  1. I understand AD sync is only possible at the top level - i.e. all users will be synchronised.
    As an organisation with head office users (who need desk booking) and branches ( who do not), it would be a huge benefit if we can specify groups to be synchronised.
    I'm sure we are far from alone in having this requirement.

  2. The screens are not supporting iClass Seos cards. as in the datasheet the it is mentioned as screens can detect iClass Family of cards but it is observed that not all iClass family cards are not supported specifically we need iClass Seos cards to be supported as most of the employees have these type of cards

  3. Currently a user is only able to select a single floor at a time when doing a search from Room Finder. We would like it to display an 'all floor' option so that the user is able to easily widen their search across all floors for a location.

  4. For adjacent desk configuration: allow for users to select near by desks using a GUI or similar visual plan (ex. via the floorplan). Objects highlighted automatically become "adjacent" in the system.

  6. We would have the possibility to define, at platform level, tolerance bands regarding the proportion between smartworking days/presence on site allowed for employees (e.g. maximum 50% of smartworking days, maximum 80% of presence on site) over a time interval (e.g. week, month).

    If an employee overpass the tolerance band he should receive an alert notification directly via the mobile app.

  9. Today, sync notifications send by the Enterprsise Sync service account are send only in english.
    It must be translatable in all supported Condeco languages.

  10. In view of COVID19, it would be good if Admins could retroactively book a desk on a past date, in case someone showed up at the office without actually booking a desk.
    That would be very useful to allow contact-tracing.

I believe it would be handy when a user initially logs into condeco web portal, the today screen\quick desk search which shows current bookings, that they can perform a quick search to make a booking but have the ability to see the floor maps and not just a list of resources from the selected group

  12. This would be useful to store personal details about a user i.e. a user is diabetic and when creating the meeting an admin can see their requirements. You can create a visitor and attach notes to that profile which can get imported into the booking.

  14. When a requestor changes their booking in any way (moving their meeting to a different room, deleting their booking, changing quanitties/service items etc) this should be visually highlighted on the dashboard so it's immediately obvious to the vendor that something has changed. Also, it would be good to show WHAT has changed when they click on that booking to investigate. An e-mail is not useful for large operational kitchens, no-one is sat waiting to see if something has moved/been ammended. Also, the e-mail doesn't highlight what has changed anyway so it's really unhelpful. Make the dashboard be the singular source…

  17. In the 'Attendees' tab, you can only mark an Attendee with 'Internal' or 'External'.

    Nowadays, it happens more and more often that some of the meeting attendees wont be attending in person but are attending via Skype/Teams/Zoom or any other virtual attendance.

    My requests is that Condeco adds the option 'Virtual attendee' in the Attendee tab, so you mark those people accordingly so they wont be registered for with Food Services and they wont be registered in the Visitors Management module.

  19. Can there be a mobile app or mobile browser support for administrators in Condeco? I.e. receptionist need to view the full booking grid, manage bookings, transfer bookings, run reports and manage visitors.

  20. Auto-cc (invite) another mailbox (specified by client) configured p/room in “admin”. To enable auto-inviting other resource Skype / Teams / Zoom...

    This will enable auto-inviting another mailbox (resource) whenever you book a specific room. Resources for Skype / Teams / Visitors systems

    Competition already does this. This will enable by booking a room, that another resource like a Skype / Teams in-room conference phone or system is automatically booked. This is a simple change, but can be seen as a “integration” to the clients-benefit. I would do this asap! Great function
