  1. Today, you can view your calendar and see the if your "team" is working at one location. This location has to match your default location configured in the app. You will NOT see your other team members bookings at other locations. For example, if my default location is set to NYC I will only see my team members that have booking in NYC. If I have other team members working from other locations (LA, Chicago, etc) I will NOT see their bookings UNLESS I change MY default location to their working location( LA, Chicago, etc).   3. Because after adding a department to the mobile APP, you can only book a seat in the department by clicking on the department. If you want to book other seats, you need to click on other departments to book other seats. Hope to add an Any option to see all seat

  4. I would like to request a feature that enables the Admin to set up automatic checkout times for desks. This feature would be particularly beneficial for companies that need to control the amount of hours their teams are using. Currently, the automatic checkout time is set to 12:00 PM, which may not always be suitable for users. Allowing the Admin to set up a custom automatic checkout time would improve flexibility and ensure that desk resources are used more efficiently

  5. Allow adding guest in Teams Add-in Bookings. I suggest adding a feature to the Teams ADDIN that would allow users to invite guests when making room reservations. This would be a convenient addition that would enhance the functionality of the ADDIN and make it easier for users to collaborate with individuals outside of their organization.

  6. I do not see the floor plan LEGEND in the mobile app. I DO see the floor plan LEGEND in the web portal. Can we get a LEGEND to appear in the mobile app as it appears in the web portal?

  7. Condeco allows the user to update their status 1 day at a time.

    It would be helpful if the user could select mutliple days to update.

  8. Just because we have O365 doesn't mean that we use teams for meetings.

    We should be able to turn this option off. or give the user the option to book a teams or not.

    It is not our preferred system for remote meetings and we should be able to choose not to. It's going to cause a lot of issues.

  9. Hello - I would like to suggest an idea to have the capability in Condeco to customize a desk bump reminder to suit the group/location persona. i.e the current setup sends out an email 10 minutes before the check-in time. we should be able to edit the 10 minutes' time

  10. We miss the possibility for admins to edit details of a booking users have created with the M365 Outlook Add-In. At the moment, only the booking user is able to make changes.

  11. To have the button to view the floor plans of the selected location on the Today page would be great. I think it'd make the page more useful aswell as people tend to just click past it.

  12. Linked Rooms: create separate combined rooms (ie. Dayton AB, etc) with their own capacities/setup for users to book the right space for their group. And, for the conference center team to properly set up the combination room and provide correct catering. The current linked rooms can be reserved; however, the number of attendees and setup do not show for the combined rooms. It only shows these for the individual rooms being “linked”. This affects our conference center operations for setup, staffing, catering and other operational functions.

  13. Currently there is no way to book a desk for someone who does not have Condeco account via mobile, can’t find “is External” in mobile app, can do from desktop. Can I please suggest this feature is added as it will be of great use .

  14. The topic of mobile application floor plan.

    It is absolutely useful to be able to scale the floor plan exactly as it was before the booking after a booking. If an employee has to work at a branch where he/she has never been before, he/she does not know his/her way around and has to search for the exact location of the workstation. To properly orient myself, it would make sense to see the complete floor plan and then potentially rescale it if necessary. The strange thing about this is that it used to be possible. So it was programmed out.…

  16. The Device Hub Application is not listed as a Secure APP on Microsoft Intune, and one of our clients was concerned about the Condeco Application's security. They accepted the application as an exception for a period but requested that this must be added ASAP for Global Approval.
    We believe that the Device Hub has all requirements for this MS approval the same way the Condeco Mobile APP Enterprise has and is listed in MS.

  17. It should be basic usability of the mobile application that when location changes are made on the web version, it should synchronise to the mobile version.
    Eg. Adding/removing attributes, or locations on your environment, if they change on your web version it should be reflective on the mobile version.

    "Please be informed that I've checked this with our Engineering team, and they've informed us that this is an expected behavior for the mobile application as per design.

    Whenever a location is added/removed, the users will have to logout from the mobile application and then log back in for the changes…

  18. Our facility service needs the ability to close a meeting space for (several) hours.

    Actually it is only possible to close meeting spaces for whole days.

  19. The ability to make multiple closures needs to be implemented so that public holidays etc can be closed in advance and maintenance etc can all be scheduled in without having to erase current closures.

  20. It would be nice to setup user profiles with preferred attributes for certain bookable groups?
    As with the idea of having Condeco being a company's universal source of booking various resources (eg. Desk, Car Park, etc...)

    It would be nice if you split these resource into groups, you can have certain attributes for each group, which is possible, but when you set your profile up, you can't have preferred attributes for each group.
    You can only have all your attributes listed in your settings, not for each group.
