  1. Different colour for booked tables with dogs.

    Add another question when booking a table that allows you to also check in your dog. Colleagues can see which table has been booked (grey) and which person has also brought their dog to work (e.g. yellow).
    This would be very helpful for people who are afraid of dogs or have allergies and want to stay away from tables with dogs.

  3. It's about configuration of meeting reminders. Currently, users are required to manually set this option for each booking. Would like the possibility for admins to configure it at organization level (for every rooms, users and bookings)

  4. In the web portal - From a floor plan view, be able to see a list of everyone who has space reserved for the day. This alleviates hovering over every bullet to see who is present. If the name can be clicked than be highlighted on the map, that would help connect the person to the specific seat. In the mobile - be able to look up a name and see them highlighted on the floor plan for the mobile app.

  5. When you search for rooms, you get a result list. However, on smaller display resolutions and screen sizes, the room attributes are hidden unless you scroll horizontally on the results list. One would not expect to scroll horizontally because the room booking button stays on the screen. Windows machines automatically scale text to 150% on laptop screens that are 15" with 1920x1080 resolution. This causes the room attributes to become hidden by the book button.

  6. A desk booking reminder email the day before the booking would be great, the option you brought out is not good enough, we don't want anything to be sent to calendars, we just want an email to go to the user who booked the desk the day before around 3pm so they can see if they still need the desk and if not free this up for others to book. 10am on the desk of the booking makes no sense as everyone will already be in the office therefore after this seat is free it is not seat in.

  7. As part of the single sign-on dialogue the first name, last name and email of the user is sent to Condeco. Currently Condeco does not use the information to populate a new user's profile. Auto-populating the profile would improve data integrity by reducing the chance that the user mistakenly or purposely enters the wrong data.

We currently have a large number of 'Hot desks' on our system which are generally used when desks are not available directly in your department, however, we've noticed more and more people starting to book the 'hot desk' spaces which is not what we intended. I could mark the desks as 'Closed' but feel that may cause confusion among staff when looking at available desks, so I think it would be really helpful to have a feature where we could keep the desks open & visible on the system but mark them as not bookable so it's clear they are…

  9. Bonjour,

    Afin de gérer nos visiteurs au niveau de l'accueil des sites, nos utilisateurs doivent pouvoir importer les participants. Nos utilisateurs ont souvent déjà saisis cette liste par ailleurs qui peut être importante et donc réutilisable pour condeco. Lorsqu'ils ont trop de participants, nos utilisateurs ne saisissent pas les informations qui sont pourtant essentielles pour un bon accueil de nos visiteurs. Nous devons donc impérativement proposer une solution à nos utilisateurs.

    Serait-il possible d'ajouter la possibilité d'importer des participants lorsque l'on crée la réunion au travers d'un fichier excel ?

  12. Would be great to have an option to choose how I want to book a desk for a week. Currently, if you try to search for a desk for whole week, it will search a single desk that will be available for all of those dates. Would be good to have a possibility to change that to choose a specific desk for each day (include a calendar in Floor Map) to quickly navigate through the dates and choose a desk from a map.Add those desk "in cart" and then confirm all those bookings in single click.   14. As requested in Ticket 447155 please find Feature Request.

    Our Exchange admins would like to see some specific identifier in headers, API, subject or similar that they could use to create Exchange rules to identify bookings from Condeco platform.

    e.g. allow a customisable template to be used for meetings booked through Outlook/App in which we could add "CB" (Condeco Booking) to the meeting subject.
    This way we could block all other requests and thus only accept those made through Condeco

  15. Condeco creates visits whenever a booking is made in Outlook via Add-In (Sync exchange) and a distribution list or a shared mailbox is put in the attendees. Please develop a rule hat enables us to signal to condeco that EVERY email address that ends with our company domain should NOT be recognised as a visitor. The workaround to create forms accounts for 1000 + DLs and other variants is not viable solution, especially when a distribtion list with 5000 ppl and all of them get the condeco wlecome email for the new account.   17. Self-Registration of user, when user selects a "department" when self registering and that department is also a group, this user should be given permissions into this group, closed or opened to view, book and modify their own bookings.

    Makes user onloading easier and takes many clicks away from admins when some users can filter to the correct group, especially when the group is closed.

Especially for setups where one employee can be part of different teams or project groups, it would be great to be able to create multiple "teams" within the "Find your team" menu as it can become very overwhelming quickly if you have e.g. more than 10-15 team members in only one single list. In that case, you would have to scroll and eventually don't even see your own office days anymore.
