Scalebility in MobileApp floorplan after booking
The topic of mobile application floor plan.
It is absolutely useful to be able to scale the floor plan exactly as it was before the booking after a booking. If an employee has to work at a branch where he/she has never been before, he/she does not know his/her way around and has to search for the exact location of the workstation. To properly orient myself, it would make sense to see the complete floor plan and then potentially rescale it if necessary. The strange thing about this is that it used to be possible. The Device Hub Application is not listed as a Secure APP on Microsoft Intune
The Device Hub Application is not listed as a Secure APP on Microsoft Intune, and one of our clients was concerned about the Condeco Application's security. They accepted the application as an exception for a period but requested that this must be added ASAP for Global Approval.
We believe that the Device Hub has all requirements for this MS approval the same way the Condeco Mobile APP Enterprise has and is listed in MS.8 votes -
Location Sync from Web to Mobile
It should be basic usability of the mobile application that when location changes are made on the web version, it should synchronise to the mobile version.
Eg. Adding/removing attributes, or locations on your environment, if they change on your web version it should be reflective on the mobile version."Please be informed that I've checked this with our Engineering team, and they've informed us that this is an expected behavior for the mobile application as per design.
Whenever a location is added/removed, the users will have to logout from the mobile application and then log back in for the changes…

Our facility service needs the ability to close a meeting space for (several) hours.
Actually it is only possible to close meeting spaces for whole days.

Room Closure
The ability to make multiple closures needs to be implemented so that public holidays etc can be closed in advance and maintenance etc can all be scheduled in without having to erase current closures.

Preferred Attributes for Certain Groups
It would be nice to setup user profiles with preferred attributes for certain bookable groups?
As with the idea of having Condeco being a company's universal source of booking various resources (eg. Desk, Car Park, etc...)It would be nice if you split these resource into groups, you can have certain attributes for each group, which is possible, but when you set your profile up, you can't have preferred attributes for each group.

Multiple Closure Dates for Resources
I've noticed that it is only possible to have one closure period on a resource at a time. For instance, if I've got a future date where all the desks are closed and I've closed the desks on the system for that date, if my technicians close a desk today in order to fix a live issue, then that desk loses its booking for the future date. An improvement would be to allow a resource to have a closure on multiple dates, so that future events like block closures can be booked alongside single one-off closures for maintenance.

Auto refresh groups in mobile app
When adding a new Personal Spaces group the user needs to logout and back in again before the group is visible.
This is unwanted behaviour and the App should refresh new groups automatically or at least when restarted.
This is related to Issue 00064035

We need to be able to customise the details presented in the 'Add services to your booking' email.
We need to decide what services should be shown and/or the pricing associated with the items.

We have several screens running in Brazil, and the user has to understand other languages to use them. It causes mistakes during the use.

Room Screen do not have GMT-3 for São Paulo - Brazil or GMT+3 Time Zone for Riyadh, Saudi Arabia on Room Screens
The Room Screen does not have a GMT-3 for São Paulo city in Brazil or any other city in Brazil.
We have to ask the client to use other cities available, but we have problems because each country has different daylight saving schedules.
The Room Screen currently does not offer a GMT+3 time zone option specifically for Riyadh or any other city in Saudi Arabia.
As a result, we are forced to ask clients to select alternate cities within the same time zone, which can cause confusion and lead to incorrect configurations or misunderstandings.

To be able to change the default to "You’re not working" instead of Working Remotely

When deleting a booking in the Mobile App, it should also delete in Outlook
We use the Condeco Add-in for Outlook. When deleting a booking in the Mobile App, it should also delete the appointment in Outlook. I don't understand how deleting the booking in the Mobile App releases the Microsoft 365 Resource, but will not delete the Outlook Appointment it created itself. Why can it create an appointment in Outlook but not delete? If we delete from the Mobile, then we have to open Outlook and delete from there as well. This is not efficient, and can create confusion for the user.

Advance Booking Rules
It would be good if there was a way to stop users from booking catering on a Friday for the next Monday.
We can have a booking rule to stop the user for adding catering to bookings for the next day but there needs to be a way the weekend is stopped.7 votes -

Flexible desk allocation by team (managed by booking grid style allocation by an admin
We have more employees than desks. Teams are keen to sit together and so one desk will be booked by different teams on different days of the week. Could you create a flexible desk allocation system (like the booking grid) where an admin can allocate desks to teams and it can be adjustable as required?

Date format when exported to excel should be in mmm/dd/yyyy format
So that we can use a formula in excel that will allow us to view the data as day of the week. At present we have to manually change the date format in each cell.
