?

    For example, Team A have 5 allocated seats (1 to 5) and all the hotdesk seats are already booked for Wednesday.
    Looking at a schedule for Wednesday, I can see that seats 1, 2 & 3 is already booked while 4 & 5 is still free. I belong to Team B hence cannot book a seat.
    But when I check on it again tomorrow (Tuesday – 1 day before Wednesday), can seats 4 & 5 (being free) automatically convert to…

    If a booking is under 1 hour, dont include clean down time
    if a booking is over X hours, include clean down time

    similar options for Setup Time

    currently we only have a default time for each which auto applies when making bookings.

  10. Make it easier for users to view their past attendance over the past week, month, year by adding this to the top of the in office schedule view. At the moment users have to manually count the number of days they've attended the office and can't view the information at a glance. Also the in office schedule only shows the past 3 months data, can this be extended to show 12 months attendance.   11. It would be nice if there was an option to upload a PDF so when a booking confirmation gets sent for visitors or personal space bookings or meeting spaces, you could add an attachment - i.e. a health and safety pack for the site they are working at.

  12. It would be really helpful for managers to see their team/department's in office schedule, this will give them a good indication of their team's attendance in the office instead of having to pull reports for each department or providing admin access to managers and having to give them training on how to pull the reports. This will be especially useful in offices where there is a mandatory return to the office and employees are required to attend a set amount of days.

Automation: Automate users to be signed on once their network is recognize (similar to GEO location) For example if user A works for Microsoft building G, once the user enters building G, condeco books them in to their previous desk and sends them a confirmation email. If the desk however is already in use, to book the next available desk near to that desk

  17. Please can we have an option to upload images of the different room layout options? Many people don't understand the differences between the different options, such as boardroom, u-shape, etc., and often select the wrong one and ask for it to be changed when they turn up.

  18. Hello! I was thinking it may be helpful to require users to enter both requestor AND host info to include full name, email, and phone number before their request is able to be submitted.

    We very often have requests that do not include this information, which requires us to reach out to obtain.

  19. Please check the implementation of "Personal Space reminders through the use of 'ICS Files'". The selectable timeframes only make sense to a certain extend as they always refer to the start of a respective group's check-in time.

    This leads to the following behaviour:

    If a group has a check-in period starting at 6 am, the booking reminder would either pop up at (depending on the ICS reminder setting provided in the brackets)

    5.45 am (15 minutes)
    5.30 am (30 minutes)
    5 am (1 hour)
    4 am (2 hours)
    6 am the day before (24 hours)
    6 am two days before…

  20. A Separate Day before Reminder email generated from the system with control from the email templates to create an informative message to ask a colleague are you still attending site, if not cancel your booking by clicking here.

    ICS is fine but is easy to Dismiss and an Email would mean the colleague would need to deal with it one way or another more so than just "Dismiss"
