  1. As a system administrator, I want the ability to view and delete room bookings made.

    At this time, only desk bookings are available in the VBS.

    Can we also view bookings made against a bookable space?
    Likewise, can we also 'cancel' the bookings made?
    Option to bulk delete or bulk shift bookings to other rooms

  2. Currently the limit for viewing Workplace Administrators defaults to 20/page and can only be increased to a maximum amount of 100/page. Previously you were able to view all workplace administrators and furthermore select all of them in one go. This allowed you to send out emails far easier to all users in one go, where selecting all at the moment only highlights all users on the page. This feature would be great as it reduces the time in sending out mass emails and also prevent users being missed in mass emails. Alternatively, the option to select all across all pages…

  3. Allow the ability when doing a data import to allow data imports for Multi-Select data types of custom fields.

    We want to use a custom field for a Space contact to link it with the people table, so that when a person leaves the organization, their name will be removed from the custom field and we will know that we need to get an updated contact person.

    The Serraview import system does NOT allow custom fields of the "multi-select" type to be populated from an import file.

  4. It would be beneficial to have the capability to update marker names, either by renaming existing ones or creating new markers based on clients' needs. Every company has different requirements, and for example, pharmaceutical companies could use different markers related to laboratories. This flexibility would ensure that the markers are tailored to the specific needs of each client, enhancing their usability and relevance in various contexts.

  5. Can Engage includes legend for markers? As the number of markers increases, it may confuse end users when viewing them on the Engage floorplan. If a legend exists, it will help mobile and kiosk users to identify the markers on the floorplan.

    Another suggestion is that, since all markers currently have the same rounded shape, the system should allow for marker color customization, or make certain key markers can be identified easier, such as making fire extinguishers red and restrooms blue, etc.

  6. The Engage People Tab should visually indicate if a user is active, away, checked in or just booked a desk. This will allow people to quickly check the people tab to determine if someone is active on site today or not.

  8. We would like to have the ability to enable a centralized check-in process. In addition to allowing users to check themselves in for a desk, it would be great if a receptionist or security could "check-in" reservations in Engage. This would help us enforce COVID safety protocols, as well as reservation procedures.

  9. As an Engage user, I would love to see Engage used for RSVPs to events that companies can host within their spaces (or off-site events)- that won't count against our regular seat counts.

    Examples:
    1) Our client is hosting a holiday event, and for social distancing purposes, want to cap the capacity to a certain number. It would be lovely to set up a "building" as the event itself to help monitor RSVPs in one place.
    2) During COVID, our client sets up "Outdoor Offices" that are temporary sites to encourage company culture while waiting to return to the office,…

  10. At unimelb, each user belongs to a research group. The property team allocates desks on the floor by research group for each of the users. However, the research group is not part of current organization structure.

    As a result, unimelb needs the ability to block & stack and report by research group.

    What is therefore required is the ability to leverage research group stored against staff and block floors accordingly.

    Eg: User A belongs to ‘Physics R&D’ research group. User A has org unit ‘MSE’ and ‘10001’ as cost centre.

  11. As a user, I would like to modify my existing desk reservations by shortening it (i.e. 4 days to 2 days) or extending it (i.e. 2 days to 5 days).

    For existing desk reservations where I am shortening it, it should allow the user to keep their existing desk reservation or suggest booking another desk as a secondary option.

    For existing desk reservations where I am extending the booking, it should try to book the originally reserved desk for the extended time, and if this is not free, allow you to do the following options; 1) keep the original desk…

  12. Client feedback logged on 04/01/20:

    "Ability to display a text description of an asset, HR, or space record by hovering over the record on a floor plan"

    Workaround: Information can be accessed by clicking on the object to review it's attributes.

    Additional Information: This feature should be present on Space Viewer as well. There should be several configuration options governing this available in the config menu as well, such as font format and number of characters shown in description. Double clicking on the description bubble should open the attached object's data page.

  13. As a Slack user, I'd like to be able to find an employee by command, such as "\find Megan". This would bring up a floor plan locating where Megan is.

  16. I'd like to be able to track assets/equipment through the system - including seeing where they are on a floorplan and adding custom attributes to the asset based on the asset type.

  18. Have all Reports in the Service Request category export with the Output Type selected rather than automatically exporting as the default file type. For example, if a report is selected to export as a PDF, it should export as a PDF rather than automatically exporting as a Word document.
