  1. Reservation Editing determined by group allowed to approve or additional field/security group. Currently without the Reservation Manager security group assigned, a user can only edit (per my understanding) a reservation that they created or where they are the requested for/by. Many clients, especially in government, have groups that manage large sets of rooms and need the ability to edit any reservation that falls into that group. There is a need for a field or security group to allow full edit rights to any reservations that falls into a set of rooms, without having to give access to edit every reservation.

  5. Our SaaS Customer that uses Portfolio Management and has hundreds of properties all around the country, would like to have the following standard functionality as in Archibus Cloud:

    1- The ability to place Properties polylines in a map and show them in an Archibus view (this would be similar to existing view "Asset explorer in campus", which shows Building polylines instead, please refer to attached image).

    2- If possible, it would be great that this view works without an Extensions for Esri license (as far as we know, that Extension is not even included in Archibus Cloud). The same as…

  6. There seems to be no fault tolerance in the function/process related to

    "CloseDaysAfterWrDateCompleted"

    If the process finds a record that has some form of data issue (it does happen) the process stops at that record and does not continue (on error continue). No other records are processed.
    The process starts again the next night and stops again at the same record, so no archives are achieved. Effectively stopping the process

  7. Having the ability to find others, whether in a hotel or assigned seat, is great, but can provide a liability with stalking behavior. Like many apps today, It would be good to have an opt in/out and also create a friend/colleague list where you could control who is able to see your location.
    This is especially true for Sr. Executives that can be a target from a disgruntled employee.

  8. Version 26.3 => maintenance console => Additional Documents and activity

    Do not display Step Log Steps that are not relevant.

    When a WR is are requested stage there are multiple people that are able to take action, such as issuing the WR. when the action is completed, all of the other "possible people" remain visible. This clutters up the users view of the actions taken on that WR. By removing these records for this you will see a more succinct view.   9. PM WR check lists - Allow check list to display and push certain data back to other tables in the databases.

    example

    A location based PM - check an update condition index on multiple eq_id

    Checklist question

    1) inspect and update "eq.ed_id#1" "eq.decription#1" condition. Previous ci "eq#1.ci" type in new ci "checklist ci Field"

    Repeat this for each piece of equipment that you wish to assess.

    when WR Status is complete, update eq.ci from new checklist ci data.

  10. Many users still print their PMs after they are generated.
    When using the View Active PM Work Orders view, setting the appropriate filters and clicking the ‘Paginated Report’ button, work requests print in woid & wrid order.
    The PM Work Request Generator iterates thru the creation of work requests based on the Date to Perform and no additional sort fields.

    I would like to see a way to add an additional "grouping" (not to be confused with the Grouping option that combines the selected grouping option on the Same work request)
    I do still want separate work requests…

  11. The addition of Maintenance Checklists was great, but the ability to refer back to the history of completed checklists, print, or search for them in the Maintenance Console is very limited or non-existent.
    1. The ability to search for work that "Has Checklist" from the Maintenance Console
    2. The ability to save a completed checklist in PDF.

    3. Enhance the existing Maintenance Survey Report to group, sort, export and allow printing
    4. Once a work request is Complete and Closed there is no way of getting back to the Checklist - accessibility from Search and Manage to find work requests…

Create a replacement page that can be put up when system maintenance is being done or the database is taken offline for updates/upgrades/etc. that users can be redirected to that says something to the effect of "This instance of Archibus is currently unavailable due to maintenance. Please check back soon".

    Admins could be able to route the main URL to this page if doing work on the database to notify users it's not available for a period of time.

  13. Currently the processs to update the exchange rates is either manual or through data transfer.

    It would be nice if there was a workflow created that would import the daily exchange rates from the International Monetary Fund. Then update the Budget and Payment Conversion Factors for any currencies in the afm_conversions table. Allow setting the frequency of the update to daily, monthly, etc.. depending on the level of accuracy required.

  14. When displaying the planning of a project (Gantt tab from the Project Management Console), it is by default centered on the project start date.
    This is Okay, but it would be nice for the user to be able to center the planning on today's date, by adding a button for that for example, next to the other controls.

  15. Since there is a separate login for WebCentral and Workplace, I have been recommending that users that require access to only Workplace to login from there. One item that has come up with a few organizations is how a user can change their language without going to WebCentral -> My Profile.

    My suggestion is to add a Settings menu item to My Account at the upper right corner and allow users to set their Locale and maybe their User-Display Units-of-Measure.

  16. Our customer requests the ability to display any message when a tree panel is filtered and there are no hits.

    If there were no hit records in the GRID panel, "No records to display." will be displayed.
    However, if there are no records in the TREE panel such as in the "Define Organizations" and "Equipment Systems Console" tasks, nothing is displayed and the panel is completely blank.

    This is a minor detail, but this specification is unpopular with customers. Even when the behavior is correct, it appears to the user as if an error has occurred on the view.

  17. Enable the ability to track the employee who booked the workspaces as well as the employee who is assigned to use the workspace when a workspace is booked for other in the workplace. Currently, when a user books a space for other, the system applies the employee name who the desk is booked for in the rmpct table, but does not track the actual employee who requested the booking.

  18. Logic behind a checklist.

    High Risk Operations. Maintenance field workers must complete a "HRO permit" checklist to ensure safe condition before starting asset-based preventive maintenance or reactive work. They must verify through a risk assessment that the work can be performed safely. There are times that this HRO permit is not needed for the maintenance that is being done. So to have the checklist have the ability to have logic would be much more beneficial for the technicians performing the work.

  19. Leases can have a huge number of associated records. We added an enhancement for our client that we think would be useful in core Archibus - in the options and recurring costs tabs of the lease portfolio console hide expired records by default and add a button to show them so they can view only when required.

  20. Leases can get very crowded with many documents already, if a record created for clause/option/amendment/communication log does not actually have a document attached it should not show up in the documents tab of the lease portfolio console.
