Session issue in Track Incident report Document Disappearing
Dear Team,
While accessing Track Incident we found some Issue. Where if we load Track incident and didn't use it for 15 minutes or while session time out and open new tab in browser and logged in Archibus and go back to Track Incident tab in browser and select any Incident which is having documentation it will not show instead it shows blank rows.Please follow below step to reproduce it.Login as AFM

Configurable Timeout Specifically for Smart Client
It has been brought to my attention by clients and confirmed by Archibus that with the newer versions of Smart Client (Probably v2022 and after?), users will be kicked after 30 minutes of inactivity. In all other previous versions, users were able to remain in Smart Client indefinitely. This is favorable for our CAD/Revit users who may spend their entire day in CAD/Revit or Smart Client. Archibus says this change was made because the indefinite connection was problematic for SSO users so they've now hard-coded a 30 minute timeout.

Reports Central - Filtering Implies AND with No Option for OR
I'm logging this as Navigation since there isn't an appropriate category for this.
In Reports Central, there is the ability to add filtering to the result set. Multiple filters can be added but each one that's used is adding an AND in the statement and doesn't provide any way to set it to OR.
For example, in the Work Requests (wr) table, I want to know which records have a Cost of Labor, Cost of Parts, or Cost of Tools over $1000. If I add filters for all 3 fields, it would result in, (Cost of Labor > 1000 AND…

Hoteling Booking Reports - Show the Employee Name - not just Employee Code
In Hoteling reports such as Workplace Utilization or Bookings by Employee, have the ability to use automatic look ups to show other fields from the EM table as columns in the report and in select values.
Currently in V2023.03 only the Employee Code is shown and auto looks ups cannot be used. Many client do not have recognizable employee codes and need to see the actual employee name field in these reports. The ability to specify other fields like Employee Title to be shown via automatic look ups would be beneficial.

Workplace
It would be great if there was a control box in Workplace Floor Plan view that allow users to pan left/right/up/down and zoom in and out of the floor plan. Currently, it's not user intuitive and users have to click and drag, or use their mouse. This will help improve the user experience.

Highlights for Fully-Booked Floors
When a floor is fully booked the blue/gray available/booked highlights do not load at all. This gives users the impression that the highlight has failed to load and there is an application error.
I see that as of v2023.02 a message has been added indicating there are 0 rooms available. This is an improvement but it could be more clear.
For a floor that is 100% booked for the selected date/time:
- Display the highlights showing all rooms gray - this will also allow admins to review bookings for fully-booked floors at a glance.

Dynamic Questions at Reservation
Similar to the another 2 ideas "Back to Work - Reservation/booking Questionnaires for pre/post use" and Questionnaire for Service Request types, there is desire to have dynamic questions asked of the requestor before they submit a reservation request. We have one client that uses the reservations module not only for reserving rooms but holding events within these rooms. The client wants to set up a series of questions to gather needs for the event/reservation and based on how it's answered, another question may load/display.

Add BIM Viewer to Space Console
The BIM Viewer is an excellent tool for cataloging and working with a project in 3D, especially for users who may have little to no Revit experience. However, since the BIM Viewer does not exist in the Space Console, users will still need to publish to 2D/3D using the Archibus Extension for Revit. Because of this, users will likely just stick with the Archibus Extension for Revit for their needs instead of purchasing/utilizing the BIM Viewer.
Adding the BIM Viewer to Space Console will increase its use.

Show all Equipment-Procedure pairs in the 'Define PM Schedules' task
When using the 'Define PM Schedules' sometimes it is not possible to view all the Equipment-Procedure pairs, even after using the filters above. This means there are procedures the user can't schedule because they are never shown.
Some way for the user to be able to access all registers matching the filter (for example, paginating the grid) would be useful.

Workplace App - Improved Scrolling and Scrollbar usability
On some phone models the "People" and "Workspace" tiles don't fit on the screen without scrolling down, however the scrolling behaviour and colours make it difficult for users to get to the 'bottom' of the screen.
There are two scrollbars that the person needs to use and the chosen colours make it hard to tell them apart from each other and the background.See attached image for an example.

Workspace Transactions Print Functionality
A user MUST have the ability to print floor plans from the Workspace Transactions Console just as they can in the Space Console. When an employee has 2 locations (ie. An office and a Lab), it is necessary to be able to see the labels and other data that is provided on the WT Console since only the primary location from the em table is shown in Space Console. Having the ability to go back to a different Date when the Employee, Department or Room Type assignment was different and print that state is key to utilizing transactions.

Mark Spaces as Occupied Without Having to Assign Anyone to the Space
Due to security concerns, some clients cant assign all employees to thier assigned seat in the Space Console (Police Departments, Courts...). Archibus does not let you mark a seat as occupied without specifically assigning an employee to it. This makes it impossible to get an accurate vacancy count or visual of what seats are actually available. We need a way to manually mark a space as occupied or assign a placeholder user to multiple spaces so that clients can still see accurate vacancy and occupancy counts without having to assign employees to the spaces.

Reservation Associating Allowable Room and Employee Standards
Currently this only applies to Hoteling but we also need this feature for Reservations.
Clients/User that only implemented Reservations need their employees to be only able to book specific meeting spaces or areas according to their employee standards.

PM Generation on # day of the month
We would like to setup PMs to generate monthly, on the first day of each month. However, the only option is to schedule for the 1st Monday of each month, for example.
The issue clients are running into is they want September PMs to generate in September and October PMs in October, etc. If the pick the first Monday (or any other day of the week), PMs scheduled for the 1st – 7th might be generated in the previous month. Reports Central - Multiple filters per field not supported

In Reports Central, when the Add Filter button is pressed, the list of selected fields appears allowing the user to add a filter for the field. If the user creates a filter for a field, and then presses Add Filter again, the field that just had a filter created is not listed. This means they are not able to add an additional condition for the field they just filtered. This limits the filtering ability the user is able to perform.

Reports Central - Only one aggregate total per numeric field

In Reports Central, it is possible to show totals of Sum, Average, Minimum, and Maximum for numeric fields. However, only one of the totals can be selected for each field meaning that if you only have one numeric field, you can't have both Sum and Average for example. It doesn't make sense to have a limitation based on the number of numeric fields available.

Misleading Message: Maximum Capacity is reached for this floor
When a user wants to book a workstation in Workspace but no workstations are available that meet the selected criteria, the on-screen message reads "Maximum Capacity is reached for this floor".
This is misleading, as the the “Maximum Capacity is reached for this floor” message should be displayed only when the Capacity Target for the floor has been reached or exceeded.
The message should be reworded to read "No Workstations that meet search criteria are available". This way, the user is guided to edit search criteria, instead of being informed that the Maximum Capacity for the floor is reached when…2 votes -
Multiple selection of attendess while booking meeting room in Workplace
For the feature ("See Meeting Attendees") in V2023.01, while booking the meeting room , we need to add the attendees, but multiple selection of these attendess is not possible. For each employee we need to select one by one, which could a tedious job when many attendees are required.
