Restrict booking based on default Building location, not just Group
As more and more locations begin to use Condeco to reserve space in the office, we're finding more people not based in a particular office wanting to make reservations in not their "home" office, taking away space from the people based in those locations. Currently the only option is to restrict access based on default booking Group. Catering not appearing on the re-charge reports
If a meeting or catering request was deleted after the cancellation cut off window the items were still displayed on the recharge reports.
Now if a User deletes catering or the whole meeting after the cancellation cut off the recharge is also removed from the reports.
Due to this we could have a delivery of 200 sandwich lunches and no-one to pay for them.

Create user groups instead of resource groups
The ability to create user groups instead of resource groups to allow restrictions to groups of users like (contractors or contingent workers) that differ from the permissions in the resource group settings. This would be very useful to restrict the number of desk bookings or days on which they can book desk in the office. For instance if you wanted to restrict them to only book desks on Mondays/Friday or a certain number of days. Cancellation of booked rooms to create more availability
Hello - I cannot seem to find a way to cancel my room booking, especially at late notice. Perhaps if a way was created for room bookings to be cancelled if they were no longer needed, then we could free up more meeting rooms for those who need them.

Ability to make email address a mandatory field for visitors (except VIP visitors)
Hi team, we will soon use Proxyclick to manage our visitors but standard users will remain using Condeco for registering their visitors. Ideally, we want users to continue visitor registration on Condeco and for the reception team to manage the visitors in Proxyclick. It will be a useful addition if we could ensure that users have shared the email address for all standard visitors to ensure that they receive the emails for remote registration and QR Code for check in. Giving us the option to make the email address field mandatory will resolve this issue.

Choose a single appointment with Condeco Outlook Add-In from a recurring meeting without an end date
Some people in the company have arranged regular recurring Teams meetings to exchange information via Outlook 365 without an end date so that they don't have to keep extending this series.
Sometimes, however, people want to meet in person at the company and book a suitable room via the Condeco Outlook add-in. Change default file type of reports to .XLSX
The default file type of Excel report export files should be changed to .xlsx because the .xls file type will no longer be fully supported under Windows 11 as Microsoft itself considers .xls files as "not secure".

In-office cancel reservation
Unset the In-office status when I cancel a desk reservation.

Bookable to Hotdesk auto conversion
Is it possible for all allocated seats to be automatically be converted to hotdesk 1 day prior to needed date?
For example, Team A have 5 allocated seats (1 to 5) and all the hotdesk seats are already booked for Wednesday.
Looking at a schedule for Wednesday, I can see that seats 1, 2 & 3 is already booked while 4 & 5 is still free. I belong to Team B hence cannot book a seat.
But when I check on it again tomorrow (Tuesday – 1 day before Wednesday), can seats 4 & 5 (being free) automatically convert to…1 vote -
Custom rules for Setup Time and Clean Down Time
Rules such as:
If a booking is under 1 hour, dont include clean down time
if a booking is over X hours, include clean down timesimilar options for Setup Time
currently we only have a default time for each which auto applies when making bookings.

Wording change for fully booked days - not using "date exceeds the booking period" users are confused.
The wording confuses users, this is when searching for resources on the today page.
wording such as "no available resources available for day X" would be better.
