Parameter setting - Auto close Work Request on Completion. This is currently a 1 and 0 (all in or out). Change logic to allow certain problem type to be included/excluded from this global parameter. Maybe possible be added as an attribute to the problem type.

List of bug
It would be very useful to have access to a bug tracking tool for Archibus. We often reports issues to our integrator and we don't know if the issues are even tracked or processed.

Move work request equipment code field
Move the equipment code field from the More Information section to it's own section similar to Parts and Trades in the work request so it's more visible and a reminder to add the asset code!

Enhanced Support for Units Conversion & Georeferenced CAD Files
Presently when using the Esri Geospatial Extensions and ArcGIS for AutoCAD one must XREF a floor plan into a map and scale it in order to publish accurately. This appears to be because ARCHIBUS will not calculate areas correctly if the CAD drawing units are set to decimal feet. Presently ArcGIS for AutoCAD does not provide any maps that use inches as the base unit nor can the maps scale to match a drawing using architectural units.

Archived Work Record - One Stop Shop
When needing to look up completed/closed work requests and looking for all the information in a concise format users need to use Archived Work Requests and Resources. This process is over complicated as users need to know the Work Order Code (found using Search and Manage). There needs to be a modification to this process either through Search and Manage or Archived Work Requests and Resources.

Maintenance Checklist not completed prevents PM work from being completed and closed
There are times when PMs get deferred. Updating the cause code from PM to DPM signifies that the PM has been deferred. Since the work request has a checklist associated with it, it can not be completed or closed because there is a pending step.
Can a setting be created to allow it to bypass the step waiting for a checklist and allow the work request to be completed? We do not want to cancel the PM’s, just change the cause code and complete them as “Deferred” so reports can be run on how many pm's are getting deferred.

Allow for wildcard search capabilities in Locate Employee. This would assist when the correct spelling of the employee's name is unclear.

View Access Security
Please add a better option for view level security. The current restrictLoadingOfUnassignedViews setting makes startup take 2-3 hours for many clients, which is unacceptable.
I would suggest using the afmptasks.securitygroup field to prevent users without the security group assigned from opening the view at all. At the platform level, an "afterViewLoad" check could be performed to check that field and show a message instead of loading view if they are not authenticated.

This will help the Dispatcher to dispatch the most closer to Incident Craftsperson available.
Integration with GIS (Esri, Google...) will make this easy to present.
If parameter is 1 Archibus receive coordinates from OnSite if 0 no coordinates are sent.

Reservation Approval Data
When reservation requests for meeting spaces are being approved, ARCHIBUS should log the user who approved the request along with a date/time stamp.

Ability to Hide Floor Plans in Workplace Portal for select Roles
Certain user roles, specifically guests and external vendors need to be restricted from seeing floor plans. The issue is coming up a lot for Workplace Portal, but is really a system-wide need. There should be the ability to hide floor plans from defined users roles. Either through security groups or an application parameter.
Then, users without floor plans, need to default to a list of rooms for Booking Conference Rooms, Desks and Service Requests. In other areas of Archibus, they would either not see the button to show a floor plan or clicking the button would show a generic message…

My Assignments Quick Filter and an active work assignment filter in Maintenance Console
I would like to see a filter option added to the maintenance console that would show only the requests currently assigned to the user logged in. Right now it cumbersome to try and filter only the work requests assigned to you, if you have a supervisor or above access in the maintenance console.
One other thing, that would be nice, is the ability to have the option to search for only active assignments for an individual craftsperson, so that supervisors can essentially see what the craftspeople see when they log in.

Email reports on a schedule to specific groups of users
Customers are requesting the ability to email reports to different groups of users on a schedule. For example, on every Monday morning, send an email to all supervisors of open work requests as a PDF attachment to an email.

Graph API
Microsoft has ended the EWS support and is shutting this down. We need to have integration with graph API for onprem archibus solutions for room reservations. The API should be bi-directional and allow for multi-room reservations.

Meeting Space Bookings - Restriction by Team
Provide the ability to restrict meeting space bookings by Team (follow same logic as Work space bookings under hoteling application).
The 'Available for Group' field in the room arrangement becomes difficult to manage user role assignments.

Allow URLs to Open an Archibus View and "Pass it Parameters"
This applies to more than Space. It is a universal idea to provide a means to pass variable values to a view in Archibus through a URL. Let me start by giving the most basic example of it's potential usefulness. If you had a spreadsheet you sent to a fellow employee with rooms listed in it each of which was in fact a hyperlink. The person (also an Archibus SSO user) receiving the spreadsheet could click on any room number in the sheet and it would pop up an Archibus locate rooms view that would show them the building floor…

Printing hatches on PDF - handicap accessibility markers
Hatches do not print in PDF for handicap accessibility markers. Would like the ability to have those show when printing.

Profile pop-up feedback duration after changing locale
Client feedback (Archibus SaaS) for the dialog message indicating that a user has to sign-out and sign-in after changing the the locale is too short.
The request would be to make the duration a little longer or replace the temporary message with a pop-up giving the option to Logout Now.UX reading suggests the time for the popup be 1 second for every 4 words which translates into the popup being 4-5 seconds especially for the French language and it is also compounded by the fact there are 2 pop-ups at the same time (The other being 'Record Saved')

New Condition Assessment Console
Condition assessments are essential to determining Total Cost of Ownership (TCO) and being able to manage/budget for the life cycle of a company's Real Property portfolio. A new Condition Assessment Console with new features that brings more data together from other ARCHIBUS modules would make great strides to making the Condition Assessment module an essential part of a company's tool set for an end to end facility management program. Please see attached example of how the State of Minnesota developed a Condition Assessment Console for internal use.
