Logout
Create an automated method (not relying on timeouts) to log people out of Archibus when they do not select the "Log Out" button from within Web Central. From several of our customers, we are receiving complaints that users are unable to log back in after they "X" out of Archibus instead of selecting the "Log Out" button. They are experiencing this across all browsers and browser versions. It is negatively affecting the user experience.

Double bookings by end users
While migrating the existing bookings from the former tool, we found an employee who booked 2 seats in 2 different buildings for the same day, so we got an alert message.
That is fine, but we would suggest to show in the message also the building/floor/workstation of the other booking.3 votes -
Percentage for Performance Metrics Precision
Performance Metrics on the homepage for percentages do not show decimals. This is due to the number only allowing 2 decimal places. Extra precision is needed for decimals for percentage metrics.
Please change the display and decimal places of the performance metrics as the precision is important for many of the metrics.

Hoteling Confirmation Message and Cancellation
We have seen that when the rule CancelAndNotifyUnconfirmedBookings that sends and cancels Hoteling bookings is sending mails and right after cancelling the Booking.
This causes an email to be sent when the booking is right after it is cancelled and therefore that mail is confusing and does not provide any functionality. I would say the correct behavior would be to only send confirmation mail to those bookings that are not going to be cancelled in the same execution

Prioritize Exact Match Workplace Search Results
When performing a search in Workplace, we would like to see exact match results be displayed first. When there is a lengthy list of results (not all displayed), it is important for our users to see the exact match first, otherwise they cannot find the location they are looking for.
Attached is a screenshot example illustrating an exact match record we would like to have returned first on the search.

User specific Performance Metrics and alerts
Allow the performance metrics and alerts to show values based on the user that is currently logged in.
For example, I want an alert on my homepage to show how many Work Requests are assigned to me, or how many leases are expiring where I am the landlord contact.
There is the ability to set granularities for metrics based on assignment, however this is generic and does not change based on the logged in user.

Make Cost Wizard Usable for Running Rent for Large Numbers of Leases:
Changes needed: show button to "Add Scheduled Cost" without drilling down in tree and add a Month filter.
Clients with large numbers of leases run rent monthly. With dozens or hundreds of leases this is a very time consuming process. Currently (2022.03), to add an ad hoc Schedule Cost for that month, the user must click many times just to get to the lease so the the "Add Scheduled Cost" button appears. Unconfirmed workspace bookings report
Provide a report that shows the total number of workspace bookings (confirmed and unconfirmed) and then the breakdown of number of confirmed vs. unconfirmed bookings for a user-specified date range.

Cancellation email for unconfirmed workspace bookings
If Workspace bookings require check-in/confirmation and the user does not check-in, the booking is automatically canceled.
Add the ability to send a cancellation email to the user indicating the booking has been cancelled because it was not confirmed.
Currently, in V2022.03 - no emails are sent for cancellations due to unconfirmed bookings.

Improve Determine Order Sequence form
Issue:
In Archibus there is form that allow to determine the Order Sequence of the SLA. This form is not very pragmatical because there is no way to pre-order the list by group ID. The easiest way to verify the order and update them is to extract information from the Smart client by exporting in Excel, manipulating the data and re-uploading.Proposal:

As a federal government customer and user with over 50,000 staff worldwide, I want the mobile application to be fully 508 compliant. The user experience should not be limited to Workplace. Many of our users with accessibility issues serve in roles that are not mirrored in or addressed by Workplace.
Significant improvements have been made in Workplace with the release of 2022.3 (https://spaceiq.uservoice.com/forums/925339-archibus/suggestions/39281131-508-wcag-accessibility-compliance). This same effort needs to be applied to the mobile application.

Allow to add hyperlink in the instructions of a resquest
The maintenance teams often use other applications for their services (access requests for Security, break requests for Catering, access to standards for Documentation, etc.)
It would be very practical to be able to integrate the web addresses of these dedicated sites in the form of hyperlinks, in the body of the blue text that appears when a request is created (see photo below). The purpose being to immediately redirect the user according to his need.6 votes -
Opacity of plans
Ability to determine the opacity of background plans. On AutoCAD, the plan has bold lines. But after publishing, they come out faded, especially for mobile. No amount of tweaking existing parameters affects this. A CSS had to be created to bypass this functionality.

Locker filters to apply to quick reports
When we run the locker report from lockers even though Currently when filter/s are applied to show sites needed, using the quick report still shows all lockers regardless of filter.
Much like insights, when launching the reports it shows you the data based on the filters applied, we'd like quick reports to do the same.2 votes
