Reports Central - Multiple filters per field not supported
- I'm logging this as Navigation since there isn't an appropriate category for this.
In Reports Central, when the Add Filter button is pressed, the list of selected fields appears allowing the user to add a filter for the field. If the user creates a filter for a field, and then presses Add Filter again, the field that just had a filter created is not listed. This means they are not able to add an additional condition for the field they just filtered. This limits the filtering ability the user is able to perform.

Reports Central - Only one aggregate total per numeric field

In Reports Central, it is possible to show totals of Sum, Average, Minimum, and Maximum for numeric fields. However, only one of the totals can be selected for each field meaning that if you only have one numeric field, you can't have both Sum and Average for example. It doesn't make sense to have a limitation based on the number of numeric fields available.

Meeting Space Bookings - Restriction by Team
Provide the ability to restrict meeting space bookings by Team (follow same logic as Work space bookings under hoteling application).
The 'Available for Group' field in the room arrangement becomes difficult to manage user role assignments.

Schedule Substitutes for Requestor
Can the 'Scheduled Substitutes' task be expanded to enable the ability to schedule a substitution for the Requestor, in the same way we use the tools to substitute Craftspersons?
That way when 'Requestor A' goes on vacation, we can assign 'Requestor B' as a substitute, so that Requestor B would see all work requests that Requestor A submitted.

Session issue in Track Incident report Document Disappearing

While accessing Track Incident we found some Issue. Where if we load Track incident and didn't use it for 15 minutes or while session time out and open new tab in browser and logged in Archibus and go back to Track Incident tab in browser and select any Incident which is having documentation it will not show instead it shows blank rows.Please follow below step to reproduce it.Login as AFM

Build service provider features into Archibus
We have more and more clients wanting to implement SAML via AWS, Azure or ADFS and Archibus only supports Legacy Header Based Authentication. We want to know (or suggest) if it's possible to build service provider features into Archibus.
Bring Archibus into current times and make it capable of Modern Authentication for user access. Else, we have to install and support Shibboleth-SP with every SAML request.

Workplace > Meeting Spaces > Better error messaging
Currently in V2022.03, if there is an issue with an email address of an added attendee when booking a meeting space the following error is shown.
Error: Could not create reservation. The room may have been already booked. Please cancel and search for another room
This request is to improve the error message to describe the issue with the email address, similar to the Reservation Calendar Console, which identifies that there is an issue with the email address when adding the attendee to the meeting.

Multiple selection of attendess while booking meeting room in Workplace
For the feature ("See Meeting Attendees") in V2023.01, while booking the meeting room , we need to add the attendees, but multiple selection of these attendess is not possible. For each employee we need to select one by one, which could a tedious job when many attendees are required.

508 Accessibility Compliance - Web Central
As a federal government customer and user with over 50,000 staff worldwide, I want Web Central to be fully 508 compliant. The user experience should not be limited to Workplace. Many of our users with accessibility issues serve in roles that are not mirrored in or addressed by Workplace.
Significant improvements have been made in Workplace with the release of 2022.3 (https://spaceiq.uservoice.com/forums/925339-archibus/suggestions/39281131-508-wcag-accessibility-compliance). This same effort needs to be applied to Web Central.

Employees count includes Visitors count (3305)
Bug: When you look at the number of Employees and number of Visitors in the Location tab of the Bookings for a Date Range report, you will notice that the number of employees also includes those who booked for a visitors
From the help file:
Employees = COUNT DISTINCT Employee Names for all the bookings on that floor for the filter criteri
Visitors = COUNT DISTINCT Visitor Names for all the bookings on that floor on that floor for the filter criteria

Logout
Create an automated method (not relying on timeouts) to log people out of Archibus when they do not select the "Log Out" button from within Web Central. From several of our customers, we are receiving complaints that users are unable to log back in after they "X" out of Archibus instead of selecting the "Log Out" button. They are experiencing this across all browsers and browser versions. It is negatively affecting the user experience.

Scroll bar for employee list in Workplace when booking a room with large capacity.
In workplace-hoteling, when you select a room to book that has a large capacity, if a lots of employees already booked that room, you see their names in the list and the list is sometime so long that you need to zoom out to see the "Book" button. And when you zoom out, it become too small; it doesn’t meet accessibility requirement. It would be nice to have a scroll bar on the side.

Prevent employee name from being displayed in Workplace
While the feature to search for employees in Workplace and being able to locate them on a floor plan is nice, it can also lead to issues for organizations that need to honor employee privacy. Hypothetically, an employee can locate and stalk another employee by searching and booking a desk near them without the other employee knowing.
My suggestion is to introduce some mechanism to anonymize this either by having it apply globally as an application parameter or by creating a field called em.ispublic to control it on an employee by employee basis. Employee's have it defaulted to Yes and…

New Condition Assessment Console
Condition assessments are essential to determining Total Cost of Ownership (TCO) and being able to manage/budget for the life cycle of a company's Real Property portfolio. A new Condition Assessment Console with new features that brings more data together from other ARCHIBUS modules would make great strides to making the Condition Assessment module an essential part of a company's tool set for an end to end facility management program. Please see attached example of how the State of Minnesota developed a Condition Assessment Console for internal use.

Building Button in Workplace (3043)
When enter search criteria the window is sized to accommodate the number of records returned; however the returned records are quickly replaced by the first 100 records in the building list. So if only 1 record was returned the window size only accommodates 1 record but that single record is quickly replaced by the first 100 records but you have to scroll to see them all and your record may not be in that first 100.
