  1. Enable the functionality for 'users in the office' reports to be run historically rather than just on the current day.

    This report provides information on self certification and check in status and if not run in a 24hr period the data is then lost forever.

  2. The option for 'On arrival notify me by email' is too generalised when no meeting is selected. would it be possible to set a message based on location for when visitors are marked as arrived?

  3. If I attempt to book a personal space on the calendar in advance for a selected date, with selected attributes (that are not available at that location), the application tells me “no results that meet all your chosen attributes; here are some alternative results”. I am given 2 options of “go back” or “ok” (to view alternative results).

    After choosing “go back” I am redirected to the booking screen and choose to clear only my selected attributes and click continue. After the page loads, the date is then reset to today’s date and if you’re not paying attention you could…

  4. We would like an automated email notification when a service is booked as part of a room booking. We would like to send the email notification to a different recipient(s) based on the type of service requested.

  5. It would be good if we could add custom messages to the meeting room screens, such as "Projector is currently not working, IT aware". If the room is closed, perhaps the closure message that we set on the portal could be displayed too, i.e. "Closed for refurbishment".

  8. Today is only possible to override the user permissions for all groups at the same time (on the Preferred Attributes tab). Sometimes an Admin is requested to add extra slots for one user in an specific group and it is not possible

  10. It is not possible to copy group configuration on country level. Just within a country.
    Therefore, it should be possible to either create group templates for reuse or be able to copy group configuration between countries.

  11. There needs to be a much easier means to obtain QR codes internally in the codeco portal per line item (Desk) that can be printed. There are way too many steps and needing to export things to excel and convert and all. All this should be eliminated. There should be a link per each line (Desk) in Condeco that can easily generate the QR code directly and print or export the image to print.

  12. Receive a notification for check-in. Employees reserve a personal space (desk or office) prior to arriving in the office and they forget don't check in, thinking because they reserved the desk it is all done. Once they arrive at the office they should receive a notification telling them to check in. Geolocation settings.

  14. Non-Default Groups like lockers, car spaces, etc. allow users to
    book unlimited resources for the same day even when the settings (group settings) are set to limit the number of slots per week (e.g. 2 slots per week). There is no workaround and clients are not able to manage these spaces as expected.

  16. Allow admins to enable half day bookings for personal spaces at the Location or Group level. Currently it is only possible to allow half day bookings in the Global Setup which applies to all Locations and Groups.

  17. Request to add 'desk type' in the basic resource report
    we are using as baseline for the utilization report

  18. A feature or option where Admin has the ability to send the iCS as an all day event. Having the iCS appear on a user's calendar in the morning is distracting, especially for the admin assistants when coordinating calendars for multiple users.

  20. Today, via the Power BI API we are able to see only the Fact Table. It's extremly important to be able to undestand the real usage of all created users and all creates resources via Power BI API.
    Beeing able to see those informations will help managers to:
    - Understand if the Change Management strategy was sucessfull by seeing the rate of created users vs. users really using Condeco's solution;
    - Undestand the real usage of all workspaces and undestand if it's important to reimagine the workplace.
