Improve Determine Order Sequence form
Issue:
In Archibus there is form that allow to determine the Order Sequence of the SLA. This form is not very pragmatical because there is no way to pre-order the list by group ID. The easiest way to verify the order and update them is to extract information from the Smart client by exporting in Excel, manipulating the data and re-uploading.Proposal:
simply allow the current form to order SLA based on GroupId or any others fields a client might find useful, then allow to reorder the SLAs.7 votes -

Create a workflow rule to Archive Compliance event data to the hactivity_log. Create views to accommodate for archiving to view archived events. For example, all archived events view.

508 Accessibility Compliance - Mobile App
As a federal government customer and user with over 50,000 staff worldwide, I want the mobile application to be fully 508 compliant. The user experience should not be limited to Workplace. Many of our users with accessibility issues serve in roles that are not mirrored in or addressed by Workplace.
Significant improvements have been made in Workplace with the release of 2022.3 (https://spaceiq.uservoice.com/forums/925339-archibus/suggestions/39281131-508-wcag-accessibility-compliance). This same effort needs to be applied to the mobile application.

Allow to add hyperlink in the instructions of a resquest
The maintenance teams often use other applications for their services (access requests for Security, break requests for Catering, access to standards for Documentation, etc.)
It would be very practical to be able to integrate the web addresses of these dedicated sites in the form of hyperlinks, in the body of the blue text that appears when a request is created (see photo below). The purpose being to immediately redirect the user according to his need.6 votes -
Opacity of plans
Ability to determine the opacity of background plans. On AutoCAD, the plan has bold lines. But after publishing, they come out faded, especially for mobile. No amount of tweaking existing parameters affects this. A CSS had to be created to bypass this functionality.

Locker filters to apply to quick reports
When we run the locker report from lockers even though Currently when filter/s are applied to show sites needed, using the quick report still shows all lockers regardless of filter.
Much like insights, when launching the reports it shows you the data based on the filters applied, we'd like quick reports to do the same.2 votes -
Allow Homepage Page Building Metrics tiles to be clickable
The Building Metrics tiles on the Homepages should be clickable allowing the user to launch a report view. The option should be configurable in the Manage Homepage Wizard, allowing the system to launch Space Console or Lease Console, restricted to the building code selected. This will be great for demos and offer the client an easy way to navigate the system.

Add a "notes" field to the Room and Arrangement records
Add a "notes" field to the Room and Arrangement records to document the policies/rationale for the room's/arrangement's creation, modification, etc.
We have a large number of reservable space in multiple large office buildings and managing and documenting why a room or arrangement is created/modified is a real issue. Having a "notes" text field would help our facility managers keep track of the specifics.

A more advanced Archibus Model Checker for Revit
I was wondering what you may think of this feedback on adding addition elements to check in the Archibus model checker. As clients are using the Archibus Model Checker, they still come across issues we learned so the model checker seems to be more focused on data readiness but there’s also an element of model readiness which Smart Client verifies before publishing. An example is a publishing error like this:

Adding room text to Workspace Booking in the Workplace module
I see that there was a request to add room labels to Workplace back in 2020 and that a solution was pushed in 2021. When looking into it further it looks like it was only added to "People and Places" and "Meeting Space Booking" but not added to "Workspace Booking". Would it be possible to add room text to workspace booking as well? I have included two screenshots to show the discrepancies.

Allow contacts to have different contact roles based on Lease
When assigning contacts to a Lease, the contact type is inherited from the contacts table.
A single contact may be assigned to multiple leases, but have different a different role depending on the lease. For example, one contact may be a BUILDING SUPER for one lease contract, but a PROPERTY MANAGER for another lease.
Could ARCHIBUS add a Contact Role or Contact Type to the ls_contacts table so that the role can be assigned per lease?

Promote Customised or other fields to available fields for grid pages
We are now able to easily add customised fields and would like to make them visible in the available fields when selecting fields to be added to the grid. It would be good to allow this without having to engage someone to customise the .axvw file. SAS users would also benefit from this.

Prevent employee name from being displayed in Workplace
While the feature to search for employees in Workplace and being able to locate them on a floor plan is nice, it can also lead to issues for organizations that need to honor employee privacy. Hypothetically, an employee can locate and stalk another employee by searching and booking a desk near them without the other employee knowing.
My suggestion is to introduce some mechanism to anonymize this either by having it apply globally as an application parameter or by creating a field called em.ispublic to control it on an employee by employee basis. Employee's have it defaulted to Yes and…

Blank floorplan displays between viewing floors on Space Console
Version 2022.02 introduced this issue. Select a floorplan to display, switch to another floor or building/floor. The previously displayed floor displays with no highlights before the new floor displays.
This reflects poorly on the ARCHIBUS software and is confusing to the end user.

Assigning Custodians takes a long time to load
Whenever a user does a task like : Task: Assign Assets to Custodians
Task File: ab-eam-assign-to-custodian.axvwAnd the user does the following:
1. Find an equipment
2. Add an owner custodian via the "+" button
3. Click on the '...' button on the New Owner name field which will allow one to select a value.This select a owner view is called (ab-team-member-select.axvw) and it takes a long time to load, sometimes 20-30 seconds because it seems to pull from the employee, vendor, contacts and the team member tables.

Bring back the Conference/Meeting room kiosk mode
The Conference/Meeting room kiosk mode was silently removed. It sounds like the default direction since 2022.02 was to force staff to use the workplace dashboard view.

Service Level Agreement Mandatory Field Selection
Problem:
When additional steps such as "Approve", "Estimate" or "Schedule" are added to a Service Level Agreement. you only need to click on the "Estimate" button to move to the next step and so on. This means you can simply move through the step with no addition of a "Trade" for example. The resulting WR will have no trade which has ongoing problems with the visibility of WR to users.Solution:
