  2. As Survey manager manager
    I would like to define a Asset Attribut with an list of predefined values :
    - enumeration list
    - value by default = first value
    - multilingual

    Add others parameters
    - Type of response : Char / integer / number
    - allow to be null : Yes/No
    - display order : Number

    If number
    minimum value allowed : 0
    Maximum value allowed : 100

  3. In v24.1, it was possible to create a "None" label that hid all of the label text on a drawing. In newer versions of Archibus, there's a "Hide Labels" feature, but labels always show the room code. Can the old functionality from v24.1 be restored in new versions of Archibus, so labels properly reflect their data sources?

  4. Adding a calendar option to the Workplace catalog for a service request, rather than manually typing it in the work description would be extremely helpful.
    A simple example: I would like a picture hung in my office. I will be out on November 21, can you please do it then?

    Adding a Calendar to select the date and then store it with the work request would be perfect.

  5. Add the magnifying glass icon to the search bar at the top of the page. It makes it more consistent with search bars in other products.

  6. Please consider ALL types of users / consumers when designing modules. We have been using the lease module for a number of years. Even today when I review the latest version it says Used By: Portfolio Managers, Lease Administrators.
    We have maintenance people, finance people, occupying departments, all looking at the data from the lease module. It is not clear from the help which views are designed for these READ-ONLY people.

  7. The default subject (reserve.reservation_name) size of the meeting in ARCHIBUS is 64 and MS Outlook can go up to 255 characters. Syncing from Exchange to ARCHIBUS return a 'truncated' error when a subject is more than 64 characters. Best will be to allign the out-of-box ARCHIBUS field size with MS Outlook to prevent this syncing error. Aslo, the hreserve table.

  9. A person who uses an ACC account should se many different folders & models depending on its ACC rights. Only a few of them are related to the Facility Management « live » processes.

    It must be possible to limit the ACC folder to a specified sub-tree.

    The objective is to avoid opening models not related to ARCHIBUS, or which can alternative versions.

    It must be possible to define a unique list of models behind the « building » button?

    It should be setup in the afm_dwgs table with defining the right place to find them in ACC.

  10. A Workplace App where the user can find and reserve spaces such as meeting room, workplace, car parking, lockers, quiet zones and many.
    In this way, users can book more than one amenity based on configurations, specific to each location. In summary, the booking readily available amenities and spaces will be hassle-free and clear.

  11. We provide service to First Nations and have several buildings that have First Nations name using special characters. Can Archibus look into adding First Nations characters in the fonts that the system uses so we can properly name these buildings?

  12. When you have PMs set up, things work fine and the PM WR location matches the EQ location.
    However, if you change the EQ location, it does not change the location on the matching PMS record.
    We would like to see the software cascade this EQ change to the matching PMS record(s).

  13. Allow system admins to see the floor plans, historical data but do not allow access to end users. Currently you have to delete all BL, FL, RM and RMPCT records and you lose the historical data.

  15. Add Time option in the response format type in a maintenance checklist
    Thie option is available on compliance survey... should be available on maintenance check list.

  17. A client found an issue with priorities not sticking on work requests in the Maintenance Console under certain actions.

    These are the steps:

    1) A work request is submitted with a priority of 3.
    2) The work request is approved.
    3) Update the work request.
    a. Add a craftsperson to the request and add time to the request.
    b. Change priority from 3 to 5.
    c. Save the update. Popup about returning to beginning of workflow and click OK.
    4) The work request is approved again with the priority at a 5 still as needed.
    5) Update the work request.…

  19. The navigation from Workplace to Select a Building to Request a Service screen (see attached) and then to the Service Catalog provides an extra click because People & Places is not being used by our organization. We would like to have the ability to navigate from Select a Building directly to the "Service Catalog removing the Request a Service screen. Our go-live is in early 2024.

  20. There are some difficulties in creating service requests for equipment in Workplace, which should be improved.

    Currently, the Workplace request form requires users to select the equipment from a list. If a building or floor is selected, the equipments are filtered, but it is difficult for them to select from the list.
    Also, it is not easy to use the QR codes printed in the Define Equipment task to request with equipment. It requires a guest user to be enabled and users cannot select the request type. This makes it impractical for users to use this feature.
