  1. We rebill our entities on centrally purchased licenses. The more locations we onboard and true-up the more it gets complicated to know how many licenses are in use for a certain location. It would be nice to assign licenses per location so we can true up where needed and make accurate recharges

  3. We are unable to produce a Power BI dashboard from the Condeco template which also includes future booking data. This means the developed dashboard is only able to analyse bookings up to and including yesterday, and we therefore cannot use the dashboard to assess capacity/bookings for the following week/month etc.

  4. We would like to have the ability to select closed days.
    Our office closes every Friday but am unable to set desks closed more than one week in advance. Could do with having business days as a tick box in Global settings.

  5. Please setup an app in Power BI to connect to Condeco for reporting. This will allow further customizations, better data manipulation and make reporting more user friendly.

  6. Add breadcrumbs to the floor plan administration page similar to the desk booking interface. It's a pain to have to re-select alternate floor to get back to main floor plan on a particular floor just to configure a group.

  7. We want to be able to use "Bulk edit" for changing the different options in the "Resources" page. We are a very dynamic company that often changes the location of teams. If we have to keep on changing, sometimes more than 100 desks to another group, we lose a lot of time.

  9. Hi
    At the moment when defining the Floors in a Location we can define the Floor Name against each floor number, so if we had 4 floors above Ground, we can set them as 1st Flr, 2nd Flr and so on.
    On the Booking Grid floor drop-down it displays this as '1st Flr (1)' 2nd Flr (2) etc.
    Some Locations have a 'mezzanine' floor and there is currently no way I know of to set the right floor number. If we had 4 floors above Ground M,1,2 and 3 - I would have set the Mezzanine floor as floor 1,…

  11. Add a new button for "Report an Issue" to the my.condeco.cloud site. You have buttons for knowledge base, Manuals, User Voice, etc… but not for “Report an Issue.” This should be a mandatory button on the front page.

  18. Meeting rooms are currently subject to a reduced capacity due to Covid. In Global Setup - Room Booking we have the 'Ignore Room Capacity' option set to True. This is so that when searching for a room via Outlook users can still invite e.g. 10 people even though most rooms can currently only take 5 people, the remaining attendees will join the meeting via Teams.
    In the web application this works fine - searches return all rooms.
    But in the mobile app the room capacity is still applied to search results.
    Can the mobile app also be set to ignore…

  20. Capturing all of the fields in the Location admin page so we can audit the setup of all of our locations in one report. Similar to what we have requested for Groups and Users.
