Add Division Search to Hoteling
In workplace hoteling there is a department dropdown in the search to highlight spaces on the floor by department. For some organizations, this is too granular and they would prefer to see it by division. An additional dropdown or configuration option on which dropdown to see would be very useful for these organizations.

RM_ID extension to CHAR(32)
As we have more and more BIM models to integrate in which Building and Floor are concatenated with the Room, the code goes over the limit of CHAR(8).

Decommissioning Assets does not flag / stop active PM Procedures
When using the Asset Disposal Console, you are able to review activities assigned to the asset, such as: assessments, work requests, project actions and hoteling requests.
There is no indication where PM Procedures are assigned to the asset (either by location or equipment).
When an asset is decommissioned, there should an indication of active PM Procedures so that they can be removed from the system, otherwise they continue to trigger work requests even after the asset has been decommissioned.

Search and Manage Work Requests:- Asthetic issue alignment of Work Request, Work Order and Service Request Codes. Move from right align to left align to make it uniform with the rest of the data fields. Please see attached PNG.

Change the color of the Navigator so it is not white.
The navigator is washed out with the rest of the screen -- everything is white. Make the navigator another color to distinguish it from the rest of the screen.

Application Parameters for Mandatory Fields on Report a Problem
Can we please investigate a possible solution to create an application parameter to make specific fields mandatory on the report a problem task, for example, Problem type 1st tier and 2nd tier and Building Code – example of a parameter is hiding equipment on report a problem – ShowEquipmentOnReportProblem.

Apply Service Request Questionnaires to Work Requests
The ability to design Questionnaires for service request types and then display those questions within Workplace has proven to be valuable for customers. Using this same approach, allow customers to create Questionnaires for anything in the Service Catalog (including Work Requests) and then be able to see the answers for those questions within the Maintenance Console.
The ability to create questionnaires for Service Catalog items already exists -- you only now need to make an update to the Maintenance Console to display the results for work requests.

Show Archibus version number again
In WebCentral & Workplace, show the version number again (it used to be in "about").
Now there's no way for a user to indicate what version he's using.
This is paramount for support.Suggestion : it could be visible in the menu in bottom/left or in the "my profile" popup.

User Transactions Audit Tool
It would be ideal to have an auditing tool, similar to the GDPR view, to see all the user transactions in the system: Workspace Bookings, Reservations and Work Requests (as a craft), etc.
When a user is offboarded, you could search by their email address and all associated transactions would appear in the audit tool so that you could action them (cancel bookings, etc)

Warning when closing without saving
When closing any popup or screen, if the data has not been saved, display a warning message allowing the user to either confirm closing without saving or saving.
It has been done in some console like the Asset Lifecycle Console.

By default, all reports should have an index so that there is no more reports that are not showing all the records.

Azure AD Connector
Archibus needs a connector ability to connect to Azure AD to important to the employee table. The existing options are limited and not all IT groups are approving them. The Azure AD connection is available in other tools and the preferred route for IT security groups.

Scroll bar for employee list in Workplace when booking a room with large capacity.
In workplace-hoteling, when you select a room to book that has a large capacity, if a lots of employees already booked that room, you see their names in the list and the list is sometime so long that you need to zoom out to see the "Book" button. And when you zoom out, it become too small; it doesn’t meet accessibility requirement. It would be nice to have a scroll bar on the side.

Record ID in Event Log
In the "Data Events Log" for a Record Change, the view shows who made the change and when. Clicking on the record shows the old and new values for the fields that were change. However, nothing tells me which record it was changed for.
I recommend adding a new field to the table for the pkey value. When changes are recorded, populate that field with the pkey value and display it in the primary view (search results) for the data event log view.

Service Console - Substitutes
The visibility of requests in the Service Console does not work for Substitutes. This is an issue in the operational environment because the requests are "stuck" when someone is not available e.g. for an approval or service provider to action. Substitutes are working in the old individual tasks e.g:
Workplace Services/Service Desk/Business Manager/Approve Service Requests
Workplace Services/Service Desk/Service Provider/Accept/Decline Service Requests
Workplace Services/Service Desk/Service Provider/Issue/Complete Service RequestsIt is critical that all these substitute functions are carried over to the Service Console.

Building Operation Maintenance Console - Actions button field Auto size to the amount of action buttons shown on the users view. Where there is one button shrink field size to suite. This gives more real estate availability. The same for date Work requested column. It needs to be made small by wrapping the header.

Support for Clipped XREFs
ARCHIBUS should respect clipped XREF boundaries set in CAD.
At present ARCHIBUS ignores them when publishing enterprise graphics, resulting in the entire XREF being shown. The best alternative we can offer clients with readability problems on especially large floor plans (100k+ SqFt) is to break up the source CAD file, which solves that problem but introduces other drawing management challenges. Respecting clipped XREF boundaries would make it possible to maintain a single source CAD background for large floor plans.
