  1. To be able to change the default to "You’re not working" instead of Working Remotely
    And/or can we Change or add the options to:
    1. I am not working
    2. I am working from home
    3. I am on another Chubb Site
    4. I am at a client site/external workshop

  2. We use the Condeco Add-in for Outlook. When deleting a booking in the Mobile App, it should also delete the appointment in Outlook. I don't understand how deleting the booking in the Mobile App releases the Microsoft 365 Resource, but will not delete the Outlook Appointment it created itself. Why can it create an appointment in Outlook but not delete? If we delete from the Mobile, then we have to open Outlook and delete from there as well. This is not efficient, and can create confusion for the user.

  3. It would be good if there was a way to stop users from booking catering on a Friday for the next Monday.
    We can have a booking rule to stop the user for adding catering to bookings for the next day but there needs to be a way the weekend is stopped.

  4. Currently you cannot booked linked meeting spaces through Outlook. Please add this feature in so users don't have to use the plugin for one set of room then another for another set

  7. We have more employees than desks. Teams are keen to sit together and so one desk will be booked by different teams on different days of the week. Could you create a flexible desk allocation system (like the booking grid) where an admin can allocate desks to teams and it can be adjustable as required?

  8. So that we can use a formula in excel that will allow us to view the data as day of the week. At present we have to manually change the date format in each cell.

  9. For meetings that have the bump feature, we should be able to pull which were bumped.
    We would like to pull cancellations so we can track when they were cancelled and how often we have 24 hours or less cancellation.
    It makes sense that No shows also would be on this report.

  10. At present, user can check-in their desk from anywhere from Condeco web portal or from mobile app. User should not allow to do Desk Check-in manually through either mobile app or web portal.

    Auto Desk check-in should only happen through mobile when user is around / near the desk. This will prevent user to perform desk check-in when they are not in office.

  11. Like how from the booking grid you can see who has booked on a particular day could there also be a floor plan made available with all employees bookings visible so you can see who booked where & when without going in to book a desk?

  12. The Visitor API has been designed to support UnKnown = 0, InternalVisitor = 1, ExternalVisitor = 2 and no other values. Suggest to enhance this feature as it does not make sense to have only 2 values accepted.

  14. External Visitors do not have the app for check-ins to desks and currently, only the booker who has made on behalf is able to do the check-in. There should be visibility and functionality for Admins to view the list of external visitors for the day and check in on behalf, as the booker may not be in office for the day.

  15. On initial use of Add-in it is required to enter default URL and run through a verification process.
    Could these be pre-configured by our IT Teams via xml config file or similar?
    In the past we have identified that when introducing new technologies we should avoid setup steps wherever possible in order to get employee buy in

  17. Currently linked rooms aren't available in the mobile app and must be booked within the web application. If booked it's not possible to edit a linked room booking. Edit is only possible in the web application.

  20. Currently, it is not possible to provide admin roles to users via external API (SCIM).

    Idea is to manage these over Azure/AD groups in the same way like group mapping for restricted ressources.
