    A range of enhancements have been delivered to create Service Requests that can be used within Serraview for a range of fully flexible request types, with flexible workflows, approvals and

  1. Add a location to the SR initial page - from location, to location or location of the requestor would help to identify unassigned SR more easily.

  2. Can we please have the ability to configure custom fields as mandatory/compulsory?

    These custom fields appear under 'Questions' on the New Service Request form.

  3. Customers should be able to customise the names of fields and sections e.g. Questions, Description, Required Date, etc, to different names.

    Section titles and questions on the New Service Request Form (including Serraview standard fields) can now be created or removed, marked as mandatory and re-ordered.


    This customisation can be different for each service request type, so each request type can have a custom-built request form.

  4. It would be very helpful to have location field mandatory in Service Requests. It helps local teams to pick-up requests for their sites and promptly resolve the tickets.

    Also tied to that, to have ability to set up automated emails once a SR is submitted for your site would be very helpful.

  5. New Service Request Form: ability to change the names of large and small moves on the form and hide/unhide the large/small move options.

    We don't conduct small individual moves so having this visible will encourage all such moves to be raised as a service request.

  6. As a Relocation Manager I'd like the system to automatically send assignees an email when I configure them as such on a Service Request so that they know there is work for them to do.

  7. Could we add in the ability to remove certain fields from the Service request form?

    For example, I may want to be able to remove the Summary field from the requirements as we already fill out that information in the Description field.

  8. When a new Service Request is submitted, the requestor should get an email notification that the request has been raised.
    This email should be changeable and customised to clients specifications (via email templates).

  9. Upgrade the 360Facility integration in 3.0. This integration hasn't been maintained and no longer works smoothly.

    Customers interested:
    - Intuitive Surgical
    - Mastercard
    - Humana

    C&W manages these customers and the 360Facility integration is part of their requirements.

  10. As a Space Planner, I'd like to have Serraview Service Requests integrated with ServiceNow.

    Serraview can be integrated with standard ServiceNow deployments such that:

    1. Employees can lodge requests in ServiceNow
    2. Certain tickets (typically relating to move-add-changes) are automatically routed to Serraview as a Service Request
    3. Space Planners can action the Service Request within Serraview
    4. Space Planners can update the Status of the Service Request within Serraview, and employees will see the status of the ServiceNow ticket automatically updated.
    5. Space Planners can add comments to the Service Request, and that will automatically be added to the ServiceNow ticket for the employee to see and respond to.
    6. Any comments that the employee adds to the ServiceNow ticket will automatically flow through to the Service Request.

  12. Allow clients to turn off the function "This request is for someone else" for new service requests so people can't submit a request on behalf of someone else.

  14. Being an enterprise business platform, especially with Engage, it would be excellent to have a service status page for Serraview and Engage to provides real time issues with these platforms similar to https://status.zoom.us/

    This would allow us to report to key stakeholders and the business on any interruptions to services to set expectations and monitor.

  15. Some of our meeting rooms are available to employees as project rooms, for long term projects collaboration. These project rooms are currently requested via a form in the intranet (that assesses the eligibility requirements to block out a meeting room and use it as a project room).

    When I reached out to the support team to ask if we could edit the current detail questions in the service request portal to the questions we have in the project request form, I was told this was not possible and to raise a user voice request.

  16. As a Relocation Manager I'd like the system to automatically attach the "Business Case Report" when I send the request out for approval, so that the approver has a document to review.
