  1. In date fields, after opening the calendar, when you hover over the day number, it should highlight or change the font color (before clicking). In older versions of the system, the font turned blue.

  2. Labels generated for assets in-line or close proximity result in overlapping text making it difficult to determine asset code. Recommend some way to customize how resulting label text is generated from Revit SmartClient (i.e. rotate or assign an offset for certain assets). Another option would be to link Revit Annotation Symbols (tags) in published views to asset label text. This option would allow users to fully customize tag/text location in a Revit view prior to publishing. Additionally, looking for any recommended workarounds until this issue can be resolved.   3. A Workplace App where the user can find and reserve spaces such as meeting room, workplace, car parking, lockers, quiet zones and many.
    In this way, users can book more than one amenity based on configurations, specific to each location. In summary, the booking readily available amenities and spaces will be hassle-free and clear.

  4. We would like the suite area to display on the Space Console under the Suite name on the Suite label that appears when you select the LAYER titled Labels of Suites. Please see attached screenshot. Thank you

  5. In WebCentral & Workplace, show the version number again (it used to be in "about").
    Now there's no way for a user to indicate what version he's using.
    This is paramount for support.

    Suggestion : it could be visible in the menu in bottom/left or in the "my profile" popup.

  6. Define conditional question in maintenance checklist (idem compliance)

    if a response to a checklist question = xx the open a new questionnaire
    as it is done on compliance questionnaires (see print screen)

  7. Add move application parameters (and apply the settings to the move module, obviously...)

    1. number of days before move request

    setting a value of 10 will not allow selecting a move date earlier than 10 days (oposite of reservations and max number of days)

    1. hide create service request checkbox

    clients dont always have service desk or bldg ops - would be nice to be able to turn that field off;

    1. Sync move actions status with move

    if not using service requests, would be good to have option for simple action status

  9. Sometimes a short video helps better identifying the nature of the problem than a picture, and thus assigning a proper priority or work team.
    Of course the size/duration of the video should be restricted to avoid large files to be uploaded to the database.
    Certainly useful in OnSite for technicians to better document incidents, might be also useful in the Workplace portal but with a lower priority

  10. We would like to have a mechanism that allows the inspector to notice when the entered value deviates from the standard. (Primary upper and lower limits, secondary upper and lower limits)

    Please check the attached screenshot :
    ①Upper and lower limits can be set
    ②If the input value deviates from the reference value, the color of the screen changes.
    An error pop-up③is displayed

    Why we Need this Enhancement Request?

  11. It would be good to be able to trigger an SLA based on the Room Category/Type.

    Use Case: if the WR is located in a lab (Room Type), I want a specific SLA to be used (one that notify the Lab Manager or require some approvals, for example).

  12. Is it possible to auto-select the “Early Morning (from 12:00am to 7:30am)” priority when the time requested falls under the 12:00am to 7:30am service window?

  13. Microsoft has ended the EWS support and is shutting this down. We need to have integration with graph API for onprem archibus solutions for room reservations. The API should be bi-directional and allow for multi-room reservations.

  14. Error - Jason 500 error on downloading background data. I have 100% failure to load background data, with JSON Parse error: Unexpected Token. I believe it is because that the volume of data being loaded passes a timeout limit or the app is not fault tolerant enough for system latency. on possible solution is to further parametise other back ground downloads to remove or stagger data that is not used by the business or certain roles. Example is that we may not want gardeners to download eq data. Or download less history or no warranty. Our eq table stands at…

  15. Add Division and Department at Floor, Building and Site and poss. This would allow a true mix and match at all levels for reporting. as an example the Site may be completely allocates to one department/division. except on floor of building A or even on room in building A. These can then be used as an exception instead of having to allocate division and department data to all rooms in the building.

  16. Link CF calendar/availability to PM forecast. Currently when CF is in leave and a PM is forecast the SLA/Forecast does not look at the Calander to calculate due date. Put option in SLA to take into consideration the CF calendar eve n though the PM may be a fixed PM

  17. Web Central Drawings to hide circulation space numbering. The numbering of circulation spaces on most floor plans is confusing for users and muddies up the drawings. This text should be removed from the floor plans.

    Our circulation spaces are identified through the Room type
    * Hide Room Code (rm.rmid) for any circulation rooms (rm.rmtype LIKE %CIRC%)

  18. When an employee do not have a room assigned (or a booked workstation) but has a building assigned to his profile, and you search for that employee in People & Places in Workplace, it says that the floor plan is not available. It would be nice if the floor plans for the building would show up.

  19. Enhance workplace portal/ reservations to use AI to notify and help plan the day for a user. Notify staff when colleagues are coming to the office, help reserve their favorite hotel, look at their schedule to see if they need a meeting space and help choose one with the appropriate size (local vs remote participants) and distance and typical preferred tech. This could also prompt after a hotel or room usage to see if everything worked properly or if a ticket needs to be opened.

  20. It would be ideal to have an auditing tool, similar to the GDPR view, to see all the user transactions in the system: Workspace Bookings, Reservations and Work Requests (as a craft), etc.

    When a user is offboarded, you could search by their email address and all associated transactions would appear in the audit tool so that you could action them (cancel bookings, etc)
