  1. We want to prevent administrators from being able to book for today, or check-in on behalf of users, in locations where self-certification is enabled so that the process cannot be circumvented.

  6. Meeting rooms are currently subject to a reduced capacity due to Covid. In Global Setup - Room Booking we have the 'Ignore Room Capacity' option set to True. This is so that when searching for a room via Outlook users can still invite e.g. 10 people even though most rooms can currently only take 5 people, the remaining attendees will join the meeting via Teams.
    In the web application this works fine - searches return all rooms.
    But in the mobile app the room capacity is still applied to search results.
    Can the mobile app also be set to ignore…

  8. Capturing all of the fields in the Location admin page so we can audit the setup of all of our locations in one report. Similar to what we have requested for Groups and Users.

  9. A report that provides all the group configurations for all the groups. Most importantly, this report needs to capture all the options available in Edit Name/Deployment, and Application Setup. This report also needs to be available to run on demand.

  10. Please add additional data to Azure Table Storage to enable report creation via Power BI in addition to the currently available 'booking' data.

    Examples of additional fields required:

    User details table including 'Department'

  13. Book for a group of people in one time will be a great idea for collaboration spaces where people have to work together. It is something between booking a desk for someone else and booking a room for a group of people.
    Majority of companies have their new way of working environement and try to give flexibility. this feature will give added value to this kind of approche.
    Thanks to think about that in your next developpement.

  14. For the Vendor view, to assist them in the cleaning, it will be great to give them access to the map in order to be more efficient and have a real smart cleaning application.
    A list a desk to be cleaned is clearly not enough.
    Thanks to take that into account in your next developpement.

  15. Currently if a user is allowed to book 5 days a week, he will show 2 slots per day booked. So if the user books the same desk for 5 days, the reports shows 10 slots. However, if the user books a different desk the slot count total doubles on the report.

    Example:

    User: Condeco
    Book Slot Allowance: 5 per week

    Scenario 1: Condeco books Desk 01 (5 days)
    -Report shows total slots 10

    Scenario 2: Condeco books Desk 01 (4 days) & Desk 02 (1 day)
    -Report shows total slots 20, instead of 10

  16. Ability to print a floor plan with the assigned desk numbers.

    Currently you can only see the respective desk numbers if you hover over the desk on the desktop. If your contractors are configuring 1000 units to reflect the correct desk numbers they won't have access to the desk booking system, so it will be easier if you can print the floor plan with the associated desk numbers.

  17. There should be no requirement to provide room defaults when room booking is not in use. Omnicom is using desk booking only on some of the instances and users are being requested to add room defaults.

  18. Currently the option is to Filter by AM/PM when running the report from the application, or Use Filters in Excel from the data provided. Whole Day functionality is not available and client is requesting this feature be added.

  19. Could we show the number of attendee's showing on the screen and or possibly managing display information. Such as "Wear masks prior to entering the room" as an example.

  20. Notify users of pending Self-Certification via mobile phone application notifications. Users would receive a application notification that they must self-certify if self-certification is enabled at their location. Currently the user has to remember to open his app and self-certify, a push notification would help remind them. When the user clicks on the notification, it takes them to the self-certification page where they can self-certify. Thanks.
