Different locations different booking options in terms of time
Our office is open Tuesday through Thursday only, other locations are open Monday through Friday. We would like to be able to configure the location in the period of 3 days without much extra effort and lock the other two days permanently.

Booking slots for e-charging stations
We control our sites with Condeco. Unfortunately, we can not control our parking lots with e-charging station with Condeco, because there are only 1-2 slots, depending on the global setting. We would like to have the possibility to divide our parking spaces into 3 fixed slots per day.

Allow entering users name and meeting title when users are not forced to authenticate on screens
When the screens are programmed to not force user authentication there is no option to enter a name or meeting title. This results in being unable to identify who reserved the room. User authentication is the other option which requires registration and remembering a PIN that can be cumbersome when you're just trying to reserve a room. Adding an additional 2 fields in the screen for users name and meeting title should not be a lot of software developing work. Thanks!

Ability to specify default seating style for linked meeting spaces
Condeco Enterprise provides the ability to link meeting rooms and configure settings such as the seating style, set up, & clean up times for the linked resources. Like an individual resource where you can specify a default seating style, I am requesting the ability to specify a default seating style for linked meeting rooms. Currently, it appears the default style is selected based on the alphabetical order of all seating styles.

Limit the e-mail template "Applies to" functionality to just body of e-mail
The "Group Administration | E-mail Templates" module has a function after each e-mail template there you can select if the changes apply to just the group, the country, or globally. When you choose to apply to country or globally, it replaces everything including the recipient lines. The changes should only be limited to the body of the e-mail. We were trying to make consistent e-mail structures across all countries, but they have to have different recipients for each office's reception. This caused a major data cleanup.

When booking from condeco web, the video equipment does not get invited to the meeting, however works via the condeco smart calendar.
I know this is by design but we would like the email that's populated on the resource via the External calendar mailbox field to be triggered via condeco web, like it is via the smart calendar.

Room Booking Availability
User is looking for a Specific room (EX: TheBar Room) which is already booked by somebody else. Once the booked room cancelled by the user at the end moment, the notification goes to the person who have register for the availability. (Ex: Like Railway ticket reservation)

Adding Teams into Meeting invite using web application
When booking meetings through Condeco’s website, we are not able to add a link to a teams meeting. This does not happen when using the Outlook add-on, but it would be extremely helpful to have the option of adding the link when booking rooms directly on the web app.

Allow different groups to book same desks, but on different days
We may at some point want multiple departments to be able to book the same desks, but on different days of the week. One group on Mondays and Wednesdays and another group on Tuesdays and Thursdays. And we'd expect Condeco to gate keep the bookings. Meaning, users in the Monday/Wednesday group cannot book on Tuesdays/Thursdays and vice versa.

Set a default seating/setup style for linked meeting spaces
We would like the ability to set the default setup style for linked meeting spaces. Currently the system seems to pick its own setup when a linked meeting space is added to the booking.

Rebooking Email Notification
It would be helpful if the system generated email notification for alternate bookings included the title of the meeting that was rebooked and the timeslot to easily identify the modified booking.

The title and date information is contained on the email when only one instance is altered but not when there are multiple instances altered. We will look to add two new columns to facilitate this.

How can a user confirm the customer’s data privacy policy?
For Privacy policy, Nokia can have their Privacy Policy configured in Condeco by our CLOPS team which would come up as an external link on the top bar. However a functionality to force users to accept or decline is not available.
