Ability to Print Questionnaires
The ability to be able to Print a completed compliance questionnaire is essential to some business processes. Having a physical copy or pdf copy of a completed questionnaire will allow a safety director or internal auditor to follow up on completed questionnaires that trigger a safety concern or violation. Being able to address the person who completed the questionnaire with an actual copy to determine if safety concerns/violations have been remediated is essential for an end to end compliance program.

Allow multiple recipients in Approval mail to requestor
We have a client who uses a lot of multiple recipients in the email field in the EM table.
When such an employee, with multiple recipients in the email field, creates a Service Desk ticket then he/she will not receive the approval mail.
Instead the error "Illegal address" is logged in the afmnotificationslog table.Unlike the sendMessage method in Message.java, the method checkRequired in the Approval step (approval.java) does not split the email values into multiple recipients

Ability to add links that can open URLs to sites that require sign-on/open in a new tab
Currently we can create custom tasks that redirect to URLs in View Definition Wizard. However it seems that these URLs do not properly load within Archibus when they require some sort of log-in (ex for google docs or sites created by Canva).
Please provide an option for a URL to load in a new tab from an Archibus task (I believe that this may resolve the issue)

People and Places: Ability to define information presented (ie equipment, amenities, ect)
Please add the ability for the system administrator to limit/add the type of information that is viewable in People and Places.
For example:
- ability hide the employee location and equipment location from our requesters for various security reasons
- ability to search for amenities and room categoriesIdeally this could be defined/restricted based on role

Service Request for Workplace: Add the ability to type in/search for location
Currently in workplace when you create a request, users are unable to type in the room code, instead they must select the room from the floor plan in the "Select Location window". Please add the following:
1. add a search bar to the select location view
2. add the ability for users to type in text in the location fields (ie building, floor and location/room code)This is needed for the numerous users who place requests for others or for spaces outside of their assigned workplaces

People and Places: Have this match the "select location view" that is seen when selecting a room for a service request, except with the search bar. Essentially:
Add a Building Button on the Left hand column (it is not intuitive to have to search for a room to find a building)
Add the option of being able to Change the filter criteria like available in the " Select location" view on the right hand side

Add email adress in the Space console for filtering people to be located
Email adress is key in big companies to identify quickly the right people to be located in the space console, because of many close names, user codes or full names.
Single way to guarantee the right identification of people and that would help a lot in terms of productivity, efficiency.
Some countries in Asia have specificities in names of people which are very long and often very close the ones from the others.2 votes -
Show user responsible for making bookings
We would like for the system to keep track of who makes and cancels bookings made in webcentral and workplace. There have been reports of strange bookings for some users and we don't know who made those.

Delete Craftsperson Warning Message
Define Craftspersons page should display a warning if the craftsperson you are deleting has logged hours on work requests. Currently, if you delete a craftsperson with logged hours on a work request, the craftsperson and all associated logged hours are removed from the work request.
Requested change: Display a warning after clicking the Delete button and before deleting that craftsperson that informs the end user that deleting the craftsperson will also delete all hours logged on work requests for that person. Present a Confirm/Cancel option. Confirm: deletes the Craftsperson. Cancel: no records deleted.

If needed it would be good option to be able to extract data from more than one table.

Task in Web Central that could bulk upload a schedule maintenance and steps
Develop a tool or task within Web Central that could bulk upload the PM task and PM schedule. I think it would be helpful than doing it one by one. The user will have an option to bulk upload or record it one by one. The tool will just have two simple steps for example - just upload schedule and task. And then the tool will auto populate the tables necessary for successful WO generation. Maybe a template file would be necessary for task and schedule.

Config to limit who can check in/out of reservations when using a QR Code
If you are using reservations (tested on workplace in browser) with QR codes, when you scan the code for the room it does not authenticate if you were the person the reservation was booked by/for, it will let anyone check in and out of the reservation. This is a problem with unknowing/malicious users ending the reservations for others to book the space. It would be very useful to have a config to add this restriction to the display of the check in/out button for reservations.

Ability to dispatch workplace service request to Work Teams
Manage Service Providers and Notifications
Clients utilizing the maintenance portion of workplace to submit service request are being bottlenecked by the SLA functionality of the Manage Service Providers and Notifications. Currently, for a specific internal request type you are only given the option of selecting a specific employee.
We are requesting adding the ability to choose a work team for the request to be dispatched to. It would address the problem of having only a single user monitoring all of the requests for a specific problem type and address the needs of larger organizations who could eliminate the need to…

Staff Notices on Workplace App
Provide staff bulletins or notices on the Workplace app. It would be great if FMs could send site-wide communications to end users via Workplace. It could be used to share important updates regarding the site such as office closures, maintenance, service issues and travel disruption.

Space Console - Show Teams application parameter
Some organizations use Teams regularly and if they clear their cache it requires several steps to turn on the Teams datasource, highlights, labels and tab in Space Console. It would be extremely helpful to have an application parameter to set whether "Show Teams" is always active.

Move Questionnaire Linked to Actions
Ability to link Actions to a Move Questionnaire, similar to how Actions are linked to Work Packages and Project Templates in the Capital Projects module.
The goal is auto-create Actions for a move based on a Yes/No responses in a questionnaire. Certain questions always require an action, currently this requires a Move Coordinator to manually add actions for each move based on the response. If this were auto-created based on a template, it would save a tremendous amount of time managing moves.
