  1. Currently, the 'book' button column on meeting space home page search results is not fixed. Depending on user's monitor size, 'book' button may need to be scrolled to. For search results from the 'Book a meeting space' page, the 'Book' button column is fixed and doesn't need to be scrolled to, regardless of monitor size

    The search results table will be updated to always show the 'Book' button. This will bring this table consistent with other tables in the application. We hope to have this available in the next release of the application.

  5. Outlook created items if deleted from Condeco web app stay on the individual's calendar. This happens to all attendees on that invite. When deleted from Condeco web app it leave the teams meeting and the name of the meeting but removes the room.

  6. With the growing number of hirings, it may be useful to add 2/3 time slots for the dining room to Condeco so that people can book without creating crowding in the kitchen. For example, insert seats for a maximum of 25 people at the following times:
    12-12.45pm
    1-1.45pm
    2-2.45pm

  9. The functionality of the 'flexi' option in personal spaces isn't really flexible. Let's update with a few features that we see already in other parts of Condeco.

  10. Ability for Condeco meetings to be booked to a shared calendar. Example, all members of marketing team have access to a shared calendar that all of them can edit and make changes on. The Conedeco addin currently does not allow Condeco meetings to be added to a shared calendar.

  12. be able to set the working week to Monday to Friday, so when next day booking is only available, you can book Monday on a Friday. rather then having to log in on a Sunday

  13. Our office is open Tuesday through Thursday only, other locations are open Monday through Friday. We would like to be able to configure the location in the period of 3 days without much extra effort and lock the other two days permanently.

  14. We control our sites with Condeco. Unfortunately, we can not control our parking lots with e-charging station with Condeco, because there are only 1-2 slots, depending on the global setting. We would like to have the possibility to divide our parking spaces into 3 fixed slots per day.

  15. When the screens are programmed to not force user authentication there is no option to enter a name or meeting title. This results in being unable to identify who reserved the room. User authentication is the other option which requires registration and remembering a PIN that can be cumbersome when you're just trying to reserve a room. Adding an additional 2 fields in the screen for users name and meeting title should not be a lot of software developing work. Thanks!

  17. Condeco Enterprise provides the ability to link meeting rooms and configure settings such as the seating style, set up, & clean up times for the linked resources. Like an individual resource where you can specify a default seating style, I am requesting the ability to specify a default seating style for linked meeting rooms. Currently, it appears the default style is selected based on the alphabetical order of all seating styles.

  18. The "Group Administration | E-mail Templates" module has a function after each e-mail template there you can select if the changes apply to just the group, the country, or globally. When you choose to apply to country or globally, it replaces everything including the recipient lines. The changes should only be limited to the body of the e-mail. We were trying to make consistent e-mail structures across all countries, but they have to have different recipients for each office's reception. This caused a major data cleanup.

  20. When booking from condeco web, the video equipment does not get invited to the meeting, however works via the condeco smart calendar.

    I know this is by design but we would like the email that's populated on the resource via the External calendar mailbox field to be triggered via condeco web, like it is via the smart calendar.
