Hide the Labels in Space Console when Using Hide Labels
In v24.1, it was possible to create a "None" label that hid all of the label text on a drawing. In newer versions of Archibus, there's a "Hide Labels" feature, but labels always show the room code. Can the old functionality from v24.1 be restored in new versions of Archibus, so labels properly reflect their data sources?

Different set of questions for Preventive and Corrective Maintenance
When a user is configuring questions to be displayed in the checklist on the Onsite App. And when these questions are set, they are displayed the same in the questionnaire for both Preventive and Corrective Maintenance.
We want a separate set of questions to be chosen/displayed for Corrective maintenance and Preventive Maintenance. As there is a question for the Root Cause of the problem which is only applicable in case of Corrective Maintenance and not required for Preventive Maintenance

Ability to copy Processes in the "View Tasks by Processes and Applications"plication
When creating new processes, the ability to copy exisiting processes would allow one to copy a similar process and modify it. This would be much less time consuming than having to mannually enter all of the different tasks into a new process.

Parameter for Label(s) in Space Console
While I know it can be manually adjusted, for simplicity and control in SaaS installations, it would be handy to have an application parameter that will control which Labels will show by default in the Space Console and floor plan views.
Having the layer control AbSpaceRoomInventoryBAR-SpaceConsoleDefaultLayers application parameter is great, just for the reason that the clients want to control what their users see when they pull up a floor plan.
Being able to easily mandate which Label shows up on initial load would be similarly useful.

Harmonize Meeting Booking Notifications
The notification emails are not consistent when you book a meeting as an organizer versus when you invite attendees to a meeting.
When you book as an organizer without inviting attendees, you receive an email notification with the door code info for certain rooms, but without the ics file to book it in the calendar.
If you invite other people they receive an email with the ics file, but no door code info.
Can both emails include the door code info and the ics file attachment?

Maintenance: batch processes, add confirmation dialog
When we proceed with batch in the console or anywhere in the application, there is no confirmation dialog. You can for example batch cancel 200 work requests if you pick up the wrong button by accident (note that cancel is just beside approve).
This would be a nice safety feature

Allow Users to Acknowledge Reservation Costs in Workplace
When a cost is set for a room reservation, allow the option for a cost confirmation box to appear when the user is making the reservation. The user would be required to select that they acknowledge the reservation cost before proceeding.
Currently there is no visibility into the room costs in Workplace and before charging anyone the space team needs to make sure they are aware. Currently they are just adding the cost as an amenity but that could easily be missed.

Change colour of the Checklist filled from Onsite App
After completing the checklist from the Onsite Application, when we try to view the data from web central. The colour is very light (grey) and is difficult to read, specially for our clients.
In there any way, we can change/darken the colour theme.

Hotelling Approval by Location
Hotelling currently only allows approvals for employees whose departments have an approving manager assigned.
Often the workspaces themselves will require approval, no matter who is booking.
Rather than have approvals based on the employee department, please create the ability to enforce approvals based on the room/workspace department as well.

DWG publication - result documentation
When publishing CAD plans, ARCHIBUS reports an OK at the end.
This happens even if no SVG file was created as a result.
The user does not recognize whether the publication was complete, partial or not.The customer request is that the publishing function logs when an object could not be processed successfully.
The information should accurately identify the object (e.g. via ehandle) and, if possible, also identify the problem that led to the error. The publication should not be aborted, but rather skip the unpublished object if necessary and log this.
Documentation should be in the protocol.

Login process - Infomessage required, when no more licenses are available
If a user logs in to self-service (".../workplace") and there are no more licenses available at that time, the user will not receive an info message, but rather an endlessly rotating circle on a black background.
Here it is required that the user receives a meaningful message from the system.

When a document is attached in a Work Request. We cannot see the comments and the date of check-in
When there is an error in the document attached to a ticket that has been completed or replaced, the date of the replacement and the history of the comment cannot be viewed on the work order search screen.
Is it possible to get a similar functionality like, Document Version Screen has the similar function (System --> Archibus Administrators Applicatoin Configuration --> Revisions by Document)
Please check the attached screenshot, where we want tos show the comments and the date when the document was attached

Spellcheck on Comments and other similar description fields
I noticed that when I used the comments section to send an email from a work request, that there is no spellcheck feature to highlight words that are spelled incorrectly.
As someone who does alot of communications in this manner, and doesnt have great spelling, this would be greatly appreciated.

Mark Spaces as Occupied Without Having to Assign Anyone to the Space
Due to security concerns, some clients cant assign all employees to thier assigned seat in the Space Console (Police Departments, Courts...). Archibus does not let you mark a seat as occupied without specifically assigning an employee to it. This makes it impossible to get an accurate vacancy count or visual of what seats are actually available. We need a way to manually mark a space as occupied or assign a placeholder user to multiple spaces so that clients can still see accurate vacancy and occupancy counts without having to assign employees to the spaces.

''team'' feature for Service Desk Managers/Multiple people overseeing the same services
Our stakeholder group that uses service desk currently has a management team that would like to oversee all tickets that their service providers handle, but with SLA configurations, we can only assign 1 service desk manager per ticket. We would love to have more than 1 assigned/have a workaround where multiple SD managers can oversee the same request.
Our current workaround is to have the same login for 3 people (The management team), but this is not great as the email for escalation can only route to the one email (which is 1 person's email and not all).
This would…

Improve Validation everywhere required, add validation messages
The systems does not validate your records when you go though complex processes. It's critical that the system send some validation messages to the user. Examples:
- if you forget location on a equipment, assign it to a PM and create a schedule, the PMS will keep a copy of the equipment information inside the pms table and you will keep it for a long time. If your SLA is based on location, it won't work and you won't know
- if you delete a craft, you loose all the work logs associated to that craft, no messages
- if you forget to…

Move Management Email content
Add ability to include move request fields in email content using binding expressions.
example:
Move: {mo.emid}
From: {mo.fromblid} - {mo.fromflid} - {mo.fromrmid}
To: {mo.toblid} - {mo.toflid} - {mo.torm_id}And for group moves, include ability to email a list of the MO records in the group move:
{{project.projectid}}
{mo.moid} {mo.emid} {mo.fromlocation} {mo.to_location}(from/to location would concatenate fromblid/fromflid/fromrmid .... )

Date to Perform - Editable
Hello Team,
We are looking to allow the Date to Perform field to be editable. Typically, the field is controlled by a hard-set date in the Service Level Agreement.
We feel the need to be able to update this manually at times for certain service requests when the need arises. Allowing the flexibility of both keeping the hard set date and the ability to manually adjust when needed.
