  3. Can the Cost Centre column width be adjusted to the whole VC ID is visible? At least then they could match up the tasks to the same booking.
    Can the list be sorted by the Cost Center column? At least then they could sort the list and bookings with the same VC ID would all be together.

  6. Dynamic Space Optimization (Personal Spaces)

    Condeco should have an option to open other floors dynamically for booking as and when one floor reaches a threshold limit of booking. Say Floor -2 shows up and made available for booking only when 80% of the spaces (Personal spaces like Desks) on Floor-1 is booked. The Threshold levels are configurable and possibility to 'choose' the default floor that is always open, and then also 'choose' the sequence in where the other floors then open up.

  7. Ability to sort spaces (Desks and Meeting rooms) alphanumerically

    Condeco currently doesn’t sort the spaces (Rooms and Personal spaces) in Alphanumeric sequence and we would like the option to see the spaces (Rooms and Personal spaces) sorted alphanumerically at all places in the Condeco Application like Book a Meeting Space, Booking Grid, Advanced Grid for Meeting Spaces and Book a Personal Space, Booking Grid for Personal Spaces and also across interfaces like Outlook Add-in, Mobile app. Etc

  8. Have other users' presence appear automatically when viewing the floor plan, in addition to simply yours. This would immediately provide a visual representation of attendance in the space.

  9. The addition of a custom field feature for VAT

    "Custom VAT value in Condeco Catering Services while adding the catering services"
    The default value exists(Select the VAT percentage rate from the list. Either 10, 15, 17.5, or 20, percent)
    Logically, it should be customizable. It shouldn't take the default value or commonly used values. Please take this as enhanchement.

    1. The personal spaces can only be close for a period of time. For example, From Date 1 to Date 2.

    2. If we add a closing period for one day, the resource will automatically open after the day. However, to schedule the next closure, we'd have to set another closure period Date 3 & Date 4.

    3. Its not possible to set multiple closure periods as per the current system design.

    4. If we set a new closure period for the resource, the older closure period will be overwritten.

    To be able to add multiple closure periods for a resource would be truly…

  10. If the booking window is set to 4 months then admin (eg PAs) can book outside this for say the following year to book board meetings etc. This is possible in the App so need Outlook to understand the admin rights.

  11. On opening the mobile app, it should say "updating" whilst it waits for details of where you are working. Currently it says "You are working remotely today" and then after 10 or 20 seconds seconds it changes to say "You are working in the office today" ... but most people dont wait 10 seconds .. they just start trying to book a desk

  12. It would be great to enable the quick search also in the mobile App. Given limited ressources, currently users have to click through the plans to see open personal spaces for booking. It would be easier to change the whole location for open spaces that can be booked in the selected timeslot/day.

  13. Find a colleague finding a colleague using “Booking grid” is not very convenient. The other option “Find a Colleague” also doesn’t show floor map if all desks are booked. So, it is good to have a floor map to find a colleague as just by hovering on map we can locate who is sitting where rather than finding it under booking grid option. This functionality was there until the most recent upgrade. Hence this is the removal of function or bug. Is Account Manager at Eptura Aware of this? Referring to Case 398756.

  15. The search result of Find a Colleague, mobile app user search and the User Management is not the same, in case the user name contains location-specific extra characters a lot of users are missing from the Find a Colleague page.
    The same issue happens in the mobile app when you try to add a colleague to your team: only the users appear, whom name does not contain special characters.
    Example in Hungarian language ==> István Biró

  17. We need to have it possible to disable the option for the user creation for country admins. We import users from AD and manual creation of the users prevents the user from being created correctly.

  19. It would be useful for admin users, if we were able to change the booking opening. currently this is set to midnight and we would like to change it to noon or any other time during the working day. Given limited bookable resources, this set-up forces employees to book at night, rather than during the workign day.

    This feature is critical for us!
