  1. Currently a site configured for Whole Day bookings sees 2 slots per day booked. Can this be changed to reflect 1 slot per day? Would make reporting much more accurate,

  2. When administering Groups it would be ideal to provide an option to apply a change to all groups in a location vs. having to edit every group for a single small change that applies to all groups at a location.

  3. The default wording in the self-certify popup ‘I confirm that I have read and agree to all statements above’ and ‘I do not agree to all statements above’ do not match how we want to word the statements in the popup.

  4. We use our own self-certification forms hosted on O365. We require staff and visitors to self-certify prior to coming into the office by completing our form. It would be great if the welcome message on the today page would accept HTML (like the e-mail templates) so we can link to our form from there. Same for the self-certify popup on the mobile app. Would be great if people could click thru from the popup to our own form.

    Would also be nice to use some own corporate branding like a logo on the Welcome / today page.

  5. Not all offices have the space to reshuffle desks to create more distance in between colleagues. Would like to have a first-come first-served feature when someone books a desk, the desk to the left, right and front gets auto closed. I.e. others cannot book in the near proximity of a booked desk. Adjacent desks are already part of the build, so it should be easy to build up on it.

  6. We rebill our entities on centrally purchased licenses. The more locations we onboard and true-up the more it gets complicated to know how many licenses are in use for a certain location. It would be nice to assign licenses per location so we can true up where needed and make accurate recharges

  8. We are unable to produce a Power BI dashboard from the Condeco template which also includes future booking data. This means the developed dashboard is only able to analyse bookings up to and including yesterday, and we therefore cannot use the dashboard to assess capacity/bookings for the following week/month etc.

  9. We would like to have the ability to select closed days.
    Our office closes every Friday but am unable to set desks closed more than one week in advance. Could do with having business days as a tick box in Global settings.

  10. Please setup an app in Power BI to connect to Condeco for reporting. This will allow further customizations, better data manipulation and make reporting more user friendly.

  11. Add breadcrumbs to the floor plan administration page similar to the desk booking interface. It's a pain to have to re-select alternate floor to get back to main floor plan on a particular floor just to configure a group.

  12. We want to be able to use "Bulk edit" for changing the different options in the "Resources" page. We are a very dynamic company that often changes the location of teams. If we have to keep on changing, sometimes more than 100 desks to another group, we lose a lot of time.

  14. Hi
    At the moment when defining the Floors in a Location we can define the Floor Name against each floor number, so if we had 4 floors above Ground, we can set them as 1st Flr, 2nd Flr and so on.
    On the Booking Grid floor drop-down it displays this as '1st Flr (1)' 2nd Flr (2) etc.
    Some Locations have a 'mezzanine' floor and there is currently no way I know of to set the right floor number. If we had 4 floors above Ground M,1,2 and 3 - I would have set the Mezzanine floor as floor 1,…

  16. Add a new button for "Report an Issue" to the my.condeco.cloud site. You have buttons for knowledge base, Manuals, User Voice, etc… but not for “Report an Issue.” This should be a mandatory button on the front page.
