ability to make custom fields mandatory on booking form
Currently, custom fields cannot be made mandatory on the booking form. Would be helpful to have option to make them required

User can sort by column when viewing search results for personal spaces and meeting spaces
When viewing search results for both personal spaces and meeting spaces, there is no option to sort the columns. Would be beneficial to enable users to sort, for example, by workspace type or setup

Inconsistent UI behavior around sorting. Some places Alphabetical, others not, sometimes by DB entry time
An example of this would be: when viewing Location dropdown from 'Meeting Spaces' Home page, Locations are sorted A-Z. When viewing Location dropdown from Booking Grid, Locations are sorted first by Region, and then A-Z within the region

Better logic of the Team day feature
Dear Condeco, the currently available Teams day feature in mobile application is very usefull, but we identified a weak point in case of the desk reservations.
We have a location where we have two concentration desks available for booking.
When somebody hurry and wants to create a Teams day reservation for let's say 3 people and select concentration desks for that location, that person is able to book it.
Problem is, if that person invite 3 people and just two desks are there and the application is not giving any feedback the reserved number of desks are less like the…1 vote -
Feature to notify users that equipment is down in specific conference room
Feature to indicate what equipment is down in specific conference room (i.e. broken camera, broken monitor, speaker not working) so that they are aware prior to booking.

Book' button column from Meeting Space Home page search results should be fixed
Currently, the 'book' button column on meeting space home page search results is not fixed. Depending on user's monitor size, 'book' button may need to be scrolled to. For search results from the 'Book a meeting space' page, the 'Book' button column is fixed and doesn't need to be scrolled to, regardless of monitor size

The search results table will be updated to always show the 'Book' button. This will bring this table consistent with other tables in the application. We hope to have this available in the next release of the application.

For multi-room bookings, ability to have services added on one room to all the other rooms automatically
currently, each room of a multi-room booking needs to have services added individually

Ability to add rooms via booking form to a booking created via Outlook add-in
For bookings created via Outlook add-in, ability to add additional rooms to meeting via Condeco web app

Deleting a booking from Condeco web app should remove event from Outlook calendar
Outlook created items if deleted from Condeco web app stay on the individual's calendar. This happens to all attendees on that invite. When deleted from Condeco web app it leave the teams meeting and the name of the meeting but removes the room.

Kitchen Booking time
With the growing number of hirings, it may be useful to add 2/3 time slots for the dining room to Condeco so that people can book without creating crowding in the kitchen. For example, insert seats for a maximum of 25 people at the following times:
12-12.45pm
1-1.45pm

Include MAC address for WiFi adapter on the back of the screen as you do with serial number and MAC address for LAN

Personal Spaces - Flexi - Day Picker/Reoccurances
The functionality of the 'flexi' option in personal spaces isn't really flexible. Let's update with a few features that we see already in other parts of Condeco.

Book Meetings on a Shared Calendar
Ability for Condeco meetings to be booked to a shared calendar. Example, all members of marketing team have access to a shared calendar that all of them can edit and make changes on. The Conedeco addin currently does not allow Condeco meetings to be added to a shared calendar.

Option of uploading an image of each workstation.
Similar to the meeting rooms, I would suggest providing the ability of

change working week to Monday to Friday
be able to set the working week to Monday to Friday, so when next day booking is only available, you can book Monday on a Friday. rather then having to log in on a Sunday
