  1. Addition of individual Scrollbars for un-positioned items and Floor plan in Floor plan administration. This will help admins to find desk numbers in un-positioned items without loosing location on floor plan while scrolling entire page.

    Please note – Un-positioned items column must be frozen.

    When there are very large floor plans with very many desks it is currently awkward to locate the unpositioned desk icon and its position on the floor plan.

  3. We have signed up with Condeco Desk booking as we have less desks then we have employees. But we actually have even less parking places then desks.

    To streamline the usage of parking places, we were thinking to use Condeco Desk booking for booking a desk as well as a parking place. The parking places are not fixed and should be "virtual"

    At the moment I understand that it's not possible to book 2 places at the same time. For a short term solution, could this be made possible?

    For a long term solution maybe Condeco can implement a Parking…

  4. Whole day configuration and check-in period.

    Whole day booking had been selected to ensure a one person, one desk booking per day such that COVID-19 cleaning procedures are integrated with the release of the desk.

    When a whole day is selected in advanced/global setup/desk booking, the check-in period in the application setup in groups is also changed to reflect one period, that being AM. This only has a time limit of 11:59AM. If there are afternoon shift staff booking a desk and they are not in to check in by 11:59AM, their desks are bumped.

  5. Rogers Communication would like the ability to use a campus app. When the end user is in the campus app and selects book a desk, they would like for the Desk App to be opened.

    This allows users to only have to worry about using the campus app and not the 10 plus apps used by the client.

  6. While positioning desks on the uploaded floor plan in the Desk-Administration, an administrator can only move one desk at a time. Moving multiple desks at once (e.g. while adding a new floor or uploading a updated floor plan with a slightly resolution) would greatly reduce the time to set up and update the floor plans for the end users.

  7. When changing multiple days in advance to the status not working as an end user, every day need to be changed individually (applies to web- and mobile app). It would be much easier for the end users to select mutiple days and set them to "not working", e.g. when going on annual leave.

  8. Condeco Cloud collects various logs in relation to interactions the platform has undertaken with other systems and users. For example, who undertook what actions in the tool, who signed in and when, synchronisation to Exchange mailboxes, who requested meetings, who was invited, dates and times, SSO integrations and Office365 integrations, creation/deletion/configuration changes of meeting rooms, desks, user accounts etc.

    Most of these logs are not accessible to the end customers Security Information and Event Management (SIEM) toolsets (i.e. Splunk), and are stored alongside other Condeco customers log data. Because of this it is problematic for Condeco to extract data in…

  17. When administering Groups it would be ideal to provide an option to apply a change to all groups in a location vs. having to edit every group for a single small change that applies to all groups at a location.

  19. We use our own self-certification forms hosted on O365. We require staff and visitors to self-certify prior to coming into the office by completing our form. It would be great if the welcome message on the today page would accept HTML (like the e-mail templates) so we can link to our form from there. Same for the self-certify popup on the mobile app. Would be great if people could click thru from the popup to our own form.

    Would also be nice to use some own corporate branding like a logo on the Welcome / today page.

  20. Not all offices have the space to reshuffle desks to create more distance in between colleagues. Would like to have a first-come first-served feature when someone books a desk, the desk to the left, right and front gets auto closed. I.e. others cannot book in the near proximity of a booked desk. Adjacent desks are already part of the build, so it should be easy to build up on it.
