  1. Dear Eptura, we would like to suggest, if you can install a zoom in and zoom out function in the web application of Condeco.

    Many of our users are complaining, they would like to zoom in the floorplan for a better view, but it is not possible.

    It would be good, if you can implement that zoom function for better user experience.

  2. I have looked for the last 30 mins to cancel a room. Please make it easy and put Room Cancellation as part of the drop down list on the left of the screen.

  4. When users press the Start Meeting button on the screens, allow a customised notice to appear on the screen for 20 seconds at that time. We want to remind meeting rooms users to keep meeting rooms clean, tidy and free of litter.

  5. Global admins to make multiple desk bookings without any restrictions.

    There should be setting to allow Global admin to book multiple spaces in the same Group without affecting other users and permission level.

  6. When viewing the floor plan, automatically show workstations that have been booked and display the photo...if available of the individuals that's booked it instead of having to search and then click on the workstation to see this data.

  7. Our goal is to streamline the user experience by auto-populating the employee ID, similar to the process during booking. We also aim to introduce the feature of making custom fields mandatory if necessary, ensuring users cannot complete a booking unless these fields are filled out.

  9. Outlook appointments update from 'PROVISIONAL' state without requiring a second email to attendees. I have found that once a booking request is approved, we need to send another email out to all attendees on the Outlook appointment - spamming them unnecessarily.

  11. We aim to simplify the process of booking linked rooms for users. Suppose we have two rooms, lon 8 and lon 9, which can also function as a single room. Currently, users must view the grid and then enter one of the rooms to link them. We want to automate this process.

  13. ability to set condeco to automatically book a certain type of room if it becomes available ie if a VCU room becomes available at the time I want, condeco would automatically book it and email me. If multiple people have set condeco to auto book a room at the same time it would work on a first come first served basis

  18. When all desks are booked on a floor and you go to look at the floor plan, it gives you a message that all desks are booked and auto kicks you out. So you are unable to see where your desk is located that you have booked or see where another team member has booked.

    This should be a simple fix where one is not auto kicked out of the floor plan view if all desks are booked.

    Required:- We need Desks Booked and Desks Available from one table/API Itself as unable to join the different tables as lack of unique ID/Column, Current:- We have 2 different tables for each without any Unique ID/Column to join the both tables.

    Required:- We need to apply the filters before extracting the data from condeco especially date and country filters. Current:- We need to extract full data then will apply the filters.

    Required:- We need to refresh the Condeco table data as faster. Current:- Its taking at least 7-8 Hours to refresh the data.
